"Overall, a great stay! All standard rooms are private villas, offering spacious accommodations with a fire pit terrace and an indoor hot tub. Privacy and comfort were excellent. The views are highly dependent on the weather; clear days offer expansive mountain vistas, while cloudy or rainy days bring dense fog and poor visibility. The different areas of the resort are quite spread out, so you'll mostly rely on shuttle services. The roads are wide with little shade, making them unsuitable for walking. However, the butler service was responsive, and shuttle arrangements were efficient and prompt. One minor issue was a restaurant reservation made in advance with the butler that couldn't be found upon arrival, which slightly detracted from the experience. For dining, during the Dragon Boat Festival, there was a large influx of tour groups, leading to understaffed restaurants and slow service. Breakfast switched from à la carte to buffet-only, with overall average quality; the Danish pastries were mediocre, but the yak meat croissant is worth trying. The Cai Lin Xuan restaurant offered authentic local flavors with a rich ******* character, highly recommended. The Bori Muju hotpot, however, was bland and overpriced, offering poor value for money, so unless you prefer not to dine out, I wouldn't recommend it."

"The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly close proximity to the scenic spots – just a few minutes' walk away. The room size was a bit cramped, but I did like the simple and refreshing wooden decor. However, the soundproofing was really subpar. I could hear the front desk staff chatting all the way up in my third-floor room. While I'm sure the staff didn't intend for their conversations to be so loud, it was definitely disruptive to guests. The most unacceptable thing, though, was a staff member opening my room door and walking in without knocking. I never received a reasonable explanation from the hotel even when I checked out. Plus, the windows in the room were dusty, and there was hair left on the shower walls. For a price that's nearly four figures, I really felt it wasn't worth it."

"1. The location is quite convenient, close to Moon Bay parking lot, where you can catch buses for arrivals and departures. You can take a taxi to the scenic area, which costs just a few yuan. The hotel is about a kilometer away from the scenic area. It can be hard to find a taxi after playing, but you can walk back, though it might be a bit tiring after a day of exploring.
2. The hotel handles issues very promptly and provides a butler service. They even offered foot-soaking amenities, which was a great touch! It's excellent for older guests, as they respond immediately to any problems. The breakfast is also very rich and satisfying for the family.
3. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, which was spacious enough for a comfortable rest. The room had a wet and dry separation. We were on the third floor, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel also tried its best to accommodate our room preference requests upon check-in, which was much appreciated!
4. There are many dining options nearby, including a newly opened tomato yak beef hotpot restaurant, making it very convenient for meals. Chuanjie Yak Beef Noodles is also not far. If you don't feel like walking, you can order takeout, though it can only be delivered to the hotel lobby, which is a bit inconvenient."

"Exceeded expectations overall! The hotel is located in the Jiuzhaigou Huamei Shengjing Resort. Our butler, Jenny, was incredibly thoughtful, handling our check-in quickly and with a gentle, patient attitude. Her service during our stay was meticulous and attentive; she anticipated our needs and was always ready to help, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable and satisfying.
The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and featured a well-designed wet/dry separated bathroom with excellent water pressure and 24-hour hot water. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the blackout curtains provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the facilities were well-maintained with thoughtful details throughout. It's a very photogenic place, truly enhancing the vacation vibe. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff were all friendly, professional, and welcoming.
We especially loved the complimentary late-night snacks, which were a thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry room was also excellent, with plenty of machines available, making it very convenient for travelers.

"We booked a twin room with a sitting area, so even when our family was relaxing in the hotel room, everyone had their own space. The hotel's shuttle service to the scenic area was very thoughtful; it was just our family of three in the car, and the driver was very steady. After exploring Jiuzhaigou, my legs were practically jelly, so having someone pick us up was incredibly comfortable. During our stay, we tried the Shunxing Old Teahouse and the yak hotpot, and the ethnic dance performances were really unique—both were excellent! The small paths around the hotel had tons of wild strawberries, which we always looked for on our daily walks. Finally, a big thank you to our butler, Dalanxiu, who was very proactive in her service! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location at one end of Bianbian Street, right by the Baishui River. There's a glass skywalk and a small path that leads directly to the scenic area in a 10-minute walk along the river. After a long day of sightseeing, when the entrance road is completely jammed and the police won't let cars through, it's a huge relief to be able to walk back to your room quickly and rest. Right across from the hotel is a small commercial area, so even if you don't venture further down Bianbian Street, finding food and supplies isn't an issue. Across from the hotel entrance, on the side facing Bianbian Street, there's a small shop selling highland barley pancakes and yak meat skewers. The two small storefronts are next to each other, both selling fried items. The yak meat skewers were really bad – I'm not sure what they were marinated in, but the meat was terrifyingly tender, with absolutely no yak meat texture. Don't buy them. The hotel rooms were very clean, and all windows had screens. I only managed to book the most basic room, two rooms for two nights cost over 3800, and it had a tea table and even a yoga mat and foam roller. It was completely quiet at night. The common areas are very well-maintained. The staff were warm and attentive. I didn't do any laundry, but I checked the app and there were always available washing and drying machines. Breakfast is decent, with slight variations each day, and quite distinctive."

"This hotel is conveniently located – close to the action yet surprisingly quiet. It's a renovated Sheraton, so the facilities are quite complete. It comes with a large, free parking lot with plenty of slow-charging stations; there's no parking fee, so you can charge overnight. We had a minor issue during our stay, and MOD patiently helped us resolve it. The room was clean, the service attentive, and it was a great experience for a self-driving trip. What I found most thoughtful was the Mercedes-Benz business van service that takes guests directly to the entrance of tourist attractions."

"We were a family of six, including children and adults, and booked a Tianyuan Howard Johnson suite with three 1.5m queen beds. The hotel concierge contacted us in advance, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Jiuzhai-Huanglong High-Speed Rail Station once, which was a nice touch even though we didn't use it. We were really impressed with the overall service, and the room was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Among the high-end hotels in Jiuzhaigou, this one offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering!"

"This time, my friend and I stayed in a twin room at the Ritz Stanton Garden Hotel, and overall it exceeded our expectations. In terms of hygiene, the room was well-ventilated and dry, without any stuffy odors. The bedding was fresh, and they even provided disposable face towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, which gave peace of mind even to a germaphobe. For service, the front desk called in advance to confirm our arrival time. Upon arrival, they actively helped us with our luggage and offered bottled water, and patiently explained the sightseeing routes. Regarding facilities, the twin room had smart controls, and the overhead shower worked great. The public areas also featured a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room with dryers, which was incredibly convenient for longer stays. The location was quiet yet central, with plenty of dining options downstairs. The rooftop garden offered a healing view of the mountains and sunset in the evening. Taxis to the gully entrance were just a few minutes away. For the same price range, the amenities are truly excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Jiuzhai."
