Best Chengdu Hotels

The room is large and comfortable. I booked an executive room at first, but it is close to the road and there are often large trucks passing by at night, which is very noisy. There is a kindergarten behind the garden twin room, which is very quiet.

It was a good experience. The hotel service attitude was very good, the parking lot was quite large, and there was a lawn where you could set up tents, camp and drink tea. The hotel rooms were also spacious. The hotel also had a restaurant where you could order afternoon tea in the afternoon. There were also many places to eat around the hotel, and the experience was very good.

First of all, the location is a plus. It is right above the shopping mall, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Chadianzi subway station. I must praise the hotel's perfect spatial guidance. You can see clearly without asking anyone. The supply station on the guest room floor is also very convenient. The coffee machine is the only one that the hotel needs to check regularly. It will be embarrassing if it breaks down, and it may also stain the guests' clothes. The room is very spacious and more comfortable than most hotels in Chengdu. The fitness facilities are also very useful. The only shortcoming is the unstable water pressure. Overall, it is the best Yiheng I have stayed in so far~

I highly recommend this hotel. The experience was great. There was sweet and warm welcome tea as soon as we entered the door on a cold day. The booked room had a massage chair, which saved our tired bodies from running around outside. The meals are diverse and delicious, the bedding is comfortable, and the most important thing is that the hotel front desk butlers are so friendly that my friends and I can't stop praising them, especially the butler Xiao Chen, who helped us a lot and was enthusiastic, warm and cute~ If I have the opportunity to travel to Chengdu again, I will definitely choose to stay here again

The room is very good in all aspects, it is in a very high-end building. There were some problems with the service. After the store took us to the room, we showed him our ID card. He took a photo of our ID card directly with his mobile phone. This is actually illegal. Usually, the ID card information is uploaded to the check-in system or the system connected to the public security. Before staying in other hotels, either read the ID card directly at the front desk, or the front desk took a machine that could be uploaded to the room. This direct photo with a mobile phone is very irregular, which makes people very worried about information security issues. The check-in process is very unprofessional.

I came to Chengdu with my parents and children for 4 days and stayed in this hotel. I can only say that this is the right choice. Mercure Jinniu Wanda Plaza is simply great. There are several shopping malls around the hotel, and it is not far from the subway station. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. I especially want to praise the service of the housekeepers Xiao Yang and Xiao Yu. Not only did they recommend delicious restaurants around the hotel, but they also solved any needs immediately, which was very considerate. There is a parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. I will stay here again next time I come to Chengdu. I highly recommend it!

The room is large and the style is very special. Wood furniture, freezers, washing machines, TVs, computers have everything, and the boss's aesthetic selection is very unique. Facilities: Fully equipped and newer. Hygienic: The sanitation is very clean and the room is neat and orderly. Environment: Located in the mall, the location is excellent, the surrounding food is many, adjacent to the second ring elevated, super close to the city center. Service: The little sister at the front desk is warm and hospitable, and the service is particularly attentive.

Stayed as a couple for 1 night in December. Hospitality at Heritage Hotel really made all the difference. Mr. Frontdesk was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has no elevators, he and the other ladies would all help to carry our luggages up 1-2 floors. They were very helpful with storing our Taobao packages before we check-in as well. The hotel looked as aesthetic as it does online. Only regret is not staying longer!

The rooms are very much worth the value. Note that the entrance is further to the side and the lobby is on the 5th floor. Besides that it's a all-round near a 5 star experience. If your intrest or reason of stay is in the new parts of the tainfu district and further new construction in the longfu new area. This place is right. The rooms are kept very clean amd modern.. They provide good branded bottled water in the rooms. The rooms have good veiws if your staying in the exct rooms or the family rooms which have a separator for the two queen beds. The reception and staff are very nice and quick with handling passports. For sleeping the ac is moderately silent but just averagly noticeable so turn it off when it's cool enough to sleep well. The rooms can get dark for better sleep and I do reccomend the breakfast it has a wide selection. This is the second - third stay since it's probably the best value for money you can get in terms of clean modern silent and spacious, atleast if you got membership status in your trip acc.

One of the wrost for the Foreigner is this hotel staff a bit rude and only a few staff this hotel quite reasonable. The day I checked out, I request hotel to help me for Taxi, staff at reception was can't arrange for me, I was nearly at 25 minutes at hotel. Finally I had requested a guest from hotel, the gentleman was very kind and help me to book taxi, during book a free taxi was passed to hotel, we all call taxi stopped. Otherwise I will missed the My flight. Luckily that Taxi driver too, very kind, understand my situation, he drives first, take me airport on before my check-in times closed. Will never come this hotel. First and last for this kind of staff, un helpful staff at reception. Did really sorry for this hotel. There two to 3 staff are quite ok. But not excellent like Nostalgia Hotel. Compare with Nostalgia hotel, this orange hotel Black in white in customer service. Think about if I delay in reception another 25 minutes I will lost my Flight TKT to Shanghai. So i don't recommend any foreigners stay this hotel.
