Hotels in Chengdu East Railway Station/Tazishan Park, Chengdu

It’s super close to the train station and staff initially offered an early check in to the hotel, however as I was rushing to the train station in the morning I left the luggages at the front desk and they assisted to store they were very accommodating. After a long day and walk I asked the front desk for recommendation and the guy wearing spectacles on night shift during my stay gave a very good recommendation for a massage that is 5 minutes away. They also offer in room massages but I didn’t opt for it.

This was my third time staying at the hotel, and I chose to return because of its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I would like to give special recognition to 藏心 at the front desk for his exceptional hospitality. He kindly assisted me in arranging a courier service and was always eager to share useful recommendations on local attractions (ie night market) His thoughtful suggestion to alight at the North Gate of Chengdu East Railway Station helped me avoid unnecessary walking with my luggage, which I greatly appreciated. The warm and attentive service truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

I'm a detail-oriented person and I was very satisfied with this hotel. The corners and windowsills were all clean, the disposable toiletries were of good quality, and the air conditioning ran quietly without any noise. The 24-hour front desk always had someone available, and any items I needed on short notice were delivered quickly.

1. Excellent location, directly opposite the East Railway Station, with a maximum five-minute walk to the entrance. 2. The room was spacious with a great view and a comfortable bed. x The power outlets on both sides of the bed seemed to be just for show and couldn't be used. The wall was curved, so plugs couldn't be inserted properly. We could only use the outlets at the desk. If two people are staying, with two phones, earphones, and cameras, there's no way to charge everything. We stayed in two rooms that night, and the bedside outlets in both were unusable. This is a major drawback for business travelers and tourists. x The purified water system in the toilet was broken, forcing us to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The staff provided no service at all; they just stood outside the door like a mute, without proactively telling us which room we were being moved to, what to do with the new and old key cards, or offering to help with luggage. In Norway, when I had to switch rooms, the staff apologized throughout and actively helped with luggage. The hotel seriously needs to train its employees. x The front desk didn't update the new room number, so when food delivery arrived, the room number provided showed as unoccupied. This was a significant oversight by the front desk. What if someone else had checked in, and since the system showed the room as empty, the front desk assigned it to them? Then a stranger could potentially enter my room in the middle of the night. This is especially likely during peak seasons when there are many guests.

Facilities: The facilities are very new and smart. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, highly recommended. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows and is spacious. Environment: Great, really good. Service: The front desk service is excellent, very enthusiastic, and they even bring takeout orders directly to the room.

The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from Chengdu East Railway Station, and the surrounding area is quite convenient. The room size is decent, which is good for business travelers. The front desk and concierge staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next business trip.

The room was clean and tidy, and when I opened the curtains, the sunlight filled the room with a great view. The bedding was comfortable, so I slept soundly. The service was thoughtful, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel called in advance to ask about our arrival time and if we had any special requests. They prepared a quiet room for us as requested and even provided earplugs. The room facilities and amenities were excellent. The air conditioning was controlled by a knob and cooled the room effectively. It was well-equipped with home-like features such as a microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, dish soap, and scourer. The storage space was cleverly designed, giving the room a cozy, homey feel. Just as I was about to go to sleep, I remembered I forgot to request a different pillow. I called the front desk and was informed that they didn't have any spare latex or buckwheat pillows that day, so if you need one, remember to ask in advance. Also, the lights on the control panels on either side of the bed were a bit bright at night; light sleepers might want to bring their own eye masks. The toiletries smelled great, and the breakfast selection was quite rich. Upon checkout, we received a cute fridge magnet as a gift. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Great hotel a short distance from the East Train station in Chengdu. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Soft towels as well. Teakettle and water included. Great hot water and excellent water pressure. Very good breakfast included. Overall a very nice stay.

This Good Travel Hotel near Chengdu East Station is an excellent choice for transfers! It's about a ten-minute walk from the West Plaza of the East Station, which is super convenient when you're lugging suitcases and trying to catch a high-speed train. The room was on a high floor, spacious, and very clean, with no strange odors. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation and was equipped with a smart toilet, which was a great experience. The bedding was just right, not too soft or too firm, and it was very quiet at night, so I got a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and I even received complimentary fruit upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to grab a meal or buy essentials. Overall, it's great value for money, and I highly recommend it for transit stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm at Chengdu East Station. Plus, they offer luggage storage!
