The hotel was very nice, I celebrated my birthday there. They decorated the room so well and helped me get a cake. The room is very modern and service is efficient. Would highly recommend staying here

Five-star recommendation for Chengdu Ruicheng Celebrity Hotel in Qingyang District. This is my favorite hotel under the Celebrity brand – absolutely fantastic! The service is super friendly, and the butler service is incredibly attentive. The check-in experience was great. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, although our first impression could have been a little better. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very pleasant. However, when we first arrived, I felt that the front desk staff were a little cool and robotic, so the welcome didn’t feel as warm as I expected. The staff who helped us with our luggage to the room also didn’t really introduce the hotel or its facilities, and the security guard we met on our first night didn’t seem very friendly either. These small things made our first impression of the service a little disappointing. Luckily, things became much better from the second day onwards. The staff we met later, especially on our check-out day, were friendly, warm, and always willing to help. Their attitude really made a difference and improved our overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious and there were plenty of choices every morning. The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient and easy to get around and explore the area. Despite the slightly disappointing start, we still enjoyed our stay. A warmer and more personal welcome on arrival would definitely make the experience even better. Special thanks to the friendly staff we met during the rest of our stay for making us feel much more welcomed!

Really enjoyed my 6 days 5 nights here! The staff here all are very helpful. Always ask us if we needed any assistance. I ordered 4 deliveries, they brought to our room even if I told them I can pick up at lobby. They even helped us for the laundry as the laundry was still in use during that time. The room was very clean! We checked in at night, they helped us to upgrade our room to bigger room. The amenities all provided! Love the shampoo and hair dryer. The place was quiet even though is in the city. Nearby has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets so it is very convenient. The only regret is I didn’t get to try the activities in the hotel due to time constraints but will be back for next round!

The service was excellent! I've been to Chengdu a few times, and this was by far the best hotel experience. The hygiene was top-notch, the room was incredibly spacious with great natural light, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The facilities were also quite new. Plus, the front desk even upgraded my room! 👍👍👍

I was on a last-minute business trip and the only room available was a tatami room, but it turned out to be quite nice. It was elevated pretty high off the ground, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough. The front desk staff were also very friendly. There's a subway station right outside, which is convenient, and it's also easy to get a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was just okay, but everything else was great.

This summer, I brought my 82-year-old mother and my child to Chengdu for a trip. We created one of the most beautiful and unforgettable memories: 1. The hotel is particularly close to the famous Wenshu Monastery, which we visited almost every day during our stay. 2. There are parking spaces in the hotel lobby, and taxis can drop you off directly at the front desk, which is especially convenient when it rains. 3. The hotel has a spare wheelchair available for loan, which is very convenient for elderly guests. 4. We received a complimentary sweet soup upon check-in, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. 5. The concierge service was excellent, always available to assist us and resolve any issues promptly. This hotel excels in both hardware and software. I want to commend the designers and all the service staff. On behalf of my family, I extend our deepest gratitude to all the employees who helped us. My 82-year-old mother was extremely satisfied with her stay.

The room was very clean, tidy, and quiet. Even with the AC on, there was no strange smell, which was great. The front desk staff was also very nice, haha. I really liked the feeling of the greenery outside the window (even if it wasn't real plants 🪴). There are also a lot of fruit stalls nearby, and a noodle shop right outside, which is really convenient.

Location is great right outside of the hotel. There are multiple restaurants and great coffee shops to try. You can wash your clothes and the people who work at the hotel are really sweet. Our room had a big hot tub downstairs and the room itself is absolutely gorgeous but definitely recommend the hotel. Also serves breakfast from 7 to 10 and it’s a beautiful place to stay at !
