Hotels in Wenshu Monastery/Longhu Shangcheng Sky Street, Chengdu

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the city center, close to a subway station, making travel very convenient. It's easy to get to attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are many dining options nearby. The housekeeper, Ms. Huilin, provided warm and thoughtful service. She called in advance to confirm room preferences and responded promptly to any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. For those driving, there's free parking, and even charging spaces for electric vehicles, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. Highly recommended!

I chose the LOUIS High-Altitude Hotel for my trip to Chengdu this time, and my overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The room was spacious with fantastic city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The decor is simple yet elegant, and the smart home system was very user-friendly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathtub by the window created a great ambiance, and a bath after a busy day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. The butler service was attentive and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. The soundproofing in the room was also good; despite being in a bustling area, it was very quiet. It's suitable for both couples and friends traveling together. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room facilities are new and clean. The hotel is located very close to Chunxi Road and other attractions, and parking is very convenient as the hotel has its own parking lot. It's perfect for family trips, with plenty of space. The service is especially great; a minor issue with the room was resolved immediately, and the concierge service was very responsive to all our requests.

The hotel boasts a luxurious and grand ambiance. While steeped in history, it's fully equipped with smart facilities, even featuring adorable robot assistants for deliveries and room service, truly maximizing both tech-savviness and comfort! There are washing machines and dryers available on the 13th floor, which is incredibly convenient. What truly impressed me was their 'Jinli' (錦禮) service! Soon after checking in, my dedicated butler proactively reached out. She not only provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities but also, like a local friend, helped me plan my Chengdu itinerary, even arranging recommendations for the most authentic local snacks nearby. This service truly delivered on both emotional and practical value, making me feel incredibly warm and cared for. The location is simply unbeatable! Just a few minutes' walk from Wenshu Monastery Station on Metro Line 1, it's super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li. From my window, I could even enjoy the seasonal beauty of the millennium-old Buddhist sanctuary, Wenshu Monastery. It's truly a unique blend of a bustling city and a tranquil Zen forest, creating an absolutely fantastic atmosphere.

Great hotel! They even spoke English, which is very helpful to us European guests. The staff was nice, the room was clean and the location was great, near the subway station. The hotel even bought Toast Sandwiches since some of the guests didn’t like the breakfast (it was very Chinese). I reckoned that was extremely thoughtful to western and European guests.

I want to say my special thankyou to ms. Liang Jingyu, one of the night shift receptionist for the exceptional service. The hotel is clean and looks new. I hope the wifi could be faster. The con of this hotel is they obly have 1 elevator which could be hassle. All of their staff is top notch. If im coming back to Chengdu again i will definitely stay here.

They patiently answered my questions about sightseeing routes and local transportation, providing very thoughtful service. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The layout was spacious and airy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water was readily available, and toiletries were provided. The overall environment was simple and comfortable, with attention to detail and excellent value for money. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu and would recommend it to my friends visiting Chengdu.

My day at Chengdu Anyue Yuanshe Hotel (Chunxi Road Tianfu Square) was truly beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel’s modern yet elegant design created a relaxing atmosphere, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—just steps away from the lively Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, shops, and restaurants. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings, which featured both local specialties and international favorites. Overall, my stay was a delightful experience that exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend Chengdu Anyue Yuanshe Hotel as the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area.

Heads up: one side of the hotel is currently undergoing construction, which means loud noise starts very early in the morning. Be sure to communicate your room preference beforehand. My 4-star rating for the environment is due to this; the front desk didn't warn me, so I went to bed at 4 AM only to be woken up by the noise after 6 AM. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place! It offers incredible value for money. The rooms are genuinely spacious, especially for a central Chengdu location. They are brand new, spotless, and the facilities are high-quality, making for an excellent experience. The service attitude is exceptional – warm, friendly, and they readily assist with any request. The complimentary hand-braided bracelet was also a nice, thoughtful touch. Given the amenities and service, the price is incredibly reasonable. It's truly outstanding value for money, and I'll definitely be back!

The location is excellent, right next to Wenshu Monastery, making it very convenient for shopping and getting taxis. I've stayed here several times and have always been very satisfied. They offer free laundry service, which is incredibly helpful and time-saving for business trips. The hotel is on a high floor, so you can see Wenshu Monastery right from your room. The rooms are spotless, the front desk staff are very friendly, and there's a good variety for breakfast. It's a very comfortable stay and offers great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here when I visit Chengdu again.
