I've stayed at the Ruicheng Celebrity Hotel many times, and my overall experience has always been exceptionally satisfying. The hotel is located in the heart of Luomashi, just a few minutes' walk from Wenshuyuan subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular attractions like Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and Kuanzhai Alley. It saves a lot of time and hassle when getting around. The rooms are spotless and tidy, with attention paid to every detail, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff are efficient and quick with check-ins, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and they even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including local Sichuan snacks, as well as Chinese and Western dishes. Additionally, there's a free laundry room and parking. This hotel truly offers 4-star quality at an excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chengdu.

❌ The bed has a faint cigarette smell even though I requested anti-smoke treatment and communicated that I'm particularly sensitive to smoke. Could be due to third-hand smoke which is understandably difficult to get rid off, BUT could still be prevented by making some rooms or one floor strictly smoke free. ❌ The provided two fluffy slippers are actually quite slippery in the elevated area. These aren't waterproof, and because the highlight of this hotel is the bathtub, I personally think It'd make sense to also provide two extra bath slippers that can be used in the shower as well as after bathing. 🟠 The bathrobes are fluffy and thick and would perhaps be more suitable for winter? Considering the baththub and current summer temperaturet, it might be convenient to switch to thinner, towel-like bath robes so that you can throw it on immediately after bathing. ✅ Clean bathtub and mirrors ✅ The whole experience with the tub was amazing. Controlling the water temperature was easy and I experienced no shortage of warm water, it flows out immediately. Bath salt was provided as well ✅ Actual usable television that provides entertainment: Can watch a lot of different content because there is VIP membership installed and you can broadcast all kinds of music. ✅ Pillows don't deflate: they provide actual support to your head. ✅ Can watch TV from the bathtub due to the mirrors ✅ Room looks exactly like the pictures and has the described amenities ✅ Walkable distance to metro ✅ Hair dryer actually has strong windflow and a sufficient hot setting. Girls with long hair rest assured. ✅ Good airco system & bidet toilet ✅ Blackout curtain drop ✅ Convenient communication via Wechat ✅ Rain shower & head shower. We got two bedrooms instead of an executive one-bedroom, which is much more convenient with the dining table. The air conditioning is strong; even in Chengdu's 40-degree heat, it's more than enough! The view is great, and the panoramic vistas are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. The whole hotel and rooms are so tastefully decorated. From the mini courtyard with the little fountain, and the music room next door, ad the minimalist oriental style room with tatami/bamboo and tea table. We also loved that the room key was a Buddhist bracelet, that was a nice touch. The service was amazing throughout, from keeping in touch on WeChat, recommending nearby restaurants, and the tea and snacks on arrival were super yummy. 24/7 front desk service too! It was a shame we didn’t get to make use of the complimentary activities, we wanted to but didn’t have time. While the location is a little further away, we enjoyed all the eating places nearby, especially the 铺盖面 and 绵绵冰 and 食而百! This hotel truly felt like a zen retreat which captured the vibe of Chengdu as we experienced it on this trip.

My day at Chengdu Anyue Yuanshe Hotel (Chunxi Road Tianfu Square) was truly beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel’s modern yet elegant design created a relaxing atmosphere, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—just steps away from the lively Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, shops, and restaurants. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings, which featured both local specialties and international favorites. Overall, my stay was a delightful experience that exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend Chengdu Anyue Yuanshe Hotel as the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area.

This is my second stay at Sofis Jinyuan Hotel, and the location is incredibly convenient. The subway station is right downstairs, and you can explore Wenshu Monastery and enjoy authentic local eateries just outside the door. This time I brought my child, and the hotel not only thoughtfully provided kids' slippers, but the most heartwarming touch was the complimentary throat-soothing pear soup delivered every evening – so refreshing and nourishing after a day out. The lobby is grand and eye-catching, with a piano and panda elements perfect for a photo op, and the breakfast restaurant is also cozy and comfortable. The staff, as always, were warm and meticulous, making you feel right at home. For a family trip to Chengdu with kids, this hotel is definitely my top choice. Full marks, and I'll certainly choose to stay here again in the future!

The service was excellent! I've been to Chengdu a few times, and this was by far the best hotel experience. The hygiene was top-notch, the room was incredibly spacious with great natural light, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The facilities were also quite new. Plus, the front desk even upgraded my room! 👍👍👍

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to various attractions, where you want to walk or the subway station. There is everything to eat, drink and play around, hot pot Sichuan cuisine has everything. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was particularly fragrant, especially the hotel pillows, soft and soft, the room layout was very warm, the scenery outside the window was really super beautiful, and the blue sky and white clouds were very healing. From the warm reception at the front desk to the timely response of the room service, they are all responsive. The whole process is very comfortable, the price is super high, it is worth recommending to all friends who come to Chengdu to travel!

Really nice place to stay for couples. Room was cute and cozy, and had great view. You are minutes away from Wenshu Monastery and other landmarks are all in walking distance. Breakfast was also good. They were really helpful with the luggage the day of the checkout, when we went to visit the panda breeding center. The lady at the reception was really nice.

The room itself was quite run down, with a lot of old stains. I feel like the hotel could really benefit from a deep clean and some serious maintenance, otherwise it really impacts the guest experience. The shower also leaked. The only upside was the good hotel service; they kept us well-supplied with bottled water.
