The room is nice and the dinner was great. The onsen was amazing as well, especially the temperature. The plate drawing experience was excellent!

in general very good, a minor comment. the website of hotel only provide the choice of dinner and breadfast, the website of trip.com only provice breakfast. i stay 3 nights and only want to have 1 dinner in hotel, then i need to book one night from hotel website, 2 nights from trip.com. then contact hotel directly and join the 2 bookingd

The room is very clean and tidy but the most enjoyable part is the public bath. You can get more than enough amenities. Everything is perfect but just need to aware of the arrival time. If you arrive late at night without advanced reservation for the in-room dinner, there will be no where to eat.

A great experience, a hot spring hotel that you can't miss when skiing in Zao. The outdoor hot spring is great, the breakfast and dinner are also rich, and the service is very good. Because I left too early, I didn't feel the farewell ceremony, which is a little regretful. I look forward to staying next time!

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was very enjoyable. I was glad to be able to try many Yamagata specialties.

The hotel has scale, although it has some history, but the interior as well as the rooms are well decorated! This time this room is the most expensive, but the room has a private garden and private bath, the family soaking in the hot spring is very happy. It's 50 minutes away from Yamagata City by bus. It's very convenient and easy to find services and facilities. The food is OK and the price is reasonable.

Hotel service is very good

The hotel is on a hill, and the bus stop is a bit of a walk away. There aren't any decent restaurants nearby, just a few noodle shops and izakayas. It's a small place, not very crowded. It's okay for a stroll, and there's a park nearby with nice scenery, but that's also a bit of a walk away. It didn't quite meet my expectations.
