Overall, the hotel was pretty good. It had a bathtub and a nice view, offering good value for money. The front desk even upgraded our room type, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was easy to find; the only minor inconvenience was that food deliveries couldn't come up to the room. Everything else was fine.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room smelled lovely and was very clean. The service was thoughtful and impeccable, making for a truly relaxing stay!

The hotel facilities are outdated. The bathtub is severely damaged, and hot water supply is limited. After a ten-minute shower, the hot water suddenly cut out. I found out it's a storage water heater system, which was a very poor experience. Additionally, the room had an strange odor, the street view was mediocre, and the projector resolution was too low, probably only 720p.

This hotel, located in a tourist city, might be a bit old; its claimed four-star rating feels a bit of a stretch in reality. The windows were absolutely caked with dust, making it impossible to see any scenery through the glass. The room door's deadbolt was useless; you could still open it from the outside with a key card. The dryer on the washing machine was only marginally better than the spin cycle. The smart toilet was incredibly loud; if one person used it, it would definitely wake up the other. However, the location is quite good, with several attractions within walking distance, and it's also convenient for taking Metro Line 1.

The room was spacious and offered beautiful river views. The large bed comfortably accommodated our family of four. However, the air conditioning unit was positioned directly above the head of the bed, and the vents couldn't be adjusted. This was quite uncomfortable and gave me a headache, resulting in a terrible night's sleep. While the location near Jiefangbei is convenient, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The rooms were far from clean; I even found a small medicine bottle on the windowsill and an empty water bottle on the armchair. Booking this hotel was the only disappointment of my entire Chongqing trip. What's more, the service was truly abysmal. I'd strongly advise others to exercise caution.
