The location is very convenient, perched on a hillside. We could even watch the fireworks from our room! The rooms were also very clean and well-equipped. Getting a buggy wasn't difficult at all. We'd definitely stay here again next time we visit; Sunset Town is truly beautiful.

I’ve mistakenly booked this hotel as its name suggests “Seaview” but actually what I got is the cheaper City View, but my requests for free cancellation was denied. So I proceed with my stay and immediately regretted cos not only the view was not the seaview that I wanted, there is a big construction project going on just in front of my unit’s front balcony (see last photo). And the loud construction noises continued late into the night until at least 11pm onwards! The interior of the hotel looks nice but the cane structure of the main sofa was broken from overuse, and the hot water kettle is missing from the kitchen. My advise to all travellers is to avoid this hotel at all costs especially. If u don’t get your seaview apartment!

Great fireworks view ! Just no housekeeping and breakfast provided. Ok for short stay.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. They speak English well, which made communication easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. There is even an escalator that takes you all the way down to the beach and the night market — a great bonus! Another highlight is the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful view, and in the evening you can even see the fireworks from there.

They pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our room from studio to one bed room apartment. The view from apartment was very good. Location is very nice. You can see night fireworks from the balcony as well as bedroom.

They had got double booking but it didn’t problem for us cause they changed the new room as amazing view point for us and reception was very nice. Thank you Annabel 🥰 she is so nice.

Very good place,the best location,cleen and cheap. 2bedrooms 2bathrooms,kitchen,fridge,washing machine. We are surprise and appreciated with everything in here.

It is not a hotel but an apartment like airbnb. No room service at all and customers were required to tidy up and put all rubbish away before left. Otherwise, extra charge will be imposed.

The apartment it's self is very good. You can see the fireworks from the balcony. Apart from that......it's get bad from there. We stayed for two nights, first night been told that we can't use the water from 11pm till 5am. And to make sure we have a shower and use toilet before then, which is unacceptable!! Second night, we ask for towesl to be changed, refill the bathroom amenities, and clean the room. Staff told us to bring the old one to the office and change it to new ourselves (about 200m away from different buildings). We hire the bike from them for the two days we stayed and they try to change us 3 days for it! We refused tonpay and ask them to give me a clear explanation but they couldn't. Overall the apartment is nice but the service is terrible

Pros: Great location, well equipped kitchen. You can see the fireworks in your room without going outside!! Cons: Almost Nothing !! One little thing which is annoying is that there is a little “noise” in the main bedroom, you can hear it clearly during night time sleeping… But the second night we were getting used to it lol~

The location and room superb good, but need to improve the toilet curtains definitely cause you can saw other insides the toilet.
