The location is excellent, not far from Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and Tianfu Square, all within walking distance. The breakfast selection is rich, with local specialty dishes available. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel also offers complimentary laundry service and afternoon tea, which I unfortunately didn't have time to experience.

The room was pretty good, though the front desk and rooms are in separate buildings. However, the staff will take you to your room after check-in. The room itself was nice, quite similar to the photos on Ctrip. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was quite generous, and there's free parking available. This hotel is also very close to the attractions, making it super convenient for tourists. Good value for money, highly recommended if you're visiting during the off-season! (●'◡'●)

Despite being in a bustling area, the high-floor rooms effectively block out street noise once the windows are closed, offering a perfect balance of vibrancy and tranquility. The guest rooms feature a gentle, minimalist French decor with soft, appealing color schemes and no overly flamboyant decorations. The space is open and airy, not at all cramped. Equipped with a King Koil mattress that's just the right firmness, you can easily relax and fall asleep after a long day of walking and shopping. The en-suite bathroom comes with a rain shower, offering stable water flow for a great washing experience. The in-room WiFi is fast and smooth, and the complimentary mini-bar drinks were a big hit with the kids. Housekeeping provides meticulous daily cleaning, and the linens are changed promptly, ensuring a consistently high standard of hygiene throughout our stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked us in, provided incredibly thoughtful service: the check-in process was quick, and she kindly upgraded our room type, which was much appreciated for our family with children. In the lobby, there are always complimentary candies and drinks available, and a robot is on standby 24/7 to deliver items, so you don't have to go downstairs repeatedly to pick up packages or takeout orders. On the 29th floor, there's a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry room, fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities, making laundry super convenient for long trips. The rotating panoramic restaurant on the 30th floor offers breakfast with stunning city views, creating an amazing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast combines Chinese and Western options, with plenty of local Sichuan dishes like 'chaoshou' (wontons), 'dandan' noodles, steamed buns, and congee, as well as Western choices like toast, fried eggs, and salads. The variety is extensive, and it's open until 11 am, so even late risers can catch breakfast. The lobby bar also offers afternoon tea, a perfect spot to relax and recharge after exploring. We were extremely satisfied with the location, service, and accommodation. We'll definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it!

What I loved most about this hotel was its fantastic location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making everyday life so easy. The Sichuan Opera Theater is right downstairs, which was perfect for catching a show and enjoying a tea ceremony!

Back in 2021, I stayed at the Xinliang Grand Hotel in Chengdu and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and tidy, and its excellent location made getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were particularly warm and welcoming. This time, when my daughter visited Chengdu, I booked the same hotel for her, and her stay was just as great. I'll definitely choose Xinliang Grand Hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

This hotel is more of a serviced apartment type. To be honest, because it's not a standalone hotel, it doesn't quite have the same feel as a traditional hotel. However, the staff here are incredibly helpful. They even went to the delivery locker to pick up our takeout and brought it directly to our room, which really made up for the slight inconvenience of it not being a full-service hotel. The location is also great, with large supermarkets nearby.

Before booking, I noticed some reviews mentioning a strong renovation smell, which made me a bit hesitant since I was traveling with a child. However, after checking in, I was much relieved – there was no smell at all. With the windows open, the air circulated well, and there were no pungent odors. The overall hardware facilities are excellent, and the environment is clean and upscale. The location is convenient, quiet yet close to everything. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, and it offers good value for money. The front desk service was also very pleasing. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; they patiently explained directions when we asked and proactively helped us with our numerous bags. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was peaceful. Any questions we had were promptly addressed by the staff, showing their attentiveness everywhere. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle, conveniently located, and offers incredible value for money. Definitely worth returning to!

This hotel is definitely a place I'd stay at again when I come to Chengdu. As someone who visits Chengdu several times a year, the service at this hotel is absolutely fantastic! When I checked in, they explained how to use the air conditioning and TV. Before I went to sleep at night, they'd remind me about the next day's weather, which was incredibly thoughtful! I even forgot my charger, and they helped me mail it back. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The hotel itself is quite unique, and our room even came with a beautiful small courtyard. The magnolia and other unknown flowers in the courtyard were in full bloom, making for a lovely view. With one large and one small bed, it's perfect for families traveling with children. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, very charming and highly recommended. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.
