Really enjoyed my 6 days 5 nights here! The staff here all are very helpful. Always ask us if we needed any assistance. I ordered 4 deliveries, they brought to our room even if I told them I can pick up at lobby. They even helped us for the laundry as the laundry was still in use during that time. The room was very clean! We checked in at night, they helped us to upgrade our room to bigger room. The amenities all provided! Love the shampoo and hair dryer. The place was quiet even though is in the city. Nearby has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets so it is very convenient. The only regret is I didn’t get to try the activities in the hotel due to time constraints but will be back for next round!

The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, allowing guests to experience Zen tranquility while still having easy access to everything. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommended for travelers.

The location was very convenient, and it was easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety of choices. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a lovely atmosphere. I really picked a winner with this hotel in the heart of Chengdu! I have to pat myself on the back, and praise this place! First, you take the elevator to the 6th floor reception area. As soon as you step in, it feels incredibly cozy and upscale. The front desk staff, both male and female, are all super attractive – really high颜值 (good looking). The hotel also has tons of little panda decorations, which really brought out my inner child. There's even a DIY area in the lobby, perfect for families with kids. Once I got into the room, there was a faint, pleasant scent. And the fully smart appliances really blew me away! This is the first time I've seen a hotel room with a water purifier – how fancy is that?! It's absolutely perfect for someone like me who drinks a lot of water and finds the usual two complimentary bottles in a room simply not enough! I stayed in a private onsen room, so I could soak right there. However, I preferred the public area on the rooftop, which was spacious and bright. Every hot spring pool was incredibly clean, with fresh water changed daily. And breakfast? The hours are super long, accommodating everyone from early risers to those who love to sleep in. If I need a hotel in Chengdu again, I'll definitely choose this one!

My stay at the Hongxingqiao branch was absolutely fantastic and truly made our trip to Chengdu unforgettable. From the unique room design to the unbeatable location, everything was just perfect. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room. We booked a two-story loft-style apartment, and it was an absolute vibe! Having a duplex layout made the space feel so much larger and more luxurious than a standard hotel room. The view from the large windows was stunning, offering a great perspective of the city. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and had a very modern, cozy atmosphere. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. One of the biggest conveniences was the in-room washing machine. After traveling for several days, having access to a washer was an absolute lifesaver! It’s such a thoughtful amenity that made our stay so much more comfortable and hassle-free. The location is another massive plus. The hotel is incredibly well-situated, with the Hongxingqiao subway station literally just a few steps away. This made exploring all the famous Chengdu attractions an absolute breeze. On top of that, there are shops and convenience stores right downstairs, so grabbing snacks, drinks, or any essentials was super easy. We had such a great time in Chengdu, and this hotel played a huge part in that. We were completely delighted with our choice and left feeling 100% satisfied. If you are looking for a stylish, clean, and convenient place to stay in Chengdu, look no further. We will definitely be booking this hotel again on our next visit!

For this price, there's almost nothing to complain about. The breakfast selection is very diverse, with freshly cooked rice noodles, regular noodles, and hot and sour noodles, all tasting good. What's rare is that even when I went at 9:30 AM, just half an hour before closing at 10 AM, many dishes were still neatly arranged, showing that the staff are very attentive and prompt with their service. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the coffee machine in the breakfast area is unstable or missing a foot pad; it wobbles every time you press a button, which might startle someone unfamiliar with it. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Both the quality of the bedding itself and the cleanliness of the linens are excellent. The disposable toilet seat covers don't fully cover the toilet seat, but this is because the hotel's toilet seats have a somewhat unique shape, which is probably unavoidable unless custom covers are made. It's a minor issue. They also offer afternoon tea and a late-night snack. If you eat light, the late-night snack could easily serve as dinner. It's impressive that they manage this, especially with so many great food options in Chengdu. The quality of the late-night snack is absolutely not to be trifled with. I didn't get to try the afternoon tea because I was out exploring every afternoon. I have a few small suggestions as well. First, the lobby on the first floor has nowhere to sit and rest. I recommend placing a few stylish benches. Since the main reception isn't on the first floor, this would be very useful when waiting for a taxi or ride-share. Also, while parking is free, entering and exiting the parking lot is a bit of a hassle. I suggest optimizing the process. For example, guests checking in for multiple days could register their vehicle at check-in, so they wouldn't need to send WeChat messages every time they enter or exit. There were several times I wanted to drive out at night but decided to take a taxi instead, thinking it was too late to bother the staff and security. Finally, the 'Elevator No. 2' sign in the first-floor lobby has too much residual glue from where it was attached. The lobby is the hotel's face, and this sign makes the hotel appear less upscale, at least suggesting a lack of attention to detail.

This hotel is conveniently located near the subway and even offers a direct shuttle to Ximen. Taking the first shuttle at 7:30 AM to Ximen is much more comfortable than squeezing onto a bus to Nanmen. The front desk staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with smart features. It was relatively quiet, perfect for early risers. The breakfast was also excellent and filling, enough to keep you going for a morning of panda viewing. When we returned around 12 PM, we were hungry and found that the 3rd floor also offered meals. Even though we can't handle spicy food, there were non-spicy options available, and the taste was good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the pandas; it's more convenient and offers better value for money than staying in the city center.
