"Starting our trip on September 13th, Shiye was by far the most satisfying hotel out of all the places we stayed! Due to my allergies, I have high standards for water quality and hygiene. On this trip to Hunan, the water quality and temperature at most hotels were just 'passable' at best. Only Shiye's water quality and temperature earned my praise, truly delivering a high-temperature private hot spring experience! The private hot spring on the 69th floor offers breathtaking views of Changsha, with Du Fu Tower and Orange Isle clearly visible, all while maintaining a modern city vibe. The butler and staff were very responsive and flexible. I tend to arrive early, and both check-in and my spa appointments went smoothly. The only minor regret is that the central air conditioning didn't provide heating this season, so I had to rely on the private hot spring to warm me up, haha."

When other tourists are still queuing for a taxi, I walked to the attraction in a few minutes, saving time and worry. I really recommend going to these two attractions, or to the Hunan Convention and Exhibition Center for friends to choose here, the price is super high!"

"The facilities are complete, the room is clean, and the location is particularly convenient. There's a free and ample parking lot. It's very easy to get to Wuyi Square, and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Helong Stadium for a concert, approximately 5 to 8 minutes. The environment is nice, and the entrance looks good too. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. The room's hygiene is excellent, and you can even control the curtains with voice commands."

"The location is great, very close to Xiangjiang River, Wanda Plaza, and Taiping Old Street, all within walking distance. The family room is also spacious and well-arranged. However, there are three downsides: First, the laundry room is completely self-service, and the staff offers no assistance. Other hotels of the same caliber usually have staff help with drying and arrange for robots to deliver clothes to the room. Second, the service attitude of the staff varied significantly. The lady we met at noon was very enthusiastic, providing many recommendations and answering all our questions. She even offered us water when she learned we were going for lunch. The staff member we encountered after lunch, however, was much less impressive and seemed a bit impatient. Third, the breakfast selection is quite limited, and the taste is just average."

The room also offered a partial river view, which was quite expansive. The location is excellent too; Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street are right downstairs. It was an absolute blast!"
