"Starting our trip on September 13th, Shiye was by far the most satisfying hotel out of all the places we stayed! Due to my allergies, I have high standards for water quality and hygiene. On this trip to Hunan, the water quality and temperature at most hotels were just 'passable' at best. Only Shiye's water quality and temperature earned my praise, truly delivering a high-temperature private hot spring experience! The private hot spring on the 69th floor offers breathtaking views of Changsha, with Du Fu Tower and Orange Isle clearly visible, all while maintaining a modern city vibe. The butler and staff were very responsive and flexible. I tend to arrive early, and both check-in and my spa appointments went smoothly. The only minor regret is that the central air conditioning didn't provide heating this season, so I had to rely on the private hot spring to warm me up, haha."
