The entire room is spotless, with no dust anywhere. You can just walk downstairs and go straight to the snack kingdom, where you can choose from tens of thousands of snacks and find tons of affordable goodies."

There were plenty of Western pastries, but for Chinese hot dishes, out of the six chafing dishes, three were staples (steamed corn, incredibly hard fried rice, and yam/sweet potato). Only the remaining three were actual stir-fried hot dishes. The variety was even worse than some 3-star chain hotels. I definitely wouldn't recommend paying extra for breakfast here."

"I stayed here for one night during the Chinese New Year. I arrived around 8 PM, and check-in was quite fast. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom had a lot of hair from previous guests, making it feel like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. I booked the room about a week in advance, and I was pleased that there was no price surge for the holiday period. The next morning was the third day of the ***** New Year, and breakfast was included. However, when we went down to eat, there was nothing left. Several people were waiting for noodles to be cooked, but we couldn't wait and had to go find breakfast outside. They really should prepare more breakfast based on the number of guests checking in the day before. It was disappointing, especially since it was hard to find breakfast outside on the third day of the New Year."
One Corner Pool Hotel
"My wife and I stayed here, and the hotel is super easy to find, right across from 'Qia同學少年' Square. The views from the 50th floor are absolutely stunning, and the pool-sized bathtub is incredible. But what really left the deepest impression was the staff's service – warm and professional. When we checked in, a tall young lady helped us. She spoke Mandarin with that lovely, unique intonation native to Changsha locals, which I really enjoyed, haha. After making our room cards, she proactively helped us with our luggage and brought it to the room, then gave us a quick show-around. Overall, it felt like she'd received very professional training; the service experience was excellent – professional yet respectful of boundaries. Originally, we were planning to switch hotels the next day, so I asked for a late check-out around 1:30 PM, and the evening shift lady readily agreed. However, we were pretty tired the next day and found our stay so comfortable that we ended up extending it. The room amenities were also surprisingly excellent. The projector was no joke – flexible controls, 4K resolution, and screen mirroring capabilities. Unlike many other hotels where the projector is basically just for show, lagging and low-res, making you prefer watching on your phone. I didn't use the hairdryer, but my wife has long hair, and she said it was really good. And then there's the pool bathtub by the window – it's massive! You can soak in it while enjoying the river views outside. If I had to nitpick, the bathroom in the room was a bit small with average ventilation, and there's still some room for improvement in terms of detailed cleanliness. But all in all, it was a very good and memorable stay. Highly recommend for couples, families with kids, or anyone really!"
