Environment: The room environment is excellent, spacious, with a particularly beautiful view. Service: A special thanks to Diana for arranging a room on a floor with a stunning view for me. I also had to book an additional room because family was visiting, and she arranged it perfectly. I'm very grateful. Location: The hotel's location is also superb, very close to Fisherman's Wharf, within walking distance, where you can savor Changsha's delicious food. From the hotel, you can see Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, and transportation is very convenient.

For the past few years, I've visited Changsha 1-2 times annually, and the Neilson has always been my go-to choice. I've been staying here since it first opened, at least five years ago. What I value most is its prime location, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. It's close to Fisherman's Wharf, making it easy to get around, explore, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a pleasant environment. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, bright, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a quiet stay. Plus, there's a snack street right nearby. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next visit.

I brought my family here for a vacation and decided to try this newly opened hotel since it offered family suites and the location by the river was quite good. The facilities are indeed very new, and the amenities chosen are also of good quality. If I had to pick faults, one is that the bathroom lacks a place to hang clothes, which is quite impractical and doesn't offer any privacy. The other issue was on the last day when I requested housekeeping; it took a long time for anyone to show up, and when they finally did, they threw away food I had just bought from my room… This clearly shows a lack of proper training, and although the hotel did compensate me, it still affected the overall experience. Overall, it's still a good stay. Especially the river view rooms, they offer great value for money and I recommend staying here.

The room decor is simple yet stylish, with a modern feel, and the air conditioning works great. A big shout-out to the front desk staff for their excellent service, and another thumbs up to the cleaning lady who serviced our room. She made sure to replenish all room items, like the two bottles of water, which I really appreciate. Downstairs in the lobby, there's also a self-service, free, and unlimited coffee and beverage bar, which I think is a fantastic touch. Overall, my impression is that the service and basic amenities provided are comparable to a five-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The staff are very enthusiastic and quick to help with any requests. They also offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) in the lobby, which is great for photos. The hotel is quite proactive about environmental protection; the rooms provide reusable eco-friendly slippers, but they will also provide disposable ones if you need them. Now for the downsides: The building is quite tall, but there are only two elevators, so during peak breakfast hours, you can expect a long wait. In the room, when sitting on the bed, you can smell a drain-like odor, likely coming from the shower. The hotel's location is a bit far from most attractions by taxi, usually a 20-minute ride or more. However, it's right next to a subway station, so if you're not traveling with family and kids, taking the subway is a convenient option.

The environment was clean and comfortable, and Luna at the front desk provided thoughtful and excellent service. The room had great natural light and soundproofing, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a solid night's sleep. The location was convenient for getting around, and it offered great value for money. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The mattress was just right, not too soft and with excellent support, so my back didn't ache even after lying down for a long time. Definitely no issues with a saggy mattress like you sometimes find in cheaper hotels. Looking out the window, I had an expansive, unobstructed view of the city streets. The cleaning staff always greeted guests with a friendly hello, and Mia at the front desk was very welcoming during check-in. All the small details were handled perfectly. Great value for money overall!

The Park Plaza Changsha Vientiane City is in a prime location, right next to the Vientiane City commercial district, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and polite, checked me in efficiently, and responded to my needs promptly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great, and there was even coffee available in the afternoon. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the common areas are comfortable. It offers excellent value for money, and staying here made my trip hassle-free. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Changsha, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, I was amazed to the warm color lighting with simple and atmospheric decoration. The front desk was small and the young lady smiled super sweet. The check-in speed was very fast. Welcome tea and local specialty snacks were also intimately delivered. Instantly eliminate the fatigue of the journey. The room was even more pleasant, the space was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and I didn't want to get up as soon as I lay down, and the quality of sleep was directly full. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, the toiletries are a faint woody fragrance, and the texture is not lost to the big name. The most plus point is the details: there is a USB charging port at the bedside, and the intentions are everywhere. The breakfast is super rich, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable, and the freshly cooked wontons and freshly ground coffee are full of motivation to get up early every day. The location is also very convenient, you can walk to the subway station in 10 minutes, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around. When checking out, the front desk also took the initiative to ask about the check-in experience. This feeling of being valued is really comfortable. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely stay here!

The front desk staff provided excellent service, understanding my room preferences in advance.
