MM15206****[Perfect experience, will definitely come again!] The hotel is newly opened and the facilities are superb! The room design is simple and modern, and the bedding is so comfortable I fell asleep the moment I lay down. The receptionist was kind and efficient, and upgraded me to a high-floor city-view room for free. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station and next to a shopping district. The breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly cooked noodles were heartwarming. Attention to detail is evident everywhere; even the laundry room has disinfectant. Unbeatable value for money, highly recommended!

CChunlingThis homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

TTongpinlvxingMy reflections after living in Changsha for over a month: I could literally lie down and see Orange Isle from my room ✨. The high-altitude river view is absolutely stunning, it feels like the whole city is a beautiful landscape, haha.
The high-rise view with 270° floor-to-ceiling windows looks directly onto the Chairman Mao statue on Orange Isle 🌊. And not only that, you can watch the Xiang River during the day and the light show at night. The room setup is super thoughtful, and privacy for getting around is also well-assured.
Plus, I experienced a fully smart home system along with a projector. It was incredibly cozy and relaxing to lie in bed, watching movies with the river view in the background – truly amazing!
The front desk lady was so gentle 🥤, always ready to answer any questions. Thumbs up!
I'll definitely be coming back to this place for my next trip 💕

From the moment we walked in, all the staff greeted us with smiles, showing such warmth and thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they proactively explained the facilities and patiently answered all our questions, making us feel truly valued. During our stay, Mia was always quick to respond to our needs, providing thorough and attentive service, even helping with our luggage and giving directions – truly going the extra mile with all the little details. Housekeeping was also very diligent; the room was always tidy and comfortable, and amenities were replenished promptly and thoughtfully. Check-out was smooth, and we even received a lovely little parting gift, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, the service was professional yet incredibly warm, making us feel completely at home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommended!

Xxcm100988I was very satisfied with the hotel! We drove there and were able to park for free for several days. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were really great. The shampoo in the room smelled lovely – I even contacted housekeeping to buy a few bottles to take home with me. The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent. If you're staying for several days, it's very convenient for laundry and the gym. It's also easy to go out for a walk, and getting to the city center by subway is super convenient. For the price, the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserCame to Changsha for the May Day holiday, and because my child loves big fountains, I chose this hotel right next to the Meixi Lake Grand Fountain. You can see it as soon as you step out, which is super convenient.
The views and design are both excellent. The hotel's design has a really distinctive style; the lobby is grand yet elegant. The toiletries are from Byredo, a fragrance brand I really like.
The butler service is very responsive. The room is spacious and clean, and the gym facilities are well-equipped. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; everything is freshly made. The rice noodles are just as good as, if not better than, those popular street food places, and they're cleaner, more hygienic, and lighter. Breakfast also included a cheese platter and freshly squeezed juices, and you can take coffee to go. Truly lives up to the Marriott brand! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

GGuest UserGetting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and kindly. They were also very patient with children. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bedding ensures a peaceful sleep, and the family-friendly amenities are complete. It's also super convenient for visiting attractions like the Ocean Park and the Grand Circus. Our stay was comfortable, and we had a great time. It's a perfect experience for families with kids, highly recommended!

YYilingThe 260-acre old palace, with green trees covering the sky and the sun. It was late to the hotel (about six o'clock), saying that the room in the main building No. 8 originally booked was gone, and I could go to Building No. 5 without an elevator. The room manager saw that we had objections, accompanied the explanation and took the room, and took care of the waiter to help us carry the luggage upstairs. It was really a long-distance trip and she was tired because of her sincerity, but she also gave up staying for the third night.
The room has a good base, the facilities are well maintained, the linen hot water air conditioning is OK, and the sanitation is quiet and safe. Green trees are blocked, the room is not bright, and there is no safe or refrigerator.
It is not recommended to drive by yourself. Building 5 is also more than one kilometer away from the nearest subway line 6 (Building 8 is farther), take a taxi.

MM27406****A five-star hotel! I'm extremely satisfied! So much so that it made me fall in love with Changsha! The actual place looks exactly like the pictures! The hygiene and facilities are great, and they offer pick-up and drop-off service with just one call! The hotel service is genuinely excellent! The breakfast is plentiful, and they have a large restaurant for lunch and dinner that's not expensive either! The hotel environment is really good, and the lobby is particularly grand. Looking out the window at night is truly amazing! You can even check out the filming location for 'Sisters Who Make Waves,' and it's not too far from Changsha South! Plus, it offers great value for money! Due to time constraints, I only stayed one day, and I really didn't want to leave. I love this hotel so much, and I love Changsha. I plan to stay here again whenever I visit Changsha in the future! High value for money! The hotel's service is the best I've ever encountered! Full five stars! This is my honest review!
