The high-floor view from the 47th-floor king room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic view of the city. The room design was simple and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The customer service from Sunnie was incredibly thoughtful; she patiently answered all my questions about luggage delivery and arranged everything perfectly, which saved me a lot of hassle. The overall experience was fantastic. The Trip.com package was a great deal, including ice cream, a mini-bar, afternoon tea, and breakfast. Having my luggage delivered directly to the high-speed rail station was very convenient! The hotel rooms are well-maintained, and breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is a great bonus!

The river view from the room is unbeatable. Sitting by the bed in the morning and evening just looking at it is so therapeutic. Downstairs is the Xiangjiang River bank, which is perfect for a city walk, and it's not far to walk to the Youth Square. The hotel service is good; whenever we needed help, the butler took care of it, and ordering food delivery was quite convenient too. The hotel is relatively new, so you can catch a faint scent of renovation, but it doesn't really affect the overall experience. I didn't book breakfast, so I'm not sure how the food is ~ I'll try it next time.

My stay in Changsha was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! Poly Orange Isle Nuoya is a designer hotel with a distinctive style. Located high up, it offers prime views of Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can admire the beautiful Xiangjiang River, creating a fantastic ambiance. The room was very comfortable, with soft bedding and a quiet environment. The location is excellent, with convenient subway access making it easy to get to all the major attractions. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive, always doing their best to assist with any requests. Overall, the check-in experience was perfect.

The standard room I booked was the largest I've ever stayed in at a Ji Hotel. It had a separate dressing area, a work area large enough for three people to sit in, a large TV, and was quiet, clean, and new – a very comfortable stay. It's only a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain, perfect for those taking the route of entering from the South Gate and exiting from the East Gate. Exiting from the East Gate allows you to easily return to the hotel.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

This hotel is an absolute gem for family trips! The location is excellent, very close to Ocean Kingdom and Ice and Snow World, and the hotel even offers shuttle services, making getting around super convenient. The facilities are new, and the room is spacious, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' tent, toys, and bunk beds. My child went wild with excitement as soon as we entered! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also very friendly for families with kids. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the outdoor pool was absolutely stunning. The only minor suggestion I have is for the bubble pool's opening hours to be a bit more flexible. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we'll definitely be back!

The subway station was a short walk downstairs, making it easy to get to Orange Isle and Dongguashan without detours. The room was very clean, the bedding was dry, and there was excellent natural light. Downstairs, there were many snack shops nearby, like Dandan Hot Stew and Tianbao Brothers, perfect for trying local delicacies right outside the door. There are so many places to visit in Changsha, and our stay was hassle-free overall, making it a great choice for traveling with companions. 🏨🌊

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. They offer a free shuttle service and complimentary parking. There is an on-site restaurant, and if you order food delivery, a robot will bring it right up to your room. It's also conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation very easy. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The airport drop-off service was also extremely prompt.

The 260-acre old palace, with green trees covering the sky and the sun. It was late to the hotel (about six o'clock), saying that the room in the main building No. 8 originally booked was gone, and I could go to Building No. 5 without an elevator. The room manager saw that we had objections, accompanied the explanation and took the room, and took care of the waiter to help us carry the luggage upstairs. It was really a long-distance trip and she was tired because of her sincerity, but she also gave up staying for the third night. The room has a good base, the facilities are well maintained, the linen hot water air conditioning is OK, and the sanitation is quiet and safe. Green trees are blocked, the room is not bright, and there is no safe or refrigerator. It is not recommended to drive by yourself. Building 5 is also more than one kilometer away from the nearest subway line 6 (Building 8 is farther), take a taxi.
