"The room was quite comfortable, and the location was excellent – perfect for visiting nearby attractions, taking photos, and with plenty of food choices right downstairs. The staff were extremely polite and enthusiastic, always ready to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend staying near Taiping Street instead of Wuyi Square. Wuyi is mostly just shopping malls and gets incredibly crowded. This area is closer to the subway station and Orange Isle, offers all the essential Taiping Street delicacies, and is convenient for visiting Wenheyou and enjoying riverside walks. For my next visit, I'll consider staying at Beitai for even more convenience."

"Great hotel! It’s in a great location next to the main tourist areas so it’s easy to visit around the city. My room also had a great view out into the city which was very pretty at night. The room itself was clean, very spacious and the bed was so so comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and helped me with my luggage and were always prompt with any requests for the room. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Changsha."

"The hotel's facilities are excellent, it's spotlessly clean, and the location is great, conveniently near the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. The only downside of being on a high floor is that the elevators can be a bit slow, but the stunning night views from up there totally make up for it!
The butler service was absolutely fantastic; they even helped transfer my luggage when I switched floors mid-stay. And for check-out, there was no need to go to the front desk; the entire process was handled online, which was incredibly convenient and efficient."

"The building houses multiple hotels. My room was on the 8th floor. I forgot to take pictures, but it looked exactly like the photos on the booking platform. I stayed for three nights and had a very comfortable experience, as the room came equipped with a washing machine and a projector. My only minor complaint was that during my stay, I ordered food delivery several times, and while Hema delivered directly to my room, Ele.me drivers wouldn't bring the orders upstairs, requiring me to go downstairs to collect them myself."

"Regarding the apartment, I was pleased that my request for a quiet room was acknowledged (👍). It's a loft with two rooms, but one of them lacks a separate door and window. Only having one AC remote was a minor inconvenience. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, though the shower area was a bit dim and the door was difficult to open. For extended stays, customer service would proactively ask if we wanted cleaning, which was a thoughtful touch as they wouldn't just enter unannounced. The most satisfying aspect was the incredibly convenient location. You can walk across the street to Wenheyou. Turning left and walking straight leads directly to Pozi Street (and Beierlou). Continuing straight past the intersection on your left brings you to Taiping Old Street, known for its huge selection of snacks. In summary, several popular 'internet-famous' spots are nearby, and getting a taxi is also very convenient."

GGuest User🔸The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The B&B is very quiet in the alley on the corner of the street. It is close to the Wuyi Square subway station. Across the road is Taiping Old Street. The B&B is on the Xichang Street and Chaozong Street. We walked around very conveniently.
🔹The twin room on the first floor has a large floor-to-ceiling window and can be opened. The small sofa plus a round table with chairs is convenient for chatting and drinking tea. The bathroom, toilet and washbasin are separated, which is very good and does not interfere with each other. The room is large and the overall decoration is also elegant. There is Xiaodu voice control. In short, it is very comfortable to live in.
🔸The front desk lady and the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic. There are many supplies available at the front desk. The check-out lady Xiaoxuan is also very considerate and gave a small gift when leaving.

__WeChat22619****I was passing through Changsha, looking to play an escape room and stay for a day, and I stumbled upon this hotel. The room offered incredible value for money, especially for peak season in July. What truly stood out was how unexpectedly good it was for its price point. Both the decor and service were absolutely faultless. After booking, I added the front desk on WeChat, and they proactively turned on the air conditioning before I even arrived. The room was equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, and they had pre-chilled bottled water ready, with free refills available. Both the air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. When I booked, I saw reviews mentioning a potentially noisy bar downstairs, which initially made me a bit worried about getting a good night's sleep. However, I found that the side of the hotel where my room was situated was perfectly quiet. The free parking was also a great convenience. If I absolutely had to nitpick and find a flaw, it would be that when driving, my GPS led me to Fusheng Road (perpendicular to Jiefang West Road), and I didn't realize I could access the hotel directly from there without asking the front desk, which led to a slight detour.🤣 I really should have inquired beforehand. All in all, I can hardly find any faults with this place. A solid 10/10! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserStaff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

AAnonymous UserThe internal facilities are all normal. We were asked if we wanted the room cleaned during the trip. The bed was very comfortable and really comfortable. The people at the front desk were very nice. They sent me messages and asked questions in the middle of the night before I went. They all replied to me and told me. The weather and how to come by car, and the extra dental equipment we needed were given. I only spent a day and a half playing there, but I was still very happy. Loudi is very close to Changsha. I will stay here next time.

MM40046****I said I was blindly selecting, but the kids said it was not a blind selection, it was really good, the Provincial Museum is 10 minutes away, opposite is Fuxing Times, Chef Fei and Chef Chou, you don’t have to queue up for Cha Yan Yue Se, you can eat whenever you want, but not too late.
The subway station entrance is just downstairs, you can travel however you want, it’s very convenient.
By the way, I brought two half-grown boys and a grown man, four people might be a bit crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men unanimously refused, saying it’s just a shower and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, the hygiene is also okay, because I was too tired to play, I didn’t experience the projection, the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it will light up when I move, I can’t see the light, I wake up when I see the light🤣🤣🤣🤣
I found that the floor drain was not working when I took a shower on the first day, but it was solved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

GGuest UserLocation is amazing for our 2D1N stay in Changsha. The area really comes alive at night and there’s so much yummy food, bars and nice photo spots and live music in the area!
The room was clean, aircon is strong. Water takes a short while to get hot but it does get really hot and you can have a hot shower :-)
The front desk area and common area where we got to keep our luggages whilst exploring (thank you!) were a bit messy and floor was dirty but maybe because it has been raining. Ignorable if you go straight to your room :-)
Receptionist will share nearby food recommendations to your WeChat which was very helpful!
Despite live music around the inn, it isn’t noisy and has a peaceful vibe.
I recommend this inn for someone who wants to feel like they’re living in Spirited Away 😊

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

JJuvieJEntrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful.
Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo.
Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there.
Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult.
The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay.
The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.

GGuest UserI would recommend others to stay at this hotel! The hotel is situated near Wuyi Square and its very convenient to get around from here. The room has great amenities and the room was decorated well. There are also many food streets around the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the projector in the hotel room, I found it to be more entertaining than the usual TV found in hotel rooms.
The downsides of this hotel is that it is situated in a building with many other hotels, hence, it can take a long time to get into the lift. The stores under the building also start operating and playing music at 7am, hence it can be disruptive to sleep. There is also some construction going on on the roads near the building now, and construction starts early at 7+am.
I would also suggest the hotel owner to get premium membership for some streaming services. When I was using the projector, I was greatly limited by the selection as I could only watch the free content.
