I stayed in Changsha for three nights, and overall, it was a good experience. What left the deepest impression were a few small details, which I'd like to highlight. First, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. One night, I returned after midnight and found my key card demagnetized. The staff member at desk #6 immediately helped me resolve it without any sign of impatience. Second, the toothbrushes provided in the room were soft-bristled, not the stiff kind that hurt your gums, which many hotels fail to offer. Third, on my second day, it happened to rain. Before I left, the front desk proactively asked if I needed to borrow an umbrella, which was also free. Fourth, I had to catch a high-speed train on the day of checkout, so I left my luggage at the front desk. When I returned to pick it up in the afternoon, I noticed that the front desk staff had been keeping an eye on it. My suitcase hadn't been moved around, and they even reminded me to check for any forgotten items. Individually, these small things might seem insignificant, but together, they make you feel that this hotel genuinely puts effort into what they do, which naturally elevates the overall experience.

Location & Transportation: The hotel is situated right at the entrance of Taiping Old Street, about a 10-minute walk from Wuyi Square. It's very convenient for dining and getting taxis. Service: Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Room: The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and the soundproofing was absolutely amazing (like a secluded paradise!). The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, though the AC is central and can get a bit cold if left on for too long (but you can just turn it off). The room lighting is more for ambiance, so if you prefer a very bright room, this might not be it. It's a matter of personal preference, but my friend and I were very satisfied. Cleanliness: The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The towels were clean. Breakfast: Didn't wake up in time to eat. Summary: I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This place is incredibly convenient if you're visiting the Hunan Provincial Museum with kids. It's less than a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. The best part is the room size; it's really spacious and comfortable.

The standard room I booked was the largest I've ever stayed in at a Ji Hotel. It had a separate dressing area, a work area large enough for three people to sit in, a large TV, and was quiet, clean, and new – a very comfortable stay. It's only a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain, perfect for those taking the route of entering from the South Gate and exiting from the East Gate. Exiting from the East Gate allows you to easily return to the hotel.

The hotel service was excellent, and the facilities were outstanding. The bedding was clean and the hygiene was impeccable. I'd love to stay here again, and I'd definitely bring my family and friends next time.

It happened to be National Day during my visit, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with a strong festive atmosphere, red flags everywhere, making it feel incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure vacations. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Wuyi Square subway station, making sightseeing and shopping super convenient. There are also many local snacks and specialties nearby. The front desk staff, Yezi, provided excellent service, proactively upgrading my room type. From the lounge area, you can enjoy views of Yuelu Mountain and the Xiang River. Despite being in a bustling area, there's no noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's a fantastic choice for travel.

The design is very impressive and immediately catches your eye. The breakfast is also good with a wide variety of choices. All the staff are very enthusiastic, and Front Desk Agent #5 was especially professional and meticulous. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. The room amenities are a bit outdated. The shower drain was constantly clogged, so every time I showered, my feet would be submerged in water, and the whole bathroom would be flooded afterward... Ugh, that was a really bad experience. There's only one charging outlet by the bed, which is inconvenient. There was a separate, paid 3-port charging device that required unplugging something else to charge my phone. The breakfast buffet didn't offer much variety and wasn't great value for money. The only upside is its location near Wuyi Square, where there are lots of food options right outside, and public transport is convenient. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again if I come back to Changsha.
