I chose this hotel for a short stay by chance, and my actual experience after checking in was quite good. As soon as I entered, the front desk lady greeted me warmly. When I asked about nearby dining and travel routes, she patiently and thoroughly explained and guided me. The smart system in the room was very responsive, and switching living scenarios by voice was super convenient and easy to use. The room space was well-organized, and all daily necessities were provided. The environment was quiet and pleasant, making for a particularly comfortable and relaxing stay.

On a business trip to Changsha, I spent a while choosing and landed on this hotel, and it turned out to be really good. Facilities: The soundproofing is excellent; I'm very particular about noise, and I slept great at night. The shower pressure was also strong, making for a comfortable shower, and I even had another one in the morning. Cleanliness: Pretty good, quite clean. Ambiance: They say it's converted from an old money warehouse from over 100 years ago, and it definitely looks like a lot of thought went into it. Plus, the price isn't expensive at all, which makes it very worthwhile. The room was quite spacious; I even forgot to ask if I got an upgrade! Service: Very good, quite friendly. As someone who's reviewed over 90 different hotels, I genuinely feel this one offers great value for money!

Facilities: Well-equipped, clean, and a great environment. Service: Warm, attentive, and very patient. [Social Hour] Welcome tea: I didn't try it, but it should be good. Environment: The surrounding facilities are convenient, and it's only 500 meters from the museum, so you can just stroll over.

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. My stay was a wonderful surprise! The hotel's location is excellent – it’s quiet yet very convenient for exploring and dining, being very close to Wuyi Square and Nanmenkou Pedestrian Street. The room was clean and tidy, with smart features throughout that were easy to use, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, paying close attention to details, and even offered a comforting 'goodnight' congee. The overall decor created a fantastic ambiance with many Instagrammable spots. It offers great value for money and is definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Changsha, plus they offer free luggage delivery!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore the pedestrian street, and Orange Isle is just two subway stops away. The staff are professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making guests feel truly valued. The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and the cleanliness details were perfectly handled. The soundproofing in the room was great; I had a completely undisturbed night's sleep, which made it ideal for relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is very convenient for travelers. The subway entrance is right outside, and the train station is just a short walk away. The design is very impressive and immediately catches your eye. The breakfast is also good with a wide variety of choices. All the staff are very enthusiastic, and Front Desk Agent #5 was especially professional and meticulous. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Overall, the room was quite good. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel right at home. The bedding was soft and comfortable, very pleasant, and the breakfast was also quite good.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
