Easy to find. Great location. Near to various shopping and eateria. They also upgraded our room for free. The room is very clean and nice view. The service from the counter/information also very good. Breakfast also good. They also provide free luggage delivery to the airport. We regreat that we didn't book for more nights till the day departing to the airport.

Strategic location - only 2 mins away from the 黄兴步行街.
Excellent service - I arrived earlier than the check-in time and they have managed in order for me to check in earlier. Great effort.
Prompt response - They will ask you to add their WeChat. Anything you need could send a message through WeChat and a reasonably fast response.
Cleanliness - Clean, they will clean your room everyday even though we were staying for 3 nights. Trash was also taken care of. Amenities were also refurbished.
Wonderful Hospitality - they offered a check out souvenirs and ask if we need anything on our way to the railway station.
Definitely worth your money.

Although hard to find initially, this hotel was adequate for my needs over two nights.
The hotel is located conveniently near to a few subway lines and shopping malls, but that's about it. There's not much to do around the area, most tourist sites or worthwhile restaurants are about 3kms away or further and need a taxi ride/subway ride.
The hotel itself feels pretty clean and modern, my friends rooms felt quite clean and modern but my room was old, dirty and weirdly designed. I think it was a family room previously and instead of doing any real renovations or decorations they just removed the extra bed. Some of the walls have childrens drawing on then in pencil, others are just filthy. The space of the room is massive but there is only one small table and chair. My friends who paid less or the same had two chairs or even a sofa. My room felt weird overall.
Breakfast was standard, I'd recommend the noodles made to order over the premade buffet.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall my stay was good, but I really really hope they do something about the room I stayed in....

It really is a luxury hotel for a cheap price. I had the cheaper room with view on a concrete wall, but the features are great. Bluetooth sound system going through the room, large recreational space, modern and spacious bathroom. Too bad the staff engaging was not friendly. But apart from that, it’s probably the best hotel I’ve ever been in this price range.

I stayed with my friends for three nights and didn't want to leave. We were on a four-day, three-night trip in Changsha. We checked the guide and found this high-end hotel with a good atmosphere. It was really a good place. It was also very close to May Day Square. It was right outside the subway station. 💟Room: 58th floor high-altitude river view room. The design is so strong. 👍 The view is really amazing. You can also take pictures of the sunset. The super-large double bed is so comfortable. The super-large TV is super convenient. The bathroom and shower have dry and wet separation. Smart toilet. 💛Breakfast: Semi-self-service. There are Changsha stinky tofu, sugar-coated glutinous rice cakes, stir-fried dishes, etc. There are super rich varieties of Chinese and Western meals, snacks and drinks. Breakfast is provided until 7:30-12:00 noon. 🏨The hotel's supporting facilities are also complete, including parking, gym, yoga room, laundry room, and ironing machine. 📷The selfie studio is provided by the hotel. It is open 24 hours a day on the first floor. There are also free props. All electronic negatives are given away. The photos I took are really nice

This time, the experience of staying at Beichen Guohui Hotel was very good. Xiao Zhou at the front desk upgraded us to a high-floor river view room. The night view was superb and we could see the Xiangjiang River light show. Here, I would like to thank Manager Li. When we checked in, Changsha was about 30 degrees. At first, the room could only be heated. After hearing our needs, the hotel manager, Manager Li, immediately went to coordinate and gave several solutions. He also adjusted the air conditioning problem and took the initiative to go to the room to help us test the air conditioning in person. The service attitude was very good and really helped us solve the problem. It is really the hotel with the best service and facilities I have stayed in recently~
In terms of facilities and geographical location, the hotel is in a good location, not far from anywhere, and it is not as noisy and congested as May Day Square. The hotel has only been open for a few years and the facilities are very new. If I have the opportunity to come to Changsha next time, I will choose this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights. Strategic location in a quiet & less busy neighbourhood. 3 mins walk from the Nanhu Metro Station. Take exit 1 via the elevator & the hotel is just across the road on your right. Take exit 2 via stairs & escalator and the hotel is on your left upon exiting the metro station.
Room is clean, the staff replenish plenty of drinking water and there is free laundry service too.
Reception was helpful and we felt comfortable during our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Changsha.

We booked this hotel because it is located near Changsha South station which is the arriving station from Fenghuang Gucheng high speed rail. It is a good location from the hotel to the international airport.
This turns out to be a good location for both as we managed to roll our trolley from the South station to the hotel easily and of course a call cab to the airport.
However, this hotel is far from city centre and costs more to travel there. So be better to stay around in the nearby shopping mall 吾悦广场 for dining.
Room is clean and tidy and well maintained and can match any 4 star above hotel internationally…

Great place to stay, not noisy. The room was clean, beds were comfy, but unfortunately AC wasn't working, only heater was working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get quite hot and stuffy without it). For the first night, they moved me to another room temporarily as the room reached 28C. The following days they provided me a portable fan and that worked well enough actually (room dropped to around 18-20C with the heater turned off). Their service was quick and great, so can't complain about that.
The room was great, it had a big projector, and everything can be voice controlled or using the switches by the bed. The internet speed was good enough to stream and cast stuff to the screen. They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym (must go to the lobby and ask them to tap Level 2 Gym floor for you) and free laundry and dryers (must be booked through WeChat/Weixin as it's not self service). The hotel was also walkable to some stores as well! The train station was also 5 mins away from the hotel, so that made things super convenient.

AAndreas KarlNo complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

MMarcHoMy recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home.
A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive.
The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days.
Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

SSilvanoThis is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent.
However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge.
I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support.
I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

KKmin24I had the best experience here. Service is excellent. They really go the extra mile for guests. Besides breakfast, the hotel provides tea break and supper. They also have a free photo shoot at the hotel. They even provided free laundry service. Their concierge will collect the laundry from you and delivered back within 4 to 6 hrs. You do not need to go to the laundry room and monitor your wash and queue for dryer. All are done by the concierge for FREE. At most hotel, you would have to pay for this laundry service by per piece price.
As we are on an early morning flight at 639am, the hotel took the effort to pack breakfast for us as the restaurant is not open yet.
Room is big and comfortable too. Hotel is very trendy and everything is nice and clean. Even the scent of the hotel is nice.
I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Changsha. I myself will stay here again if I go back to Changsha for sure.

GGuest UserThe main reason we chose this hotel was it’s excellent location (near to the major shopping malls Wangfujing, IFS mall and the famous Taiping street) and after reading several of its positive reviews by the guests. However since the hotel is located in the busy area, the road leading to the hotel was not accessible by car after 8 pm. As such our taxi driver had to stop us a little distance away. So please bear in mind this accessibility issue after 8 pm.. The hotel is located on the fifth floor of a building shared by other businesses. The lifts were old and small. Nevertheless all the initial disappointment faded away upon reaching the hotel. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a pleasant surprise. It was neat, clean with many unexpected features unlike other hotels of the same category. Facilities are modern, complete and the room well lighted. The bathroom is comfortable, with automated heated toilet seat, and powerful shower facility. Another good feature is the wash basin located outside the toilet.
There is also a Laifen hairdryer and even a projector.
The service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff always offering additional drinking water and providing free laundry service, a highly appreciated

The overall feeling is not bad, and the main thing is that the location is very convenient. you to the front desk sister Lu Lu for the recommendation, and I'll come again next time.
