The first was a minor flaw in room hygiene. Upon entering the bathroom to use the bathtub, I found hair inside, which instantly diminished my impression. For a high-end hotel, stricter oversight of room cleaning is certainly needed. The second issue involved the high-speed elevators. As the hotel features ultra-high-speed lifts, affected by the piston effect of the shaft's wind pressure, the doors on some floors close with extreme force, creating a significant impact at the moment of closing. You can distinctly feel the air pressure difference, posing a safety risk of trapping people. I hope the hotel can further evaluate and adjust the door machine parameters and optimize shaft depressurization. On the morning of check-out, an elevator suddenly closed forcefully, almost trapping someone. The hotel responded immediately and promptly secured the area. After I reported the issues, Jean, Richard, and Swily responded very quickly, with sincere attitudes, and actively followed up on the situation. They proactively communicated solutions, and I could feel their genuine desire to compensate for the unsatisfactory stay experience, which is commendable. The hardware and views are significant advantages for the hotel; the night views, amenities, and afternoon tea experience were all excellent. If the hotel can optimize the room cleaning details and address the safety concerns with the high-speed elevator's wind pressure and door closing, the overall experience would better match the brand's positioning.
