This was my first time staying here, and according to the driver, it's an older, established hotel, but the facilities seem to have been newly renovated. The service was excellent and very professional. I was traveling with my sister, and they specifically arranged our three rooms on the same floor, which was super convenient. The rooms themselves were perfectly arranged, clean, and tidy. The check-out process was quick, and we were even able to get a late check-out. I also really liked the photo-op activity in the lobby. Especially staff members #1 and #10, their service was incredibly nice!

On a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us! Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.

They pay attention to all the details, like providing disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners for a relaxing soak. They even offer slippers and toiletries for children. There's a complimentary late-night congee and afternoon tea every day, and the breakfast sets are incredibly varied and delicious!

The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. The hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

The room was a bit small, and the river view room only offered a very tiny glimpse of the Xiang River, which honestly was quite disappointing. The environment didn't live up to my expectations. However, the location is truly excellent, making it worth the price.

I saw an absolutely stunning sunset over the Xiang River here in Changsha. Even though it rained heavily on the day I arrived, I was lucky enough to witness a rare and beautiful sunset from my hotel room in the evening. The orange hues of the twilight painted the river, and the 'blue hour' truly touched my heart. The river-view room offered an amazing, unobstructed, and expansive view with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Xiang River. At night, I could also see the bustling city lights. Perhaps this is the joy of travel – you never know what the next moment will bring. The room design was incredibly stylish, and the public lobby exuded an artistic vibe. Every corner felt like it had its own filter, so you didn't even need to find the perfect angle for photos. There's even a hotel-owned selfie studio on the first floor where you can capture your travel memories. The name 'Tyndall Gap' (Tyndall隙) is also quite distinctive. If I ever get the chance to visit Changsha again, I would definitely choose this place. Let me share a few details that I really loved: The room came with a mini-fridge/minibar, and all the drinks were complimentary. Watching shows and the river view with a drink in hand was incredibly comfortable, and I didn't have to spend any extra money. The 1.8m bed was super comfortable, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I'd love to know what brand they use! I slept incredibly soundly at night. The special breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, including Changsha's famous stinky tofu and sugar oil baba (fried glutinous rice cakes). Breakfast hours were from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, perfect for sleeping in and then enjoying a meal. Overall, the quality completely rivals a five-star hotel – it's sophisticated and minimalist without being over-the-top. It's perfect for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or any kind of stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the Peiyuan Bridge subway station. If you're looking for a high-rise hotel in Changsha with a great view and strong design aesthetic, this place is genuinely excellent.
