The service from employee No. 10 was excellent and very good. Even during the National Day holiday when rooms were scarce, the staff (xiaojiejie) tried their best to accommodate late requests. They promptly contacted guests if any items were left behind, and you could even borrow umbrellas from other staff if it rained. Highly recommend everyone. The service was fantastic. When checking in with family and friends, they even specially arranged for us to be on the same floor.

This hotel truly pays attention to every detail, and the service is exceptionally good. It's my first time seeing breakfast served until 1 PM, and they also offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, with different options each day. There's even a free photography service, which I have to give a huge thumbs up to! 👍🏻 My child didn't want to take photos, and I figured since it was free, I shouldn't waste it. So I just put on some lipstick and threw on some clothes and went for it. I never expected the results to be so good! The key is that the photographer made the person being photographed feel really relaxed, so the pictures didn't look stiff. Because of that, the photos turned out great, and every single one was perfect without needing any editing. I absolutely love them! 🥰🤩🥹

When I first saw the name 'Xiangjiang Hotel' online, I thought it would be an older, more traditional style of accommodation. However, my stay completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a charming retro ambiance, and I found it to be very clean, tidy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It's also a great spot for taking photos! What truly stood out was the personalized butler service; it was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. On my first night, I checked in at midnight, and even at 2 AM, customer service was promptly responding to my WeChat messages. For any needs in the room, they'd reply instantly, showing incredible attention to detail and care. The mini-fridge, tea, and toiletries were replenished immediately. After my first night, I extended my stay without hesitation the next day. I'm sure I'll choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha.

The room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The standard room I booked was the largest I've ever stayed in at a Ji Hotel. It had a separate dressing area, a work area large enough for three people to sit in, a large TV, and was quiet, clean, and new – a very comfortable stay. It's only a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain, perfect for those taking the route of entering from the South Gate and exiting from the East Gate. Exiting from the East Gate allows you to easily return to the hotel.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

This was my first time staying at Ramada. During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely warm and attentive. Seeing that I was traveling with elderly family members and children, they kindly upgraded our room for free and patiently walked us through all the important details. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the tatami seating area was a nice, relaxing touch. When checking out, I used their luggage forwarding service. The staff patiently and carefully guided me through the process, and my luggage was successfully delivered to the high-speed rail station just as expected. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’ve definitely added this hotel to my go-to list for future trips.

Coming to Changsha, the location of your accommodation is truly key. This place is right in the Wuyi business district, and the subway is downstairs. It's super convenient for going out to eat or visit attractions. The floor-to-ceiling window view absolutely stunned me. Watching the sunset during the blue hour in the evening, and seeing Changsha's night view right from bed – it's incredibly photogenic!!! The overall design is that of a simple yet upscale designer hotel. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary, and breakfast is served until 11 am, which is perfect for late risers. If you're coming to Changsha and want a comfortable stay, this place should definitely be on your shortlist.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Taiping Old Street and within the Wuyi business district. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. You can easily walk to Pozi Street, Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and IFS financial center. Turn left out of the hotel and it's a two-minute walk to Xiangjiang Middle Road subway station, which is just one stop from Wuyi Square and the next stop is Juzizhou Head – very convenient indeed. It's only about 100 meters from the Xiangjiang River, and you can even cycle to Du Fu Jiang Ge to enjoy the night views. The room is compact but clean, with complete facilities. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and more.

It's not far from the train station. I invited a few friends to play mahjong. It's comfortable. The service of Xiao Wang at the front desk is good. There are tea bags and everything. If you need anything, just call the front desk and they will deliver it to us. Good reviews
