GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here, and according to the driver, it's an older, established hotel, but the facilities seem to have been newly renovated. The service was excellent and very professional. I was traveling with my sister, and they specifically arranged our three rooms on the same floor, which was super convenient. The rooms themselves were perfectly arranged, clean, and tidy. The check-out process was quick, and we were even able to get a late check-out. I also really liked the photo-op activity in the lobby. Especially staff members #1 and #10, their service was incredibly nice!

DDaviiidOur family’s recent stay at 6500 at Chaozong street, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and genuine care. The design of the hotel is stunning, beautifully curated with a keen eye for detail. It is modern, stylish, and very aesthetically pleasing. Every corner felt photogenic. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We have never been treated so nicely during our travels. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and you simply cannot beat the location. It was so convenient for exploring all that Changsha has to offer. Everything was absolutely amazing. We can't wait to return. We also learned that they have a location in Chengdu, and we will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Mainland China. We cannot recommend it enough!!!

They pay attention to all the details, like providing disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners for a relaxing soak. They even offer slippers and toiletries for children. There's a complimentary late-night congee and afternoon tea every day, and the breakfast sets are incredibly varied and delicious!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping district, making it easy to get around, and the facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. GGuest UserBooked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

Downstairs, you'll find the bustling Wuyi business district, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room's bedding was comfortable, and the night view of the Xiangjiang River was beautiful. I appreciated the smart room controls and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The only minor issue was the slow elevators, but the hotel staff were quick to respond when I brought it up, which was understandable. Overall, everything else was great.

GGuest UserI didn't see this hotel at first. I checked into the previous one that same day and was immediately put off, so I canceled and booked this one right away. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was impressed by the hotel's decor 🤏. Every single staff member was incredibly enthusiastic, providing the quickest and most comfortable service 👍🏻. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and very modern overall! I hope Tyndall continues to grow and expand across the country 😁😁. I highly recommend Tyndall! The satisfaction, comfort, and emotional value are all fantastic ❤️.
