GGuest UserOverall, my stay was quite good. The hotel's environment, service, and facilities were all satisfactory, especially the food, which was excellent, and the room service was also great. The only downside was the complimentary travel photography session. The composition and photo quality were really disappointing; I couldn't even pick one to be retouched, so I ended up not wanting any of them. It felt like a waste of time and really soured my mood. Honestly, if it weren't for this photo service, my overall impression of the hotel would have been even better. I'd suggest the hotel either improve the photography team or simply cancel this complimentary offering.

GGuest UserOverall, it was fantastic! When I checked in that evening, they upgraded me to a city-view king room on a higher floor, which offered an amazing view. The room facilities were all premium brands, from the automatic toilet to the hairdryer – truly excellent, making it a top choice for business travelers.
The elevators were fast and well-designed. The lobby on the 1st floor and check-in on the 6th floor provide excellent privacy for guests. There's even a robot that delivers takeout, which is super convenient as you don't have to go downstairs to pick it up. Great value for money. Dining and shopping were also very accessible.
Not just the room, but the service was also excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming, explaining the hotel's amenities, and were thoughtful about every detail. The staff even helped me call a taxi and gave me a souvenir. In my opinion, it's the best hotel in Changsha County~ A very satisfying stay.

EEloise L.This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at by far. If I come back to Changsha, this will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on.
First and foremost, the hotel is clean! That’s my biggest pet peeve when it comes to hotels, and this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is also themed, so the atmosphere feels much more pleasant and unique compared to a lot of modern hotels. I especially loved the small library space they have.
The room itself is spacious, and the layout is perfect. I like that there’s a separation between the toilet area and the shower area. I also appreciate that the windows can be opened for fresh air. Overall, the room is super quiet, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The service is impeccable. Check-in was smooth, and they offer free laundry service and complimentary afternoon tea every day during your stay. You can also request bottled water for free, and the minibar is stocked with drinks and snacks that are all complimentary as well.
Honestly, I can’t think of a single issue I had during my stay. Highly recommend!

MMarcHoMy recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home.
A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive.
The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days.
Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

The crayfish at the hotel's specialty restaurant on the first floor was delicious, and the stir-fried prawns were definitely a highlight. The concierge was proactive in helping with our luggage, which was a nice touch. The Heavenly Bed in the room was super comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent!

GGuest UserThe room was excellent and the service was superb, especially the hotel butler who ensured our family had a very quick check-in to a room that was pre-arranged and perfectly suited our preferences. The breakfast was also very much to our taste. The travel photography session included in the package was truly fantastic. This hotel is simply the best in Changsha! From the hotel lobby on the 39th floor of the Skyview Heights Hotel, you can see our great leader's statue and the flowing river, making for a beautiful view. The hotel was also very clean, with complete facilities, and the environment and service were all excellent.
