Big thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!
