GGuest User🔸The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The B&B is very quiet in the alley on the corner of the street. It is close to the Wuyi Square subway station. Across the road is Taiping Old Street. The B&B is on the Xichang Street and Chaozong Street. We walked around very conveniently. 🔹The twin room on the first floor has a large floor-to-ceiling window and can be opened. The small sofa plus a round table with chairs is convenient for chatting and drinking tea. The bathroom, toilet and washbasin are separated, which is very good and does not interfere with each other. The room is large and the overall decoration is also elegant. There is Xiaodu voice control. In short, it is very comfortable to live in. 🔸The front desk lady and the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic. There are many supplies available at the front desk. The check-out lady Xiaoxuan is also very considerate and gave a small gift when leaving.

There was a front desk brother who remembered every service point when I checked in last night. There was no perfunctory. Because we arrived at the store late, he reminded us that it would take a long time to drain the swimming pool and asked us if we wanted to prepare in advance. After arriving at the store, he took us to the room first. He told me that the swimming pool had been disinfected at the first time. I really like this point. I praise him. The staff were very attentive; they often added guests on WeChat to communicate details and provided great recommendations for local eateries. There's also a small cat at the front desk! However, he seems to prefer female guests, so male guests should be cautious when trying to pet him.

The host is extremely helpful and extremely responsive. Some places, only the picture looks nice. But for this, you are in for a pleasant surprise. Our stay was tooo short! JJuvieJEntrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.

GGuest UserI would recommend others to stay at this hotel! The hotel is situated near Wuyi Square and its very convenient to get around from here. The room has great amenities and the room was decorated well. There are also many food streets around the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the projector in the hotel room, I found it to be more entertaining than the usual TV found in hotel rooms. The downsides of this hotel is that it is situated in a building with many other hotels, hence, it can take a long time to get into the lift. The stores under the building also start operating and playing music at 7am, hence it can be disruptive to sleep. There is also some construction going on on the roads near the building now, and construction starts early at 7+am. I would also suggest the hotel owner to get premium membership for some streaming services. When I was using the projector, I was greatly limited by the selection as I could only watch the free content.

My only real complaint was the bathroom, which was quite small, likely due to the space being converted from a studio apartment. Also, the elevators sometimes took a while to arrive. However, the room's atmosphere was very pleasant, and it was well-equipped with all necessary amenities.
