"They have a shuttle service from the airport, and unlike other hotel shuttles that combine multiple hotels into one big bus, this one is spacious and quiet. It even runs at 2 AM, and the driver mentioned it operates until 3 AM, every hour on the hour. The front desk staff were very friendly and confirmed if I needed an airport drop-off shuttle and at what time during check-in. All my requests were met. It's also very convenient to buy things or eat downstairs."

"The location is a bit far from the nearest subway station; it took us about 25 minutes by taxi to get there. However, since our flight home was at 8 AM, this was the closest option to Pudong Airport. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus early in the morning to take guests to the airport. Overall, the experience was good. It would have been even more perfect if the lobby manager had smiled a bit more while providing service. 😊"

"The hygiene was impeccable, and the location was fantastic, very close to Nanjing Road and the Bund, about 100 meters away. Downstairs, there were several delicious and affordable snack shops. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly, even helping me with my luggage. Plus, there was complimentary bottled water."

"I was a guest in this hotel, between December 22 and 27. I booked an Elegant Queen Room. However, I have to say that there is not much elegant about it. There are no slippers in the room. Air conditioners external units are placed literally two meters from your windows, and as you can see, and there are so many of them. I strongly recommend buying earplugs before checking in. The room was 517, so if possible please avoid it. One more thing. Me and my partner had sexual intercourse, and in one moment, I saw a person one floor above, clearly visible through the windows. That's not even other apartment, it is some unfinished space, that looks ruined. The curtains simply were not fully pulled, my mistake, but I didn't expect to see random person above 😅 There is no locker, so your things would have to be placed all over the room. Staff is very nice, and super kind. Expect warm welcome every time you move by reception desk. I bought some sausages in local market, and I asked the staff if they would keep it in the fridge for me. They accepted. However, I forgot to take it when I checked out. I asked them if they could send me the package to my city, and they did it promptly. Good service, truly. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Location is very close to the Bund, Financial center, and subway station (line 14, Yuanshen Road) is almost opposite the hotel. All together, room is definitely subpar, and it doesn't justify the price. Everything else is near perfect."

"The hotel was easy to find. Upon check-in, they offered an airport transfer service, which was a nice touch. The room quality was fair for the price, offering good value for money. The airport transfer was a bus, and it departed punctually, taking less than twenty minutes to reach the airport, leaving plenty of time before my flight. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"The service provided by the front desk was excellent. They are so helpful even helping us to reserve a table for dinner and make an appointment to see a doctor. They provided us with directions and guided us how to book a Didi etc. They also helped me collect parcels on behalf and sent any food delivery up to my room via the robot. It's so convenient. In addition, they also provide unlimited mineral water both at the lobby and room. I stayed at the second floor where the restaurant and laundry room is at, hence it's so convenient for us. Love the laundry facilities with free detergent. I hope there are more varieties for breakfast and supper as I got bored after a few days. Super are limited to porridge and freshly cooked noodles. The breakfast area can be crowded at certain times and takes time to find a table. You can asked for containers to pack the food back to room if you doesn't want to eat there. The room is big and clean. The location of the hotel is not near the metro station hence you can only take Didi or their shuttle bus. Although there is a shuttle bus to Nanjing road but still need to walk a distance to the shopping area. The mall opposite hotel is called 香港名都 mall, there is a supermarket, haidilao and a number of eateries."

"This is the ultimate small room experience I've ever encountered. The cleanliness, materials, space utilization, and functionality are all beyond imagination for a room of this size. Coupled with the location, I'm completely smitten! I hope they maintain this regal value for money! Keep up the great work!"

"The hotel is located on the 2nd floor without any lift. Very clean room with a powerful shower spray bathroom. The bathroom has a modern and nice warm toilet seat and it's self flushing. The decor of the room is very nice with a beautiful painting. It has a kettle but without any coffee/tea beverages. Smooth and prompt check-in especially when we arrived about 1am from Pudong Airport. The lady receptionist directed us to our room promptly as we were rather tired. Our room faces a shady river and it's quiet. However, during the day, there is some ongoing construction in the next section of the building from about 9+ am. But by then, we are out exploring Shanghai. There are plenty of eateries nearby which are very good. The nearest Zhongshan Road Metro station (Red Line #1) is about 800m away.."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to Nanjing Road and East Nanjing Road metro station, walking distance from the Bund. However, it is tricky to find because the facade says Ji Hotel, the reception is on the 5th floor. The room is simple but serviceable, the cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast (the same bagged package every morning) could be improved."

"Right next to Jinjiang Inn. After checking into my room, I noticed a loud AC unit outside. They changed my room, and I heard the front desk repeatedly remind the cleaning staff to put everything back as it was and to definitely change the sheets and duvet covers if anyone had sat on them. I was quite satisfied with the hygiene and service, and I'd come back again if I need a place to stay."
