The location is also excellent, very close to Jianghan Road and Wushang H&M. The guest services department even contacted me a few days in advance to inquire about my itinerary, which was incredibly thoughtful. A pleasant surprise was that the hotel already uses robots to deliver takeout, something I haven't seen in other luxury brands I've stayed at. Thumbs up to The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan for its human-centric approach and keeping up with the times! (P.S. The bar also serves great drinks.)"
