Pet friendly Hotels in Wuhan

Perfect airport hotel to relax before flying out. I had a great view of the water, railway, and planes flying in. The noise was minimal, just a whizzing by bullet train once in a while, weeerrooooo, it was so cool to watch. I was able to see the sunset, my room had huge windows. They really thought of everything, a mini fridge a kettle, essential oil diffuser, yoga mat, yoga block, foam roller, and more. I was too full from eating on my Wuhan trip that I skipped the restaurants but I love the idea of keeping things healthy and fresh. The staff were friendly, check in and check out was a breeze. I was offered fresh fruits when I arrived and they were delicious. I also asked for an airport shuttle and made it to the airport with no issues. I had a lovely stay, the hospitality was wonderful. I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

Pros: - The staff is very responsive and helpful. They texted us in advantage on Wechat for instructions and password to access. - The location is very nice, right next to Jianghan road and a night food street, very lively at night - Very reasonable price for such an apartment in this center area Cons: - The apartment building is very old, worn-out and dirty. And this is not reflected in the pictures of this apartment listing so we were very confused when we arrived - The apartment is provided with single use bed covers and towels, which are quite inconvenient - During our 4 nights here, the apartment got cleaned twice but the hygiene is not the best. We know the staffs are quite busy but there were still lots of hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor…etc show that it is not nicely cleaned as we expected Overall, since we expected fresh, clean, modern rooms, we don’t think this place suit our expectations. However, if you prefer the price and the area, we recommend the location.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Whenever I travel with my pet by car, I almost always choose Somerset, it gives me such peace of mind. Service: Maintains the consistent service standards of Ascott Somerset apartments. Facilities: I was worried it might be old, but I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The washing machine, fridge, kitchen, and tableware were all fully equipped, making it feel just like home. As a Platinum member, my room was upgraded, the air conditioning was turned on in advance, and little gifts were prepared. This made for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the staff.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few hundred meters' walk from Bagongfang. We had a river view room, and the scenery outside the window was absolutely stunning at night when the lights came on. The entire hotel's decor is beautiful, reflecting Song Dynasty aesthetics, which makes for great photos.

We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.

Amazing hideaway for couples, groups, or families. It's ideally located next to the lake, so you can swim at your own convenience. The owner was very accommodating with helping with transportation, so even though public transportation may be slow, she'll arrange with you to drop you off and pick you up from sightseeing areas nearby. She even took us home, 2 hours away when it was time to leave. The place is great. You'll have access to life jackets, canoes, and floaters. The general area has a kettle, a fridge to buy small quantities of water and cup noodles, and a charging area for your phone, though it would be more convenient if the tent room had its own charging area. Don't forget to bring a repellent and since it's a bit of a hideaway, be prepared to be the only ones there late at night if you choose a tent room. It's very safe though. I stayed there with two kids and we were perfectly fine. There's a surveillance camera in the general area and just outside the bathrooms. My only concern was the bathrooms. They need to be cleaned more often so they're prepared for the next users. Overall, it was a perfect getaway with amazing views and very good service, and conveniently located near sightseeing areas.

The place is pretty average and a bit dated. They kept it relatively clean but there was still some mould on the roof in the bathroom. It was comfortable enough for the price but not great. Worst thing I found was the smell of smoke in the room. It was really bad, they shouldn't allow smoking in tiny little rooms like that, or at least have some non-smoking rooms.

This apartment isn’t bad, but not very clean. Also there’s no normal towels, only disposable ones. In our room shower didn’t work normally and was too small. But I know, that there are also rooms with cool bathroom. So I can say, that in general it’s 3.5-4/5

I would give a 10/10 if it's not because of the wifi in my room requires a Chinese number to activate. Otherwise, this hostel is a super gem, very clean, unbeatable location, friendly staff and has nice facilities
