GGuest UserRoom was great, very clean, well appointed and very new. The location is also great,close to everything, breakfast was also good. Got upgraded due to Hilton Gold Member, however really no other recognitions.
Unfortunately, the service was the let down, reception staff showed no interest, no eye contact, no communication, didn’t tell me where is the restaurant opening hours, inclusions of my room and worst didn’t even tell me where is the lift to get to our room.

LLilliSI booked last minute and it's my second stay here. I chose it because of the location, staff, and room. It's conveniently located in front of a bus stop and a 10 min walk to Zhuyeshan metro station. There's a little convenience store on the first floor to get snacks and drinks. There are food and fruit markets in an alley around the corner. There's a pedestrian bridge so I don't have to cross the road. There's bubble tea, Starbucks, luckin coffee and burger king across the street as well. The staff are always busy but always willing to help. I used a translator app mostly to communicate and they were very patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff /aunties are great and will smile if you smile and be friendly first. The morning breakfast is on the heavy side for me but full of variety and delicious. If you're able to, reserve the room with the breakfast included, I found the value was excellent. I especially liked the lady who prepares the noodle soups. I stayed in a larger queen deluxe room this time and thought it was great! I had a better view of the gas station across the street. The regular room was awesome too. I didn't hear street noise but there were times in the evening when I could hear other guest's noise. It didn't bother me, and I suppose it depends on who comes and enjoys the hotel. Another amazing part of the hotel is it offers free laundry and there are dryers. I think they offer a free laundry service too but I didn't mind doing my own. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would come again to stay. Wuhan was an amazing experience and this hotel was part of it. Xièxiè.

My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons
1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed.
2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options.
4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent.
Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

GGuest UserI booked it for two consecutive days and I was very happy. First of all, the proprietress was warm and thoughtful. After adding WeChat, she sent me nearby food and transportation attractions, etc. It can be said that there are questions and answers. I should have checked in at 2 o'clock. I came out of the Yellow Crane Tower in advance and there was no place to go. I wanted to lie down quickly. It was too hot outside Wuhan. After contacting the proprietress, she immediately promised me that she could free up the room for me at 11:30, and intimately asked the aunt to turn on the air conditioner for me in advance. At that time, I really felt that I had saved my life! Entering the room, I was particularly happy. The floor-to-ceiling window was the Pazhou Bridge and the vast Yangtze River. The scenery was great! I immediately felt a lot refreshed. Without saying a word, put water in the bath, taste the aroma, soak in the bathtub, and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. It is very comfortable! In the evening, I went to the nearby alley to eat. There are many restaurants and stalls along the way, which is very convenient for eating and drinking!
When I finally checked out, the proprietress repeatedly asked me to pay attention to the heat prevention and cooling, and I felt warm in my heart! Since I lived for two days and I took a taxi to the place I wanted to go back and forth, I had no say in the traffic! In short, a very good experience, thank you boss!

This Marco Polo hotel is conveniently located near the city center, offering great transport links and an abundance of dining and shopping options, all just a few minutes away by taxi, subway, or on foot. The views are absolutely stunning, especially the unique 270-degree river view – I absolutely loved it! The front desk staff were warm and professional; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room. Room service was also incredibly prompt!

TTravelfreeThe ethos hotel is a great choice if you're planning a trip to wuhan! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the ”Bund” area of wuhan. We spent two days walking around that area but barely scratched the surface. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, albeit fairly small with a bit of a 'wasted' tiny balcony area and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices but there are some classic wuhan breakfast options on offer so you can get your fix of reganmian or doupi if you want. The options were limited but they were quite tasty and fresh. There is a laundry room and a gym, there's supposed to be an outer deck, but it seemed to be closed when we tried to go outside, a bit of a shame because we wanted to see the view. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to
