The room was pretty good. The front desk service was professional. I'll definitely stay here again next time, it was really comfortable. They even offer free late-night snacks. The bus stop is right outside, and the subway station is only about 200 meters away, making it super convenient to get around. I'd definitely come back. It's also close to Hankou Railway Station, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, there's 24-hour free parking, and they even help with laundry and drying, which is really great. What's even better is that popular photo spots and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street are all very close by.

Its location is fantastic, very close to the station, and just a few minutes' walk to the subway entrance, making travel incredibly convenient. This was a huge relief when traveling with luggage and children. The room was spacious with a generous layout, giving the kids plenty of space to move around comfortably. The cleanliness was meticulous and thorough. The staff were very kind and friendly, and incredibly patient with children. The surrounding area is easy to get around, and parking is convenient too. The overall environment was quiet and not noisy, so the kids slept really well. Both the accommodation and dining were pleasant, making for a great stay with children. We'll definitely choose this place again next time.

However, the biggest issue was that I did not receive the room type I had booked and paid extra for. Instead, I was given a cheaper room, which was very disappointing. If guests pay for a specific room category, they should receive exactly what was reserved. Another downside was the layout of the hotel. Finding the room was unnecessarily difficult, as the corridors felt like a maze and navigating through them was frustrating. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, especially the cleanliness and reception area, but the room allocation issue and confusing layout significantly affected the experience.

Second, considering it might rain in Wuhan these past few days and we might not be able to go out, my second requirement was a spacious room. Due to a limited budget, many chain hotels couldn't meet my needs, so I truly compared a lot of places. This hotel has a very large room, a balcony, a washing machine, and it's also incredibly quiet. I slept very comfortably both nights I was in Wuhan. There's also a small table and two small stools, perfect for friends to share snacks and chat in the evening; the shower pressure was also great. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was spacious and met all our basic needs. The executive lounge offered great views, and the light meals there were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was really good and varied, and the pool and gym facilities were excellent with convenient operating hours. My only minor complaint was finding a used tissue in the toilet when I first entered the room. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

This trip chose this hotel really! The location is excellent, it is especially convenient to go out to take a taxi and visit the business district. As soon as I entered the lobby, it was clean and bright, and the handsome guy Xiao Chen who checked in at the front desk was caring and patient. Breakfast was also presented, the rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bed was soft and hard, I had a good night's sleep, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water was sufficient. Toiletries quality online. The overall price is super high, the service, health, and environment are all online, this is the first choice for tourism here, and I will stay here next time!

The items in the room were also very pleasant to use. **Environment & Hygiene:** It's very quiet; any extra noise mainly comes from other guests. The room was clean, tidy, and completely odor-free. **Hotel Service:** The staff were warm, polite, and answered all our questions efficiently. You can really tell they have professional and standardized management.
