The facility was clean and the food was good. Most of all, the services by people in the frond desk and cleaning crews were excellent. Especially, Zeng Cen was phenomenal. When a taxi driver charged a fare of 839 Chinese Yuan from Wuhan international airport to the hotel, he explained to the driver why the fare was ridiculously high and made him to reduce to 355 yuan. I really appreciate his willingness to speak up for a foreign customer.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel for my business trip. The front desk staff were efficient and responsive. The room was clean and bright, the desk was tidy, and the internet was fast, making it suitable for work. The bed was soft, and the environment was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. The surrounding transportation was convenient, making my commute easy. The service was polite and attentive, and overall, it performed excellently. I will prioritize choosing this place for my future business trips.

Every time I pass by the front desk clerk, I will take the initiative to smile and say hello. It feels like home. Check out and hand over mineral water. This kind of service is really rare. I will choose here next time and recommend it to all good friends. The restaurant is rich and varied. It feels good, the beef noodles are very delicious, and you can continue. The only downside is that the hotel equipment and facilities are a bit old.

Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Location: Unbeatable river view room with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of Central China's tallest building across the river. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront with a prime river view. At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Yangtze River light show. Hankou Beach and Lihuangpo Road are right outside, and Jianghan Road is a convenient walk away. Cleanliness: The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was soft. Service: The front desk service was attentive. This place offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.
