During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

This hotel is right on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, so it's super convenient to do anything once you step downstairs. There were a lot of people taking photos on the street below. Staying in a century-old building really gives you a sense of history and gravitas, which is completely different from the feel of a typical new high-rise hotel.

The room was clean, bright, and offered a wide view, giving it a very spacious and upscale feel. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They provided thoughtful items that aren't usually needed but come in handy for temporary situations, such as nail clippers and a wheelchair—such attention to detail! The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable to use, and the toiletries were top-notch. The towels were extremely absorbent and brand new. The room was free of any strange odors. All in all, it offered fantastic value for money and added a wonderful touch to our National Day holiday trip.

She greeted me with a sincere and friendly smile, carefully confirmed my accommodation needs, and patiently introduced the hotel’s facilities, surrounding environment, and convenient travel routes. This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

I booked this hotel mainly for its view. I figured if it rained in Wuhan, I could just stay in and enjoy the river view, which would be pretty nice. The only downside was the transportation. Overall, I was very satisfied! Here are a few useful tips: 1. **About the Room:** I stayed in a twin room on the 14th floor. The hotel is surrounded by the river on three sides. Twin rooms are on the sides, while king rooms are in the middle. However, the views from the side rooms are still great, no complaints there. The room was newly renovated, and the bathroom was spacious and also had a river view. 2. **Food Delivery:** You can order takeout to the hotel, but you have to go downstairs to pick it up; they won't deliver to your room door. This is acceptable. 3. **Dining Options:** There aren't many restaurants directly around the hotel. If you want to experience Wuhan's local breakfast culture (guòzǎo), you can cross the river, or just order takeout. 4. **Navigation Tip:** Don't be misled by Baidu Maps. Cross the road, go through Guishan Park's south gate, and you'll be directly on the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. 5. **Local Attractions:** Hanchuan Pavilion and Zhiyin Temple are worth visiting. The view from the second floor of Zhiyin Temple is expansive, offering a stunning distant view of Yellow Crane Tower, and there are very few people there. Just imagine the crowds at the Yellow Crane Tower scenic area! I even found an old photo of the hotel at Hanchuan Pavilion; it must have been a very renowned establishment back in the day.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation they offered was a fruit platter, which I promptly refused. In the family room I stayed in, there were several noticeable dents on the floor near the bathroom entrance. I don't understand why they weren't repaired; instead, they were simply covered with a carpet. It was quite startling if you weren't expecting to step into one. Additionally, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so any odors after using the toilet would spread throughout the entire room. Thankfully, there was a window I could open to air it out. Regarding the air conditioning, it was incredibly noisy and very slow to heat up. On the first day of my stay (Chinese New Year), the room was a chilly 22 degrees. Even after setting it to 26 degrees, it didn't reach that temperature until my check-out on the fifth day. The hotel's ground-level parking lot is tiny and often full. The underground parking spaces are also very small and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, our MPV got scratched in the dimly lit underground lot at night. As for breakfast, for the first two days of our stay, I assume there were fewer guests, so the breakfast offerings were quite perfunctory. It only improved when more guests arrived in the following days. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory stay!

We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.
