The surprise was beyond my imagination – it was far superior to what you'd expect from a standard business hotel! I'm so good at picking hotels, haha. Since then, Intercity has become my top choice for travel, making every trip安心 (peaceful) and comfortable. My trip to Wuhan was delayed by a day, so I specifically rebooked at the Intercity Hotel Wuchang Street Mouth to relive the pleasant experience. The service quality has improved, the food is exquisite, the bedding is comfortable, and everyone I met was friendly and relaxed. All the quality was still there; it's like there's no ceiling to your excellence! So now I know that for every business trip going forward, I will continue to trust you! GGuest UserThe breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and I loved the quiet floor I was on. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay, and the bedding was top-notch. After checking out, I accidentally left some clothes behind, but the front desk contacted me immediately and even offered to ship them to me, which I really appreciate. 🙏 I'll definitely be staying here again; it's a fantastic hotel. The housekeeping staff was also super quick when I needed something. Five-star rating all around!

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserThe subway is right downstairs from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. Just a short walk outside and you're on a street full of amazing food options! The hotel room style is so cozy, clean, and hygienic. My favorite part is the breakfast; it's so varied and plentiful, and the noodle soup is really delicious! The restaurant has a very elegant and high-class design. We even ordered late-night snacks to the hotel and were able to use their restaurant to eat them, which was fantastic! The front desk staff provided excellent service; everyone was very friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserMy family and I are absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! To be honest, we have fallen in love with it. We come from Venezuela, a very distant country, but here in Wuhan we have felt the warmth and kindness of the Chinese people. The hotel has a shuttle service (picture). We used it from Wuhan train station (picture)🚈At first, due to the language barrier, we found it difficult to communicate with the driver, but a very very gentle guy (picture) at the reception saved us: he used his own phone to talk to me, and right away they came to pick us up, and he checked us in very quickly! We told him that we had lost a bag on the high-speed train from Beijing😬. He saw our anxiety, comforted us very patiently, and promised to solve it. Shortly after, he sent us a message saying he had done it! He spoke with the train's head attendant, found our bag, and contacted the hotel in Guangzhou (our next stop) to have it sent there by courier (picture). Without his help, we don't know what we would have done! Thanks a lot!!! 🙏 There is a Chinese saying: 'True love exists in this world.' And it is absolutely true! This hotel's service has made me fall deeply in love with Wuhan and China. May the friendship between Venezuela and China last forever, and may there be peace in the world!

GGuest UserLocation: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily. Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!
