2219087****My first time staying at an Intercity Hotel was in 2024, and I chose this one. The surprise was beyond my imagination – it was far superior to what you'd expect from a standard business hotel! I'm so good at picking hotels, haha. Since then, Intercity has become my top choice for travel, making every trip安心 (peaceful) and comfortable.
My trip to Wuhan was delayed by a day, so I specifically rebooked at the Intercity Hotel Wuchang Street Mouth to relive the pleasant experience. The service quality has improved, the food is exquisite, the bedding is comfortable, and everyone I met was friendly and relaxed. All the quality was still there; it's like there's no ceiling to your excellence!
So now I know that for every business trip going forward, I will continue to trust you!

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient.
Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient and quick, and all my requests were promptly addressed. The common areas were elegant and well-equipped. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserCleanliness: The hygiene was impeccable. Since the hotel was renovated in the last two years, everything from the facilities to the amenities felt brand new. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one truly stands out for its cleanliness, especially considering the price – it's excellent value for money.
Facilities: The surrounding transportation is very convenient. I didn't go out much and mostly stayed in the hotel, but the location is genuinely convenient.
Environment: The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and having a window with a nice view outside was very pleasant. It wasn't noisy at all; the noise level was relatively low. The air conditioner might be a bit loud, but a pair of earplugs would easily solve that for someone like me who is extremely sensitive to noise.
Service: Lastly, the service was incredibly attentive. It was my first time seeing a front desk staff member escort me to my room and meticulously explain the room's facilities. They also provided some snacks. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, and there's also a gym. These past two years, when booking restaurants or hotels, I've started paying more attention to hotel breakfasts, and having one this good is just perfect!
All the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful – beautiful people with kind hearts. A million thumbs up to the ladies!

GGuest UserAs a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

GGuest UserMy family and I are absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! To be honest, we have fallen in love with it. We come from Venezuela, a very distant country, but here in Wuhan we have felt the warmth and kindness of the Chinese people.
The hotel has a shuttle service (picture). We used it from Wuhan train station (picture)🚈At first, due to the language barrier, we found it difficult to communicate with the driver, but a very very gentle guy (picture) at the reception saved us: he used his own phone to talk to me, and right away they came to pick us up, and he checked us in very quickly!
We told him that we had lost a bag on the high-speed train from Beijing😬. He saw our anxiety, comforted us very patiently, and promised to solve it. Shortly after, he sent us a message saying he had done it! He spoke with the train's head attendant, found our bag, and contacted the hotel in Guangzhou (our next stop) to have it sent there by courier (picture). Without his help, we don't know what we would have done! Thanks a lot!!! 🙏
There is a Chinese saying: 'True love exists in this world.' And it is absolutely true! This hotel's service has made me fall deeply in love with Wuhan and China.

GGuest UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most were the hotel's overall facilities. From the public areas to the details in the room, you could feel the care and quality put into everything, making for a truly comfortable stay.
The lobby felt spacious and bright the moment I walked in, with simple yet elegant decor. The lounge area sofas were soft and comfortable, perfect for waiting or a quick rest. The elevators operated smoothly, and floor indicators were clear, making going up and down very convenient. The hallways were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, ensuring great privacy.
The room facilities were even more impressive. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—allowing me to relax quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating, with precise temperature control, ensuring a comfortable experience no matter the season. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample shower pressure, and stable water temperature. The toiletries were of good quality, and the counter was clean and spotless, making it very reassuring to use.
The room was fully equipped. The desk was spacious and suitable for work, with soft, non-glaring lighting. The TV had clear picture quality and a wide variety of channels, making leisure time enjoyable. The high-speed internet was stable and smooth, perfect for work or binge-watching without buffering. The wardrobe offered plenty of space, and items like hangers and slippers were neatly arranged and easy to access. From small details like power outlet placement and light switches to larger aspects like furniture selection and bathroom fixtures, everything was thoughtfully practical.
The hotel's public facilities were also a big plus. The gym equipment was varied and well-maintained, allowing guests to work out anytime they wished. The public areas were meticulously cleaned, with spotless floors and surfaces, creating a fresh and elegant environment. The facilities looked new and showed no signs of age or damage, indicating excellent daily management.
Overall, this hotel boasts excellent facilities, superior quality, and dedicated maintenance. It caters to all needs, whether for leisure travel or business trips. With its outstanding hardware and superb experience, it's an incredibly high-value choice in its price range. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to everyone!

However, upon arrival, the front desk staff, without even checking, immediately said there was definitely no breakfast. I showed my order details to the young lady at the front desk, and she still insisted there wasn't any, saying she'd need to verify. The hotel's location is decent, though it's still a bit of a walk to Jianghan Road. The lobby looks quite grand, but once upstairs, the room felt noticeably small with low ceilings. The lighting was also very dim, making it a bit oppressive. The sink and showerhead were inexplicably greasy, and the toilet wasn't flushing smoothly. The breakfast, however, was alright.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

GGuest UserLocation: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor.
Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily.
Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping.
Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.
