"There are so many great things to say, but let's start with the location – it's absolutely fantastic! A true oasis of calm amidst the city's hustle and bustle. You're just a 5-minute walk from Hanjiang Road Pedestrian Street, Shuita Snack Street, and Baocheng Road Night Market. Plus, grab a shared bike, and you can reach Shanhaiguan Road for some local breakfast in about ten minutes. Even if you're exhausted, the hotel's breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, offering excellent value for money. The lobby also provides thoughtful refreshment kits, with sweet and refreshing lemon water. You can also pick up bottled water anytime you pass the elevator area. These small gestures and details really warmed our hearts, especially after a long day of travel. What's more, the service is wonderfully friendly and discreet. The staff are always available but never intrusive. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wuhan. Nice!"

However, we received a complimentary room upgrade that far exceeded our expectations. The front desk had warned us about potential noise from the renovations, but we didn't hear a thing during our three-day stay."

"The front desk was really nice, and the room was upgraded for free! It felt different when I saw the warm note when I entered the door, which was very nice! The hygiene was spotless (my wife has a habit of always wiping the countertop with napkins), and the hotel breakfast was good! Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and there are many places to eat and eat. Although many places are under renovation, many are open. I ate the beef patties that ** often brushes! I didn't taste them one by one due to time constraints, I will go shopping next time I check in!"

"The service apartment is very new, room decoration, appliances are in tip-toe condition. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Checking-in and out were smooth.
Hotel is accessible to subway line #4 which brings you easily to nodes of high-speed railway stations. Hotel is also situated above the shopping mall which offers variety of food, entertainment and shopping venues.
The Wanya restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast from 7am to 11am with western, Chinese and local food. Free brealfast was offered to my child out of goodwill during my stay.
Liked the wash-dry washing machine, it saved me from washing and drying of winter clothes."

The hotel staff was really friendly, the prepared non-smoking room was clean and with a good smell and the breakfasts were amazing like you can see on the pictures.
The location is absolutly perfect! The metro station and the pedestrian street are really close (150m).
If i have the chance to visit Wuhan in the future for a second time, i would stay here again!

"The room was very clean, offering a beautiful view, and the night view was even more stunning. Kids under 1.4 meters eat breakfast for free, a policy much more generous than many other hotels; previously, at other hotels, I always had to pay for extra meal tickets for my children.
From the breakfast area, we had panoramic views of the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and the Parrot Island Yangtze River Bridge.
The hotel is exceptionally close to Hubu Alley, the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and Zhonghua Road Wharf. The staff thoughtfully provided sightseeing route cards for each attraction in the lobby. Following these cards, I visited the Wuhan Science and Technology Museum, a museum, and the Yellow Crane Tower, which was incredibly convenient.
The hotel service was excellent. I was deeply touched when we left; the staff not only provided the optimal route to the high-speed rail station but also drove us to Metro Line 4 at 12 PM, helping us with our luggage the entire way and even giving the children many small snacks.

"My experience there was good. The staff were really kind and helpful.
The room was good, though I wish it had a minibar.
The breakfast was delicious, but if you want some black coffee, you better get it on one of the nearby cafes.
The cleaning staff would go to my room around 6pm, which I think is a bit late, but they still went anyways.
The location has its pros and cons. The pros are that it’s close to a subway station and you can take a walk to the Hubu Alley and the riverside. In the spring, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful, it has a lot of roses and other kinds of flowers, attracting many tourists and making it hard to carry the luggage around there. The streets are also not that luggage-friendly so it’s quite a mission to walk to the hotel carrying it.
I did have some trouble finding the hotel entrance and had to ask five different people for directions. If you don’t speak Chinese, get your translation app ready. Here’s a tip: you’ve gotta take an elevator to get to the hotel lobby."

"The room has a beautiful river view. All photos were taken in the room. You don't need to go out to see the river view. It is the only river beach room on the Yangtze River. It has a private river beach and a unique location.
It is close to Qingchuan Pavilion, next to Yingwuzhou, behind Guishan and Guqintai, and across the river in front is the Yellow Crane Tower, which captures all the poems of Cui Hao. Go downstairs to the river beach and cross the river for 3 minutes, and you will reach the Yellow Crane Tower.
The dishes are also first-class, the glutinous rice cake fish is delicious, and special thanks to Miss Yang Ling in the restaurant and Miss Tu Wenwen at the front desk, who made me feel at home."

Hotel facilities include a full gym, ping pong table (my parents loved it), and female change room has a big jacuzzi (which is NOT in operation in winter, which is a pity!), and steam room and sauna. To use them, you need to tell the front desk 30 min prior for them to turn it on. The change is cold and there is no hot water for the shower (something to improve on). Breakfast has a nice varieties of Chinese buns, and hot food, it is more suitable for a Chinese/Asian appetite. If you order food delivery, they deliver it to you with a robot, impressive! The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it."

The front reception desk and all the staff are extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast has a large choice of dishes. GGuest UserA truly fantastic experience! The room was fully equipped and very convenient, with spotless linens and towels. The location is excellent – just a 400-meter stroll through Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street leads directly to Hankou Bund, which makes for a wonderful sightseeing route. The surrounding area is also a culinary hub, offering a wide array of dining options, including almost all of Wuhan's famous restaurants. A special shout-out and heartfelt thanks to the front desk staff! They went above and beyond by mailing a small personal item I accidentally left in my room after check-out back to my home. This establishment truly understands customer service!

GGuest UserMaybe I started to pay attention to Dongcheng's hotels from now on. This is the hotel I stayed in. I felt that the layout was very reasonable. Watching TV, working and eating are arranged separately. The hotel laundry, gym and restaurant are well-equipped and the food is not perfunctory. The best thing is that the location is very convenient, close to the pier and backed by the pedestrian street. The service is also obviously well-trained. On the night of the 24th, I was extremely tired because of the long delay. The front desk receptionist was very considerate and arranged a comfortable room for rest.
