GGugu6666A very satisfying stay. You should still book an old star hotel, which has all the services you should have and new styles. The specific feelings are: 1. The environment is awesome, living in the park, there are birds, fish, cats and white rabbits. 2. The window balcony looks out to the lake, which is worth it. 3. Although the equipment and facilities are not new, they are very well maintained, clean and tidy without odor, and there is no dust layer in the corners. 4. The long-lost evening light-on bed-making service, now the new hotel has long gone, and it has to be an old star hotel. 5. The old hotel also has new styles, the butler service makes people feel intimate, and the fruit sent is heartwarming. 6. The hotel restaurant buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner are good. 7. Visiting Chairman Mao’s former residence adds value to the stay, and I learned a lot of little-known stories of great men. The explanation of the guide is vivid and vivid. Finally, I decided to stay at the ”Donghu Hotel” when I go to Wuhan in the future. Finally, a few small suggestions: the water for showering is a bit small and the drainage is a bit slow.

GGuest UserMy recent stay was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and the genuine care extended by the staffs, particularly those in the lounge service, where the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in.
A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.
Their dedication and professionalism are definitely assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons
1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed.
2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options.
4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent.
Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.

NNicoleI took my children to Wuhan for summer vacation. Initially, I was worried about the old look of the hotel, which opened in 2016. But upon checking in at the InterContinental Wuhan, I realized my concerns were unnecessary. Our one-day stay was truly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located on the Yangtze River, and rooms with river views offer stunning views from the window, which are especially captivating at night when illuminated. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a blend of modern minimalist decor with Chinese elements. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can choose a latex pillow, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The front desk was efficient, and the handsome White staff member was warm and courteous, proactively explaining the amenities. Seeing we were traveling with our 12-year-old, they offered a complimentary breakfast for one of our children. The InterContinental room was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and the Byredo toiletries were fragrant. The refrigerator contained four complimentary cans of drinks. Dinner was served in the hotel's Chinese restaurant, offering stunning river views. Watching the sunset was truly relaxing.
Breakfast offered a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including authentic Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and tofu skin. The beef noodles and pancakes are must-try! We drove here from Changsha. At night, we were within walking distance of Jiangtan Park and a 20-yuan taxi ride to Yellow Crane Tower. Other core business districts are also easily accessible. Free parking is available at the entrance, making it convenient and fast. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, with quality evident in every detail. The established five-star InterContinental Hotel will not disappoint.

TTANG_WEIYUFairmont Wuhan was a pleasant surprise. Upon check-in at 12 PM, our room was already ready, which truly sets it apart from other hotels in its class! Early check-ins are quite rare in China these days; usually, we're just happy if there isn't a delay. The lady at the front desk also kindly offered complimentary children's breakfasts for our two kids, which we especially appreciated! The room was very well-appointed, and I especially loved the vanity table in the separate walk-in closet – it was perfect for us. The breakfast spread was ample, offering everything one could wish for, including some local Wuhan specialties. The Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles) was indeed very authentic. The apricot pastry at breakfast was very similar to what I used to have at Paul's in France, bringing back a flood of memories. Our older child thoroughly enjoyed the pool, having such a great time swimming that they were reluctant to leave even as check-out time approached. Every staff member at the hotel was warm and friendly, making our stay truly delightful. Without a doubt, we will choose Fairmont again on our next visit to Wuhan.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

The staff, from receptionist, to aiyi’s, to the servers at breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept; the temperature of the room was ok and could be adjusted; the breakfast had an ok selection. I would come here again with my family.

GGuest UserEverything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting.
However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times.
Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool.
Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar.
Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening.
Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted.
Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

YYufeng$Location: Located in the heart of Wuhan, with abundant shopping opportunities nearby. The central location was a huge plus, especially given the high temperatures, as it minimized the need for long walks.
Facilities: After the renovation, the facilities are truly impressive. The swimming pool and gym are both well-maintained and highly functional.
Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They graciously offered a room upgrade and allowed for a late check-out, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. I was extremely satisfied.
Cleanliness: While it's an established five-star hotel, its high standards and heritage truly shine through, demonstrating excellent upkeep. A huge thank you to all the staff members. I'll definitely choose Marco Polo again on my next visit to Wuhan!

TTeobisataThe location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.
