This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip in Hankou. It offers excellent value for money, great service, and truly feels like a home away from home. 1. The service is incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff are quick with check-ins, and they even proactively help guests retrieve packages from downstairs. Any requests I've had were met with active and helpful assistance – it's very heartwarming. 2. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff always greet guests warmly. I've grown accustomed to interacting with them. 3. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer fantastic views. They even provide late-night snacks, which is a really nice touch. Just a small downside: The hotel's front desk is on the 41st floor. Upon arrival, you need to call the front desk for someone to come down to the ground floor to pick you up. It's a minor inconvenience. For men, climbing a few steps with luggage is manageable, but for women, I'd recommend calling ahead to arrange a pickup slightly earlier.

The person we talked to was extremely welcoming and they even sent me a list of places to visit! The room was clean with a beautiful view and they will ask you if u need the cleaning service which is great too the neighborhood had a lot of places to explore or to eat i really recommend this place if i ever go back to wuhan ill definitely go again!

Extremely satisfied with my stay at the Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan during this trip. I booked a Horizon Club room, which offered all-day drinks and snacks, plus afternoon tea. Room service was also excellent, with daily housekeeping (more than once a day). The hotel's location is superb, just a few steps from the metro station. Exiting the hotel, you're right on Kaoxiong Road and Taipei Road, which are lined with small restaurants and coffee shops – perfect for a city walk. Baodao Park is also nearby, great for an early morning stroll. Turning left out of the hotel, you'll find MixC World just a short walk away, which is super convenient. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay.

I mentioned my baby tends to be a bit fussy, and they accommodated us perfectly.

The new store experience is absolutely amazing! The network speed is stable, and the peripherals feel online. The environment is clean and not stuffy, and you can lie flat when you are tired. It is too comfortable compared to Internet cafes. The e-sports party closes its eyes.

This is an excellent hotel. I usually stay at Marriott properties, but Huazhu's domestic brands are really stepping up their game. The hotel's decor is modern and fresh, and the staff are incredibly well-trained. Everyone I encountered during my stay was enthusiastic and professional, making for a great experience. The overall location is superb, making it very convenient to get around. It's only about a hundred meters from the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation they offered was a fruit platter, which I promptly refused. In the family room I stayed in, there were several noticeable dents on the floor near the bathroom entrance. I don't understand why they weren't repaired; instead, they were simply covered with a carpet. It was quite startling if you weren't expecting to step into one. Additionally, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so any odors after using the toilet would spread throughout the entire room. Thankfully, there was a window I could open to air it out. Regarding the air conditioning, it was incredibly noisy and very slow to heat up. On the first day of my stay (Chinese New Year), the room was a chilly 22 degrees. Even after setting it to 26 degrees, it didn't reach that temperature until my check-out on the fifth day. The hotel's ground-level parking lot is tiny and often full. The underground parking spaces are also very small and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, our MPV got scratched in the dimly lit underground lot at night. As for breakfast, for the first two days of our stay, I assume there were fewer guests, so the breakfast offerings were quite perfunctory. It only improved when more guests arrived in the following days. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory stay!
