"Traveling to Wuhan by car, the hotel's free parking was a lifesaver with plenty of spots. The location is excellent, making it easy to get to all the major attractions. The rooms have great storage space, which was perfect for unpacking and repacking. Housekeeping did a thorough job every day, and the front desk staff were very efficient. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience."

"Front desk service was exceptional. I found out the bathroom didn’t work properly when I checked in, they immediately changed the room for me. On the day after I checked out and was on the train to another city, I realized that I accidentally left my two cellphone chargers in the hotel room. I called the front desk. They located the chargers right away and sent them to me via expedited express delivery before I left China. I am very appreciative and impressed about theirs efficiency and great customer services. In addition, the hotel offers very good free breakfast with varieties and bottled water daily to give a good start of the day. The hotel location is also great and very convenient as well. I’d love to come back to stay in this hotel again."
