Our family trip to Wuhan brought an unexpected and delightful surprise: this truly hidden gem of a hotel. Initially, we booked it last minute, quite prepared to switch accommodations if it didn't meet our expectations. Little did we know, the stay far exceeded anything we imagined, so much so that we extended our stay for three more days, reluctant to leave so soon. The hotel's location is perfect. Nestled in a bustling area of Hankou, it somehow maintains a serene tranquility. A subway station is right outside, offering convenient access to all parts of the city. It was incredibly easy to walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the Yangtze River beachfront, the artsy old streets of Li Huangpi Road, and the retro alleys of Xian'anfang. Whether we were heading to Yellow Crane Tower, Hubei Provincial Museum, or taking the subway to transfer to the Optics Valley Skyrail, our entire itinerary was smooth and stress-free, saving us a lot of travel time and making our trip with the kids exceptionally relaxed. What truly impressed us wasn't just the location, but the hotel's meticulous and warm service, from top to bottom. No matter how late we returned from our excursions, the front desk staff always greeted us with a gentle smile and a polite, warm demeanor. The catering staff in the buffet restaurant constantly monitored the food supply, replenishing dishes as soon as they were empty. The food was abundant and fresh, never appearing depleted or carelessly prepared. The housekeeping aunties were genuinely warm and sincere, showing kindness in every small detail. Wuhan in summer is scorching hot, with oppressive heat everywhere. Yet, the thoughtful details throughout this hotel made our family feel completely at home in this 'furnace city,' truly experiencing the warmth of hospitality. They proactively offered guests exclusive member discounts for extended stays, which was incredibly practical and thoughtful. The air conditioning was turned on in our room beforehand, so we were greeted with a cool oasis upon entering. Complimentary bottled water and portable energy packs were provided. There was even a handwritten, heartfelt note in the room, every word chosen with care. These little things continuously filled our trip with warmth and感動 (a sense of being deeply moved). After several days of travel, we weren't just captivated by Wuhan's vibrant streetscapes but also deeply touched by the dedicated and passionate spirit of the staff here. Such thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive service is undoubtedly the result of the hotel management team's consistent training and rigorous refinement. While few jobs last a lifetime, the sense of responsibility, warmth, and patience learned in this role will become a valuable asset in their future lives. This trip allowed us to see stunning landscapes, experience the city's pulse, and gain unique life insights. We felt a strong sense of reluctance to leave, lingering over the scenery of Wuhan, this river city, and even more so over the unexpected warmth we encountered on this journey.

I compared several hotels and ultimately chose this one. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The bedding was comfortable and soft, the lobby was spacious, and the robot delivery service was a nice, free touch. It's also very convenient to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, with a subway entrance right outside. Highly recommended!

Perhaps due to being on a high floor, the room windows were very dirty and dusty. The bottom left corner of one window was loose to the touch. I booked this high-rise hotel specifically for the river view, but there are two very tall buildings directly in front of the windows, so it's actually just a partial river view. Other hotels in the same building with a partial river view are much cheaper, so I feel it wasn't worth the price.

Located on Hanjiang Road Pedestrian Street, this hotel boasts high floors, ensuring a quiet stay. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Right outside, you'll find a subway entrance, making transportation super convenient, and it's easy to hail a taxi too. The surrounding area is very lively with plenty of dining options.

I chose this hotel because it was convenient for dropping my child off at school. It's only 500m from Jianghan Road intersection and close to the pedestrian street, as well as attractions along the Yangtze River. The only downside was that my room had no real window, just a fake one, and the vanity light couldn't be fully turned off, so there was always a light beam at night. The soundproofing was also mediocre; we could hear conversations from the room across the hall. Luckily, I was so tired I fell asleep anyway. The service was good, with staff being warm and attentive. The breakfast, however, was quite limited: bread, steamed buns, custard buns, fried rice, fried dough sticks, noodles, and two types of eggs (fried and boiled). For drinks, there was rice porridge, soy milk, milk, and juice – I didn't notice any other options. Right outside the hotel is a small wet market. Behind the building, there are supermarkets and snack shops. After 5 PM, the streets are bustling with food stalls. I highly recommend checking out some of the local 'hole-in-the-wall' eateries. For shrimp, though, I'd suggest finding a cleaner, more reputable place, perhaps one with a long queue.

The room was spotless, the bedding was clean, and the hotel's location was great. It was super convenient with shops and delicious food nearby, perfect for a family outing with kids. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located right on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, which is super central and convenient for getting around. There are tons of places to eat downstairs, and if you get hungry at night, you can easily order takeout. The hotel itself is very new and the environment is great. I used the self-service laundry and gym at night, and all the facilities were clean and tidy. The breakfast the next day was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and they even gave me a free children's breakfast – much appreciated!

The room is not bad. I will stay at this hotel next time. The decoration is very good. The objective room is also very big. The service is also very good. The location is excellent. It is very close to Shanhaiguan Hankou River Beach.

This hotel stay was fantastic! For around 100 RMB, it's incredible value for money. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could need, and the bedding was super comfy. The staff were really warm and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The location is great for getting around, very convenient for exploring. I actually saw the hotel staff dismantling and thoroughly cleaning the air conditioning units in the rooms when I checked in. That immediately made me feel confident that the hotel's hygiene standards are absolutely top-notch, as it's rare for hotels to clean large appliances like that so meticulously. The hotel's location is also excellent – just a 10-minute walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street and very close to the subway. The overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommend it to everyone!

This was my first time staying at the Rezen Hotel, and it was a really good experience. The room was very spacious, and the in-room washer-dryer combo is perfect for anyone on a long business trip. The front desk staff were also very friendly and responsive. The breakfast being rich and available until 12 PM is a huge plus! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
