The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff are warm and helpful. I had a very satisfying and comfortable stay.

The overall experience of this stay is average. The room space is small, the activity area is cramped, and the daily items are slightly crowded. The indoor tables and chairs are messy, the layout is not reasonable enough, the tabletop is clean and tidy, and it is not convenient to receive and use. The sanitary foundation is acceptable, the bedding is clean, and the hot water supply is stable. The front desk is fast to go through the procedures and the basic services are in place. However, the layout of the room hardware and space planning need to be optimized. The overall price is ordinary and suitable for short-term simple stays. I hope that the store can adjust the furniture placement and reasonable planning space to improve the comfort of the stay.

When I needed an extra pillow, it was delivered to my room within 5 minutes of calling – incredibly responsive service. The staff were all exceptionally friendly; from the cleaning staff in the hallway to the restaurant staff, everyone greeted me warmly, making me feel truly welcome and at home.

Location: Approximately 700 meters from Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street and 600 meters from Youyi Road Metro Station (Line 1), a very convenient location. Room Size: We booked a Ruochu King Room, which had a bright window. The hotel's layout is U-shaped, and perhaps due to variations in room layouts, only a small window was available when we checked in late. However, this didn't bother us, as long as it was an exterior window. Soundproofing: Fairly good. I stayed in a south-facing room, and it was very quiet at night. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming. They personally came downstairs to greet us and offered us water or coffee during check-in (they asked what we wanted to drink). They also explained how to use the washing machine and dryer when we were doing laundry. They were very attentive in their service. Finally, the hotel gave us a souvenir when we checked out, which was very thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuhan.

I must like it very much. The room is very new. The smell in the corridor is very good. When the door is opened, the curtains will automatically open and you will see the river view outside. The floor-to-ceiling windows are so like that. I don’t have enough to live. I will go there later.
