Their genuine warmth and hospitality were truly touching. This hotel is an absolute must-visit. To top it all off, I even received a 50% off Didi coupon for my ride!"

They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in.
A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.

GGuest UserThe transportation is convenient. The subway station is very close to the hotel entrance. There is a sports center next to it, which is very convenient for watching concerts. The lobby is large and well designed, with many sofas to rest on. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is very fast. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and the bedding is also very comfortable. The toiletries smell good, and the breakfast is rich in variety, including hot dry noodles and beef noodles. It's great. The experience in all aspects is very good. Recommended to stay!

FFeitianzhuxiaonvxiaTraveling on May Day is already very tiring, especially with the elderly and children, there will be some requirements for accommodation and other aspects. Choosing Wyndham is really the icing on the cake for this trip!
Let’s talk about the location first. The location of this store is far away from the bustling Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, which has been criticized by many people. But I want to say that different demands naturally lead to different choices! For us, this is simply the best location, okay? ! We are traveling with our children. The children are obsessed with ”Guanggu Skyrail Valley” and ”Carrot Run”. With the help of Wyndham's super favorable geographical location, after staying for 2 nights, the children experienced ”Carrot” 3 times, ”Skyrail” 1 time, and ”Ham Sausage” 1 time (the name given by the children is actually a tram). After all, the ”Carrot” can be parked at the door of the hotel, and the ”Skyrail” is within 2 kilometers, which can be seen from the window of the hotel room. It perfectly realizes the ”purpose” of this trip, right? ! Thanks to Wyndham, the experience is perfect!
As for the hardware, the hotel continues the consistent style and quality of Wyndham. In order to adapt to the high-tech of Konggu, the screen in the hotel lobby is also very technological, and the children are attracted as soon as they enter the door. Take-out robots are used throughout the process, and the curtains and toilets in the room are all intelligent, with a strong sense of modern technology integration. At the same time, the breakfast is also good. Although it is not as good as expected, it is enough to meet the various tastes of the family. I personally think it is completely worth it!
Finally, let’s talk about the service. The hotel’s service staff is very enthusiastic and polite. The children also received snacks and small toys when they checked in, which is very thoughtful. Thank you for the enthusiastic service and quick response of the hotel eeqq, especially thank you to the hotel front desk Eric. The guy is not only ”Very nice” in appearance, but also speaks gently and provides very thoughtful service. It was very hot at noon and helped us send our luggage to the waiting area. It must be ”very” praised!
In short, Wyndham has always been on my choice list, and this time it did not disappoint me, and even brought me some surprises.
Wuhan not only has the ”Yellow Crane Tower” with a sense of history, but also the ”Optics Valley” full of high-tech. If your children also want to experience the most cutting-edge ”light of technology”, if your family also wants to feel the ”road of technology”, if you yourself also want to have a ”technology journey”, come to Optics Valley, and you will never go wrong by choosing ”Wyndham”!

TTANG_WEIYUFairmont Wuhan was a pleasant surprise. Upon check-in at 12 PM, our room was already ready, which truly sets it apart from other hotels in its class! Early check-ins are quite rare in China these days; usually, we're just happy if there isn't a delay. The lady at the front desk also kindly offered complimentary children's breakfasts for our two kids, which we especially appreciated! The room was very well-appointed, and I especially loved the vanity table in the separate walk-in closet – it was perfect for us. The breakfast spread was ample, offering everything one could wish for, including some local Wuhan specialties. The Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles) was indeed very authentic. The apricot pastry at breakfast was very similar to what I used to have at Paul's in France, bringing back a flood of memories. Our older child thoroughly enjoyed the pool, having such a great time swimming that they were reluctant to leave even as check-out time approached. Every staff member at the hotel was warm and friendly, making our stay truly delightful. Without a doubt, we will choose Fairmont again on our next visit to Wuhan.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

GGuest UserEverything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting.
However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times.
Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool.
Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar.
Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening.
Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted.
Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

GGuest UserI booked a king-size bed room. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I felt like I was slowly sinking in and fell asleep quickly. It is said that the quilt cover is made of bare cotton and has a good texture. There is a laundry room and a gym on the 10th floor of the hotel. After dinner on the 11th floor, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour and felt much more comfortable. The main thing is that there are billiards and billiards coupons for free, which is very suitable for people like me who are on a business trip after get off work. There is a place to go and free experience coupons to play. It's really good!

GGuest UserWe were very grateful to the staff allowing us to adjust our booking by one day when weather prevented us from making it on the day we booked. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Room was incredible, with views of the lake and so much space. We booked a family suite and it’s basically 2 huge rooms so we had more than enough room for our family, wish we could have stayed longer. Food options were limited and Breakfast was unfortunately not the best, but I’m sure this will improve as more guests are now able to travel here. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here in the future to explore. It seems a very child friendly hotel with lots for kids to do.
