As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a staff member immediately came forward to help with my luggage. Upon entering, Leon Li at the front desk promptly stood up with a smile to greet me. He was patient and efficient throughout the entire check-in process. I arrived two hours late due to a flight delay, but the front desk didn't rush me at all. Instead, they thoughtfully informed me that they had already reserved a room with a better view. They also thoroughly explained the hotel's breakfast hours, gym operating times, and local transportation tips. What touched me even more was when I casually mentioned needing to catch an early high-speed train the next day. The front desk proactively helped me book a wake-up call and even prepared a portable breakfast bag in advance. The attention to detail truly made me feel warm and cared for. Throughout the entire interaction, the front desk maintained a gentle tone, professional yet approachable, without any hint of perfunctoriness. It instantly melted away my travel fatigue, giving me a sense of comfort and belonging, like coming home.
**Room Facilities: Comprehensive, Convenient, and Supremely Comfortable**
The moment I opened the guest room door, I was struck by the abundant natural light and tidy layout. The room was spacious, with a simple yet elegant decor. There were no superfluous decorations, but every detail exuded sophistication. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the pillows were just the right height, providing excellent support for a perfect night's sleep. The room was also fully equipped.
My short stay of a few days truly made me feel the hotel's dedication and professionalism. The warm service from the front desk, the comfortable room facilities, and the impeccable cleanliness all showcase the hotel's quality and sincerity. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I've already added it to my 'must-stay list' and will choose it again on my next visit!"

Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Our room got upgraded, so it was very spacious, and the service was thoughtful – they even gave us a cake, which really set the mood! We took a walk along the river, and in the evening, we came back to the hotel to have some snacks and chat, which was super relaxing. I'd love to come back again! ✨✨

GGuest UserThis time I took the time to visit Wuhan. I went to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the river beach and the Yellow Crane Tower. Although the weather in Wuhan was very hot and tiring, it was still very rewarding! This time I chose Wuhan Zhuankou Sports Center Fengdu Hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was hit by the fragrance. The lobby is full of decoration and has a metallic texture. The young brothers and sisters at the front desk were also very friendly. They were polite, took the initiative to help carry their luggage, and helped arrange a room near Taizi Lake. The rooms are large in size, all are voice-controlled, and songs can be played in the room. It feels like the room is full of technology! I highly recommend everyone to visit Wuhan, and I also recommend you to choose Fengdu Hotel in Zhuankou, Wuhan! ! !

Facilities: Comprehensive. There's a dressing mirror and vanity table, which is great, and they provided complimentary fruit.
Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.
Environment: Very good. There's a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient.

MMacpherson1The location is fantastic! Just a short walk around the corner downstairs and you're in a food street. Wuhan's Jianghan Road subway station and pedestrian street shopping area are only a few minutes away. Many city landmarks like Hankou River Beach, Huanglipei Road, Tianjin Road, Nanjing Road, and Xian'anfang are all within a 30-minute walk, making it super convenient to stroll around at night and enjoy the Yangtze River's illuminated banks.
Everyone, from the front desk concierge to the housekeeping staff, provides incredibly attentive service. The room's cleanliness and facilities are new and very comfortable.
This hotel met all my needs: a great location, a smart toilet, the ability to open the window (with a screen!), a new property, a bed configuration with one double and one single, and a delicious breakfast. We weren't bothered by the size of the lobby, the grandeur of the entrance, or whether breakfast was European-style – those things didn't really matter to us.

GGuest UserAfter seeing so many positive reviews, I was really impressed by the lobby. However, I was utterly disappointed when I got to the room. First, there was a stale smell, the room was tiny, and the bed was low and too soft. The bathroom and shower were also very small. This was the most expensive room I stayed in during my Wuhan trip, at 860. On top of that, the 'king size bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, which was truly frustrating and a bit of a letdown. It was worse than the Kaiyuan hotel's 65-square-meter room for just over 500. On a positive note, the two young ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When they asked about my stay, I told them my honest feedback, and the front desk attendant said they would make improvements.

At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

HheeqinnI stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

**Environment:** It's located near Hankou Beach, just a 1-minute walk from Exit L3 of Sanyang Road Metro Station. To the north are Shanhaiguan Road and ***** Tiandi, and to the south are the Hankou Historic Area and Li Huangpi Road. There are tons of delicious dining options and takeout choices right downstairs! A three-minute walk east takes you to Hankou Beach, which is beautiful for a stroll both day and night. At this time of year, you can even see cherry blossoms in full bloom.
**Facilities:** The decor is consistent with what you'd expect from a Four Points hotel. It features a semi-smart Moen toilet, frosted bathroom fixtures, a comfortable mattress, and very comfortable desk chairs (great for dining or working). Being a high-rise hotel, many rooms offer stunning views of the Yangtze River.
**Service:** The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks to front desk staff member Erina Wu for upgrading me to a river-view bathtub room when availability allowed. She also offered greetings and assistance throughout my stay. Polite, smiling, and truly excellent service.
