During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Guest UserThere's a large shopping mall nearby, which is really convenient for shopping. They also offer free shuttle service to and from Wuhan Station. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to Metro Line 5, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast is pretty good too.

Guest UserThis was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍
The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet.
For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

Sam chowExtremely satisfied with our choice of Wanda YiHua Hotel this time. Our group of friends, coming from Beijing, Chengdu, and Guangzhou, met up in Wuhan. When browsing online, we felt this hotel met all the requirements for our party of four.
Upon arrival on the first day, we initially thought the location was remote, but to our surprise, it was incredibly convenient! We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit, with an abundance of restaurants, KTVs, bars, and attractions nearby. We even rented two electric scooters for easy access.
cleanliness was excellent. The lady from the 17th floor who cleaned our room was very meticulous and considerate. She tidied up our room quickly and efficiently.
The gym facilities were also good; we visited three times and found the environment comfortable. Our room offered river views, and despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet. Most importantly, the bedding was extremely comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep.
This hotel was the biggest surprise of our trip. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Guest UserGreat location and decent room. I especially loved the small patio on the 5th floor, which offered fantastic views of Parrot Island (Yingwuzhou) and the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. My kids enjoyed the amusement park directly across the street. I even commented on how nice the lights looked from our side at night, only to realize when I went downstairs that they were coming from the residential building right next to us!

KukudingdingThe front desk service was gentle and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. Karina was responsive and meticulous throughout, making our stay at Fairmont a wonderful experience.
As a luxury hotel widely recognized as a second-tier powerhouse in Wuhan, the overall stay was commendable, but you can also feel the hardware aging issues that come with years of operation. The hotel lobby is high-ceilinged and spacious, with splendid and grand decor. The design incorporates elements of the Chu culture, and the fragrance creates a strong ambiance. The public areas offer great photo opportunities. Upon arrival, the concierge and front desk staff were responsive, and the service personnel were generally polite and attentive. Whether it was for check-in or daily requests, most of the time they provided excellent service, demonstrating the consistent quality expected from a luxury hotel.
However, the guest rooms have obvious shortcomings. There are clear signs of heavy use on the hardware, and some facilities show aging. Due to Wuhan's high humidity climate, the bed felt slightly damp, which was noticeable when falling asleep and might be uncomfortable for guests sensitive to humidity.
The room was spacious with a decent view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the amenities met brand standards. The hand soap was the fragrant Le Labo, but oddly, the other toiletries were from an unfamiliar brand. If you don't mind minor flaws like aging facilities and humidity, it's still a very good option in Wuhan; however, if you have high demands for room details and dryness, your stay experience might be compromised. Overall, it's worth experiencing, but don't go in with the expectation of a brand new luxury hotel.
Service: Around 11:00 PM, I requested a few pillows, and they took a bit long to arrive.

MichaelWang052660The location is super convenient, directly accessible from Exit D of Guanggu Avenue Station on Metro Line 2. The lobby retains the design of its predecessor, The Puyu, with a whole wall of bookshelves and bronze elements from Chu culture, giving it an 'ancient tomb chic' vibe that's both sophisticated and tasteful – perfect for photos.
The room itself is spacious. The dark wood paneling, while a bit dim, adds a touch of quality. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The bathtub and double sinks are a big plus.
Breakfast is definitely a highlight! They have all the classic Wuhan breakfast dishes like Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles), San Xian Dou Pi (three-delicacy tofu skin), and Mian Wo (fried doughnut). The freshly cooked noodle station is bustling with activity, and the Western cold cuts and freshly ground coffee are also excellent. You'll definitely be full before you head out for the day!
The overall service is attentive; the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor room with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure. I'd definitely come back for a second stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This resort-style hotel with its garden, mountains, and water views gives a great vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the private balcony offers an expansive view of the wide-open sky and Yanxi Lake – it’s truly breathtaking and natural. The hotel's outdoor areas are fantastic; jogging or strolling along the lake is beautiful, especially with the blooming lotus flowers, vast waters, and blue skies. The long-armed swing facing Yanxi Lake, with blooming lotus flowers underfoot and distant mountains, white clouds, green water, and blue sky in the background, is very Instagram-worthy. Right across is Peninsula Paragliding, suitable for older kids (middle school age and up), and they can even send a boat to pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. The feeling of the small boat passing through the lotus flowers is just like a lotus-picking song. There's even more for younger kids to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors.
