I booked a Hollywood twin room. Vivian was very nice and helped to upgrade it. She also arranged a room with a lake view. She responded to messages in a timely manner. The lobby was very fancy. The overall experience of staying here was very good. I recommend staying here! Let me first praise the advantages: 1. The room is large and well maintained. It is a little old, but it doesn't matter if you don't look closely. It is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room temperature is suitable, and the room facing the lake can see the sun rising, which is very comfortable. 2. The cleaner is very polite and delivers things quickly. She cleaned and folded the clothes for the renewal room, wiped the skin care products and put them in place, and left a note. 3. The attitude of the staff I met was very good, with a smile. When I picked up my luggage, I left the coffee there and forgot to take it. When I returned, I found that it was thrown away for me, but I immediately refilled the coffee in the lobby bar for me, which was also very delicious. 4. The hair dryer is very useful and my hair dries very quickly. The toiletries are easy to use. 5. The sound insulation is very good. It seems that there is a staff rest room directly opposite the room, but I have not been disturbed by the housekeeping or other guests for two nights. 6. Downstairs is the subway station and Cha Yan. There are taxis waiting at the door at any time. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Wuhan Station. I took taxis all the way in Wuhan. Taxis are fast and cheap. Things to be improved: 1. The washbasin in the room is too far away. You have to bow 45 degrees to prevent water from splashing everywhere. 2. The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. You can call the front desk separately to make up for it. The last one is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage, that is, you have to go down to get the takeaway by yourself. Wuhan is a good place. I will come to play next time~

This stay experience is full! The location of the hotel is super convenient, and there is no worry about eating and drinking around. The room was quiet and warm, the service was intimate, even the small details were full, and the stay was too comfortable. The space is OK, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene needs to be improved (details); the subway station is not as close as described, but it is not far away. If the distance is not far, it is also convenient to take a taxi; the surrounding facilities are relatively mature, and there is a snack street behind that has breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snacks. Disadvantages: Members usually get a free room upgrade and breakfast, this is the only time I streaked...

its quite far from all the attractions (1h by public transport), shower was unfortunately leaking water so the flier was wet after showering. Not fan of carpets, had quite a lot of stains on the ground

I chose this hotel for a meeting this time. It is very close to the National Museum Center and has an elegant environment. The front desk service was very enthusiastic when I checked in. They upgraded our room for free, gave us breakfast, and added WeChat. If there were any problems, they could be handled and contacted in time. The room was very clean. It was an exterior room with a very good view. I had a good rest at night. The location was also very good and convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was also delicious and children could eat it. It was very clean. The restaurant design style was also great. A small gift was given when I checked out. In spring, the best place to stay in the mountains and lakes for two days. The homestay is designed with care, full of details, very comfortable. There is a particularly suitable space for reading, tea, and leisure. In the evening, there is also a good night dessert. The books on the shelves in the public area are very good and look good. The beautiful ladies at the front desk are also very good, there are questions and answers, the recommendation is reliable, the service is first-class, very good 👍

Overall hotel is okay. Location is prime, however would recommend rethinking improving hotel concept to keep up with new hotel chains. This includes improving quality of breakfast, considering rennovation of facilities and re-allocation of staff. Too many staff in outside welcome are and too few inside.

I have stayed in this hotel several times for business trip, perfect location which is really convenient to go around . It is great experience that hotel staff are very friendly and attentively service. Meanwhile hotel breakfast is fantastic that I have tried so many local snacks like hot and dry noodle , which is truly delicious.
