I stayed in Tingtao No. 2. Although the facilities are newer than Nanshan, the service wasn't as good. The politeness and refined service were lacking. I'm not sure if it's because there was a conference going on at the same time. I stayed here last year, and this time, having to switch rooms for two separate bookings was very inconvenient, especially for a woman. Plus, the air conditioning in the new room was faulty, making a terrible clanging noise all night, so I barely slept. The breakfast at Tingtao was also mediocre, with a rather strange taste, not as good as it was last year. The biggest advantage of staying here is still the environment, but traffic getting in and out can be very bad. I heard it gets even worse after Wuhan University starts its new semester. Honestly, the zero-pressure mattress did help me sleep a bit better though.

The location is great, with convenient transportation and easy to find. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene, and it was well-ventilated without any stuffiness. The audio-visual equipment was high-definition and smooth, with a surround sound system that made me feel immersed. The smart home system was simple and easy to use. The service was polite and efficient. Overall, it was an experience worth repeating. The owner was very welcoming.

This well-known hotel next to the Provincial Museum was a must-visit for me. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Manager Yao handled it promptly and thoughtfully, which I really appreciated. Since my child was taking a key exam, they arranged a quiet room for us. The room was spacious, and the TV had a large screen with separate 'cable TV' and 'internet TV' buttons on the remote, which was very user-friendly. You could scan a QR code in the room to book laundry service. The laundry room on the 6th floor was clean and bright, and right outside the door was an outdoor drying area. Our clothes were drying outside, and when it started raining, I rushed back to retrieve them, only to find that an attendant had already brought them inside and hung them up. I was very grateful for that. The buffet is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast spread was extensive. I tried the Wuhan hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and wontons, all of which were authentic and delicious. My child, who usually has a poor appetite, raved about the plain congee and the preserved egg and lean pork congee. The Western options like bacon, bread, and blueberry jam were also excellent and offered a rich flavor. I even saw several foreign tourists while eating, making it feel quite international. It was raining when we checked out, and the staff thoughtfully allowed our car to pull up directly and even helped with our luggage. It was a really heartwarming gesture!

I booked a connecting room. On the first day, they sent fruit and a doll. Downstairs is Chu River and Han Street, a newly built commercial area – it's okay to browse, but not a must-see. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station. I heard that the Jiahua Hotel across the street is also owned by Wanda. A local driver told me this whole area used to be an old factory in Wuhan, later acquired and redeveloped by Wanda. The food options aren't plentiful, but it's great for being close to the Hubei Provincial Museum and East Lake. However, an Atour Hotel is right next door.

The front desk staff were gentle and provided thoughtful, detailed service. The room had good natural light, complete facilities, and was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel environment was quiet, allowing for a good rest. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. The price is reasonable, and the overall experience was great. It's suitable for both short trips and temporary stays. I've saved it and will prioritize choosing this hotel for future travels.

This veteran five-star hotel's management is on par with, if not superior to, some of the big-name brands. The facilities are standardized and well-maintained. I particularly appreciate the rooms with hardwood floors – no musty smells, and no overpowering air fresheners like in some other hotels. It felt naturally fresh, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff was efficient and specifically provided a quiet room as requested. The room featured an extra-large bed of top-notch quality. The bathroom layout was well-designed, and the bath and floor towels were neatly arranged for an evening shower. The service staff were polite and incredibly attentive. Breakfast was lavish, and the restaurant offered traditional Wuhan breakfast items, all of which tasted excellent. Be aware that rooms in different sections require using specific elevators, so make sure not to take the wrong one. All elevators and elevator lobbies were clean, tidy, and brightly lit. In short, everything upheld the expected standard of a long-established hotel. Excellent! Minibar: Didn't use it, but the hotel should proactively inform guests about it. Facilities: Very standard. Hygiene: First-rate. Environment: Both internal and external are good. If it weren't for the rain, I could have walked to East Lake. Service: Standardized and warm.

The hotel is conveniently located, has complete facilities, good service, and excellent value for money. It's right in front of the SKP, and taxis are available downstairs, making it easy to get around. The room is a perfect size, with decent soundproofing and excellent hygiene. The WiFi signal is strong.

As I frequently travel to Wuhan for business, I always choose this hotel for my stays. Firstly, the transportation is convenient with a subway station right outside. Secondly, it's located between East Lake to the east and Shahu Lake to the west, offering beautiful panoramic views from higher floors. More importantly, the hotel service is excellent; the front desk manager and staff are always warm and attentive, making me feel like I'm meeting old friends every time. In my free time, I can also relax with a cup of coffee at the lobby's tea bar.

The towel under the sink was picked up and found a hair below. Hygiene elsewhere is still possible. Then the door sign in the shower room was not posted backwards, and it was pushed inside, but a pull was posted outside. There will be a sound of ventilation or water in the room at night. The front desk said that it can be changed but I didn't change it. The service attitude is still OK.
