"My stay here was pretty great. Although the hotel isn't directly on Venice's main island, its location is actually super convenient. It's really close to Venezia Mestre train station, about a 7-minute walk, making it easy to catch a train or hop on a bus right outside the hotel. The bus takes about 12 minutes to get to the main island, which is incredibly hassle-free for independent travelers.
I stayed during the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics and expected prices to be exorbitant, but this hotel was surprisingly affordable and offered excellent value for money. I was genuinely pleased.
Furthermore, the neighborhood has a good number of businesses run by overseas Chinese, so finding places to eat and shop is easy, making it very friendly for Chinese tourists. The hotel's front desk staff are also Chinese, and especially during Chinese New Year, it was really comforting to meet fellow countrymen while abroad. Communication was a breeze.
Overall, this is a conveniently located, affordably priced hotel with a great stay experience. I'd definitely recommend it."

"Traveling as a family of four, we booked a king room and a double room. When we checked in, we mentioned to the front desk that we'd appreciate it if our two rooms could be close together. They were so thoughtful and gave us two king rooms right next to each other! To our surprise, they were even connecting rooms, which made looking after the kids so much easier. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. Plus, you could even buy transportation tickets there."

"The room was big and spacious , and the view from our hotel was also good . We really liked and enjoyed . The only issue we had is the bathroom , it was on the second floor and we are on the first floor. When we asked about it on the reception , the staff on the time at 2 pm on 18-3 was quite rude. I dont know why she need to yell. Its better to say in a polite manner."

"Staying on a higher floor is recommended, as the ground floor seems to be a bar or something similar, and it gets quite noisy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, just a short walk away. There are also several good Chinese restaurants nearby.
I took a walk around the neighborhood one evening and ended up in a community that seemed to have a lot of Black residents. It's probably best not to wander around there at night."

"My friend and I stayed here for a night. We were allowed to leave our bags in lockers before the check in time which was really convenient (but bring your own padlocks) The room was pretty clean (just a bit worn out) and spacious, beds were comfy. The storage space under the bunk beds was big enough for the backpacks but also required your own padlock. There were two bathrooms in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a common area outside and inside. Enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is very close to the train station, within walking distance. However, be careful when exiting the station after getting off the train, as there are two directions. Don't go towards the elevator; instead, take the exit at the back. After a short flight of stairs, go straight until you see a roundabout, and the hotel is right behind it. It's very easy to find.
The owner is Chinese and very friendly. The breakfast is also plentiful.
The service is excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch."

"Nice hotel, clean, neat, and the staff were friendly overall.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the service regarding the hair dryer. Although one was provided, I had to collect it from reception myself instead of having it delivered to my room. At checkout, I was also asked to return to my room to bring the hair dryer back to reception.
I don’t feel this reflects the level of service expected from a four-star hotel."
