"Located in an area not far from Mestre Station, the room differs significantly from what is shown in the photos. The room lacks an extra chair or sofa, and the shower area is inconvenient. There are no toiletries, toothbrushes, or slippers provided. Despite my reservation, I was given a room on the first floor due to the hotel being fully booked. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of mold, and the bedding felt damp as if it were wet. I requested that the radiator be turned on to remove moisture, but this was refused. I had to keep the door wide open throughout my stay, and I had to close it to fall asleep. The extra pillows in the wardrobe were the only thing that helped, allowing me to finally get some sleep."
