Spa Hotels in Venice

The property is very well-designed. A beautiful renovation with spacious areas and nice rooms. I really appreciated the staff's courtesy; they fulfilled our request. Everyone at breakfast was also very courteous. I'd like to mention Ms. Laura, who, with a smile, helped us with my allergic son's dairy-free needs. It's a shame about the terrace; it's beautiful but full of mosquitoes. Something should be done about it (even just some repellent spray!). I'll definitely return though!

This hotel has a private pier, making it very convenient for guests to arrive directly by water taxi. The hotel garden is beautiful, and the rooms offer open, scenic views that perfectly capture the charm and atmosphere of Venice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There were a few minor issues, such as bottled water not being replenished in one of the rooms, but overall, the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is a work of art. It is said that it was the residence of a former noble governor. Be sure to set up a landscape room with a balcony. Open the window and you can see the church on the other side of the river. The view is really amazing! The hotel is in a good location, about ten minutes walk from Luxury Street, Phoenix Theatre and 15 minutes from San Marco Church.

The hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel and the island are absolutely beautiful — a real gem. However, there’s a big but: catastrophic lack of staff. The service level is very weak. You can see the staff are trying their best, but there are simply not enough people. In the morning, all hands are on deck for breakfast. The reception and concierge desks are empty — when we asked where everyone was, we were told: ”Sorry, they're all serving breakfast.” Breakfast itself was a struggle: huge queues for coffee, and tables were left uncleaned. That said, this is the only downside of this beautiful place. Everything else we really enjoyed. Tip for future guests: Don't be afraid to book a room in the separate building overlooking the lagoon. Yes, it's a long walk, but the view from the room is absolutely worth it.

The best hotel in Venice, great service. After checking out, the hotel porter waved goodbye affectionately, it was so sad to say goodbye!

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!
