Spa Hotels in Venice

The hotel itself is a work of art. It is said that it was the residence of a former noble governor. Be sure to set up a landscape room with a balcony. Open the window and you can see the church on the other side of the river. The view is really amazing! The hotel is in a good location, about ten minutes walk from Luxury Street, Phoenix Theatre and 15 minutes from San Marco Church.

The hotel is dreamy. Although it is not on the main island of Venice, you can easily reach St. Mark's Square by taking the hotel's private ferry. The hotel has a beautiful garden.

When I booked, I thought it was an old hotel, but the interior decoration of the room was very new and modern, and the experience was very good.

Convenient to get to by water shuttle from the main Venezia train station on the island. Check in and check out was very pleasant from staff. Location is not particularly close to the main area of Venice which is good as it’s generally more quiet and secluded from the crowds but easy enough to get to the tourist areas by foot and water bus. Room is not particularly big but was clean and had everything we needed including bottled water from the hotel.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

The hotel is on the island of Lido, quiet and open, much more comfortable than living in the main island of Venice, and the price is super high. Lido is about ten minutes from San Marco Square by waterbus. The room is very quiet, and it also has a Bluetooth speaker. The phone can play its own music when connected to the whole room. This time I ordered breakfast, the dining environment was very small and fresh. The downside was that the breakfast category was not very rich. Hot drinks and hot foods (scrambled eggs or something) had to tell the waiter that she would deliver it later, instead of having an area to pick it up.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

Everything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!
