MMarianne TanLocated near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square.
The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time).
The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room.
Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)

KKara TaiThe hotel location is great! Very close to everything. The service is excellent. The manager is very pleasant and helpful. You can check out and leave your luggage and then come back to rest in the restaurant if needed. Be prepared for noises. Venice is so touristy and there is not a lot of soundproofing. I use earplugs when I sleep so it wasn’t much of a problem for me.
Be prepared to buy bottled water. Bring your own amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush, these items are not given at the hotel.
The bed is comfortable and the heat works very well. Overall it is recommended for a good rest and a central location.

GGuest UserHotel is located in a great part of Venice, 10min of slow walk to the center, great restaurant right across the street. We've booked a room for 3 nights with breakfast which was satisfying with lots of pastries and local food although there was no vegetables or fruit. I recommend this hotel due to its price and value ratio. Our room was in Pantalon hotel, we needed late check in and staff was extremely helpful and kind, thanks to Emilia! Our stay was very pleasant. Keep in mind that when it's cold outside you need to close the window covers

CCorto CineseOverall the hotel is ok, for the price paid and location, you cannot expect more. The structure is old and shabby, the room has a strong scent of deodorant that is almost nauseating. There is one shower and two toilets to share, but there is no hot water, even after letting it run for minutes it wouldn't become anywhere near 30/32 degrees C. The breakfast is actually huge, but with cheap quality products. The view from the room was actually gorgeous. The location is unbeatable, close to the train station and 25 minutes walk from San Marco and there is a gorgeous restaurant nearby called Osottosopra. The reception and service is really nice, they can keep your bags, the people working there are all kind, gentle and willing to help and make your stay nice. I'd recommend this hotel only if you want to sleep one night in Venice for cheap and are ok with shabby facilities.

KKaty16The service was liked, left things in the morning and was furnished to walk. Settled in time, the room is small but everything for convenience is. The bathroom is visible to be renovated. There were soap facilities, fan, towels. For breakfast, cruassan, 2 buffets, jams, coffee. The hotel location is excellent. Of the shortcomings: it was a little dusty in the room and it was cool as well, but there are blankets and climate control.

TTee LLWhen we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances,the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. In the end the reception gave us a free upgrade.
It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt
The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.

NNagasakiIt will be an inn where the evaluation is divided depending on the person. Since the apartment is rented in three separate rooms, the kitchen, toilet, and terrace are shared, so it was convenient to use it as we wanted during the time when there were not many people. There is no washing machine, but there is a drying area. The sheets and towels are clean, but you shouldn't expect fixed under the bed or under the sink. I think it depends on the time and the members staying.
