RRUOPENGThe hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

GGuest UserEven though it was on the main island of Venice, I booked it because it was cheaper than other hotels, and the room was very nice! It was also helpful that the staff showed me to my room when I checked in. āØ
The breakfast was also delicious, so I recommend it!
However, I couldn't figure out where to turn on the light in the bathroom, and the shower area couldn't be locked, so if you're concerned about privacy, you might want to avoid it.

GGuest UserBefore my stay, I saw mixed reviews online, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient.
**Transportation:** There's a bus stop very close to the right of the hotel entrance. Using Google Maps, it's quite convenient to get to the train station or Venice's main island. Just make sure you're heading in the right direction before boarding. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the main island, but you need to factor in waiting time for the bus. I bought several tickets at an automatic machine at the train station, each costing 1.5 Euros. Remember to validate your ticket when you get on the bus.
**Surroundings:** If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a huge shopping mall where you can find food, entertainment, clothes, and souvenirs.
**Airport:** Taking the bus isn't very convenient; from the last stop, you'd have to walk nearly 2km. So, I decided to ask the hotel to call a taxi for me. It took 20 minutes to get to Marco Polo Airport and cost 40 Euros.

AAnonymous UserVery disappointing experience with discriminatory attitude at the front desk.
We simply asked for an extra blanket, but the staff misunderstood us repeatedly, even after explaining three times.
Instead of helping, the receptionist made unnecessary and inappropriate comments about Chinese habits compared to Europe, saying things like āEuropeans donāt change toothbrushes every dayā and āthis is not how Europeans do thingsā ā we never asked for a toothbrush, only a blanket.
In the end, they only brought a duvet inner without a cover, still not understanding our request.
Location is fine, but the rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory service from front desk ruined the whole stay.
Not recommended.

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, itās so spacious, clean and beautiful š However, the location is not the best, itās 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? Thereās only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us itās a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didnāt even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel.
Great location, 15-minute from St Markās Sq, chilled island and not distanced but youāve to take water taxi to get to the hotel
Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay
Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Markās Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

GGaibiansuishidouzaijinxingThe hotel is located near the train station, about a seven to eight-minute walk away. The exterior design of the hotel looks very modern. However, the first room we were given only had a shower curtain in the bathroom, and water would spill out everywhere when showering, making the floor wet ā I almost slipped. On top of that, the shower curtain smelled musty, which was quite disgusting.
After speaking with the front desk, we were moved to another room with a glass door for the shower.
This is a four-star hotel, and the official website photos showed a three-piece toiletry set (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). In reality, the room only had a three-in-one product for hand/hair/body washing. This is a significant difference in quality; typically, three-in-one products are found in hostels, B&Bs, and budget hotels, not a four-star establishment. This is misleading for consumers. When I first brought it up with the front desk, they said there was no three-piece set. After I showed them the official website photos on my second attempt, the front desk reluctantly provided body wash and body lotion.

I had a very pleasant stay at Staycity Apartments Venice. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well maintained.
The location is excellent ā close to public transport and easy to reach both Venice island and the airport. Very convenient for business or leisure travel.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

KKa Ka BoyWe stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which Iāll elaborate later.
We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they donāt have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us āthey have hundreds of guest so itās not possible to recognize usā. āThere is no recordā, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again āthere is no recordā. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldnāt recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
