Venice Hotels with Gym

The hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.

The room was excellent, quite spacious for European standards. We booked a family room, which had a connecting door between the two rooms. The bathroom was large, and the towels were clean. Slippers, water, coffee, and tea were provided. We had breakfast alongside guests from China Eastern and Middle Eastern airlines, and the food was good. There's a bus stop right outside, and a tram station is just a 5-minute walk away. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Extremely satisfied 👍, the hotel facilities are excellent and well-equipped, including Illy coffee and various tea bags. There's a fridge, which is really convenient for bringing back ice sometimes. The hygiene is impeccable. The front desk and other staff are all very warm and polite, always proactively going the extra mile for guests. My experience traveling in Italy was quite disappointing due to numerous pickpockets, and public transport being either late, early, or striking. Thankfully, this hotel provided me with the best, most comfortable experience and wonderful memories, otherwise, I really couldn't have continued my trip. I could stay at this hotel forever. The price is a little higher than other hotels, but its value definitely exceeds its price. Staying at this hotel makes your trip easy and pleasant.

The room itself was alright – quiet and quite spacious. There was a two-person dining table and a TV at the foot of the bed, and the large window could be opened. There was a €1.4 fee upon check-in. The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly; they assigned me to the worst-facing room, number 425, which was sandwiched between a highway and railway. I've seen comments about discrimination, particularly against Chinese guests, and I'm seriously starting to suspect it's true. However, the double-glazed window provided decent sound insulation. Even though there was some noise late at night, I was too tired to notice. The only real plus was the extremely well-stocked kitchenware: cups, plates, bowls, frying pans, saucepans, cutlery, and even a dishwasher. The fridge was pretty useless as it didn't get cold. You can cook your own meals, and there's a big supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. There were also 4 coffee capsules, which I assume were complimentary. Overall, it was just okay, nothing special. The 1200 price point might be normal for this season.

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

Great location if you're traveling by car. It's right off the highway exit, and there's a dedicated, secure, and convenient parking lot. Getting to the main island of Venice by car is a breeze. The hotel also has excellent facilities.

I stayed here for the 3 nights I’ve visited for with my spouse and we enjoyed our stay here as it was located close to where we had access to bus routes as well as Venice overall clean and affordable hotel, only down side was receptionists staff were not as helpful e.g. i asked for salt one night at receptionist and i got no response then he was on a call then after he knew i was still waiting and decide to take a look only to say there’s none left until i found it myself few other things did occur similar to this. Others than this it’s good value for money would visit again

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
