This hotel, a villa on Lido Island, is cleaner and less touristy than the main island of Venice. It's also within walking distance of the water bus stop and the Free Beach. The building itself is quite unique, like stepping back into the last century. There's a small garden and a terrace overlooking the main island of Venice and the sea. Breakfast is served, featuring homemade cakes and delicious cappuccino (you could even have a second one), and the atmosphere is very warm. While the room was a bit small, the overall experience was fantastic!

The stay was amazing and the view from the room was incredible. The stuff were friendly and welcoming making the stay feel like home. The hotel location is near to the waterbus station where it is easy to access to the main island.

Friendly staff. Hot water is available. Venice has a lot of cobblestones, so it can be difficult with a large suitcase, but it's good because it's close to the ferry terminal.

The stay was alright. The service was decent, the food was acceptable, and the staff were friendly enough. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient.

Hotel is very good situated, near the waterbus-station, grocery store and a short walk from the Lido beach. Room was new, clean and on the first floor. It had a Hugo shower and good aircondition. The Reception was not the greatest peopleservers but we managed. Breakfast was ok for the price, do not expect anything fancy. I would choose this hotel again because of the location and the newly renovated room 👍
