GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Lodo port. But since it is too close, the house will shake when the boat hits the levee. Room amenities are a little dated, Even though it's a non-smoking room, I can still smell some smoke. All the staff are very friendly. They can prepare a takeaway breakfast if you leave the hotel before breakfast time.

KKyRuSThe hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

RRaluca DascalitaI stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room. It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor. The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged. All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews. This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.
