I would have given them a higher score but we had a few issues. First the restaurant and bar were closed on one of the 2 nights we stayed. For a premium cost hotel I would expect to be able to get a drink in the bar. Breakfast was really poor. It was included in our rate but consisted of stale croissant and pan au chocolat. Poor selection of cured meat and cheese and one bowl of fruit salad. No toast. I asked for an egg and my daughter a crepe. We were charged an extra £25! Hotel was otherwise in a good location and rooms were lovely. New member of staff had started that day and he was brilliant.

Room facilities and sanitation are OK; the staff service attitude, courtesy and thoughtful are very good, and they also take the initiative to give drinks; the new hotel is indeed more fashionable and novel, with a sense of technology and modernity, so that I use voice, so as not to type the result is comfortable and pleasant; The air conditioning in the hotel lobby is very sufficient and powerful, so that Italy 🇮🇹 summer travel is cool and comfortable; breakfast is OK; the location is very good, very close to the shopping mall business district, many main attractions can be reached on foot, and the safety factor is high; A pleasant stay experience, it is worthy of a new five-star hotel with high evaluation. The canal outside the room is beautiful, and the hotel is located on a street full of designer brands, making shopping and entertainment very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly.

An absolutely excellent hotel, the best one I stayed at during my European trip. The room decor was very high-end and stylish. They even prepared champagne and desserts for us as we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch. It's within walking distance of Venezia Santa Lucia train station, and there's a water taxi stop right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel also helped us book a taxi directly to Marco Polo Airport, which cost 160 Euros and got us there in just 15 minutes. Since we had an early morning flight and couldn't make it to breakfast, the hotel thoughtfully packed some snacks, fruit, and yogurt for us to take on the go.

The location is superb, making it ideal for anyone attending the Biennale. The staff provided excellent service. I arrived at 11:00 AM, and although the room wasn't ready yet, I was able to store my luggage. A friendly gentleman at the front desk even filled my water bottle with sparkling water, and an older manager pulled out a paper map of Venice to personally show me the must-see attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, and right outside the door was the open sea. In the morning, after breakfast, I could step right out and enjoy a peaceful, private stretch of the sea.

If you wish to get a taste of what ancient Venice was like , then this is the place to stay. Beautifully decorated in style, and with excellent service, your stay will be unforgettable.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined. Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.

The train station takes a taxi (boat) - 5 minutes to the hotel pier, and the public pier is at the hotel entrance, very convenient. This time the room was divided into the top floor with a terrace. It is said to be the only one. It is simply unparalleled scenery and enjoyment. I have been to Venice before, but I never thought I could enjoy the skyline of this beautiful city like this. I really hope to stay in this room next time. The hotel breakfast room also shocked me, walking up the grand staircase through the gorgeous hall, immediately reminiscent of the marquis and ladies who had been here all day long hundreds of years ago. Compared with the environment breakfast itself is a bit inferior, but it doesn't matter. There are delicious things everywhere, and this environment is rare. Dinner is also enjoyed at the hotel, the price is not expensive, and the taste is much better than the restaurant outside, I think it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in Venice, rather than wasting time recommending hotel dining.
