The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel service is very good. The hotel allows you to directly purchase gondola charters and customize motor tours according to your own schedule. The prices are clearly marked. I think it is more convenient than finding it yourself. I added 50 euros to upgrade to a loft. It is very convenient to stay with children. The service is also very good. The breakfast is OK. There are simple meals in the small buffet. I only stayed for one night, but the overall experience was good.

The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.

The room is spacious and the hotel is in a very good location, close to the commercial street. The restaurant and bar on the first floor of the hotel are worth a visit. The dinner menu is even better and the view is beautiful.

The basic room type I booked was special for the 10th anniversary. When I arrived, I said I wanted to upgrade, but it turned out that I upgraded at my own expense. The rooms that cost money are of course better, but the basics are not cheap anymore, and this anniversary was quite luxurious.
As one of the eight palaces in Venice, the hardware environment itself is a destination worth experiencing in life. The service staff is also very enthusiastic, and the hotel specially sent champagne, which is a perfect journey.

This is the first time I write a review on Ctrip. I'll say that when you are away from home, don't be too hypocritical, and don't ask and expect too much. But this time I can't help but tell the truth. Let's talk about the price first. 1. The standard large room of this hotel is more than 4,000 yuan per night. This room type is enough for two people. After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. You know, guests like us from the ”Eastern Tang Dynasty” have several suitcases and have to travel through several cities. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

The hotel is on a separate island and there is only this hotel on the island. The environment is well maintained. There is a pool and restaurant on the roof. You can see the main island of Venice. In terms of transportation, there is a ferry to and from San Marco Square on the main island. The boat and the one-way shuttle bus to St. Lucia Railway Station on the main island are free. We live in small suites, the rooms and beds are large, the bathrooms and cloakrooms are large, and the experience is very good!

The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

The hotel is located by the canal, with a newly renovated room. The room is spacious in the old town. When we checked in, we booked an outdoor dinner by the canal, but we were driven back indoors by the rain before the meal was served. It is very close to the train station, a 5-6 minute walk away. There is no need to cross a bridge or stairs, so it is luggage-friendly. It is a bit far from St. Mark's Basilica, but there is a water bus stop opposite the hotel, and the hotel can also call a taxi. It is more convenient to stay close to the train station in Venice. If you stay close to the church, it is too inconvenient to carry luggage, and there are too many tourists in Venice, and it is very noisy near the scenic area. This hotel is a good choice on the main island.

王王Everything is good, the location is quite good, there are boats to go out at the door, and live in a quiet place, no special noise at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the room is arranged on the first floor. The room next to the bar is a bit strange, but overall it is good! And the hotel restaurant is recommended by Michelin! CCY-AVery beautiful hotel, small and low-key, with a large pier at the door. Very comfortable. The location is not the most central, but it is much more relaxed than the center of the main island. I like it very much. The facilities are also very new. The service is not too enthusiastic, but it has the elegant temperament of a luxury hotel. Llucky20061130This is a hotel with a profound artistic background. The entrance of the hotel is not too big, and there are surprises everywhere after entering. It is especially suitable for taking pictures and punching cards. The service is also very good. I came in winter, and the room is very warm. I can see the entire lagoon from the balcony. The location Excellent. An extra bed is available. It was already 22:00 when I checked in. I came to the hotel restaurant with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn’t expect the most amazing thing to be the upstairs restaurant. This is the most formal Italian restaurant in Europe. Eat Serving a dish with a set of tableware is too particular. It was great to have a great foie gras, the beauty of the dessert and the rich flavors. The buffet breakfast the next morning was even more unexpected. Not to mention the top-notch view, the rich and delicious breakfast is also top-notch. The location is very close to the Bridge of Sighs. St. Mark's Square is so beautiful, and the products in the nearby shops are also very good. 80 euros to sit on the gondola, it is worth it! Take a water taxi from the hotel to the airport, 130 Euros and board the boat directly from the side door of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. When I came to the hotel, I didn’t understand. I took the water bus, 15 euros per person. The bus stopped when it saw the station. The boat was full of people. It took an hour to get to the St. Mark’s Square station. I got off the boat and walked 300 meters with my suitcase. After about 10 meters, we crossed the Bridge of Sighs and arrived at the hotel. It's not very convenient. If you take a water taxi for 130 Euros from the airport, you can go directly to the side entrance of the hotel lobby in 20 minutes.

DDaydreamer1The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out.
The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating.
The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either.
The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese.
The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros.
Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city.
One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

GGianniHistoric structure of the glam Venice of years gone by, now presents itself as vintage. Probably for the management the cost for the now essential renovations of the building and the rooms is not sustainable. More suitable for an elderly audience than for young people. The effort to innovate some spaces (gym, swimming pool, outdoors) is commendable. Excellent young restaurant staff, breakfasts, swimming pool. Not so the reception management, with an anachronistic and laughable snobbish attitude, not at all professional.
YYandouzoutianxiaThe train station takes a taxi (boat) - 5 minutes to the hotel pier, and the public pier is at the hotel entrance, very convenient. This time the room was divided into the top floor with a terrace. It is said to be the only one. It is simply unparalleled scenery and enjoyment. I have been to Venice before, but I never thought I could enjoy the skyline of this beautiful city like this. I really hope to stay in this room next time. The hotel breakfast room also shocked me, walking up the grand staircase through the gorgeous hall, immediately reminiscent of the marquis and ladies who had been here all day long hundreds of years ago. Compared with the environment breakfast itself is a bit inferior, but it doesn't matter. There are delicious things everywhere, and this environment is rare. Dinner is also enjoyed at the hotel, the price is not expensive, and the taste is much better than the restaurant outside, I think it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in Venice, rather than wasting time recommending hotel dining.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.
彭彭The hotel is on the island of Lido, quiet and open, much more comfortable than living in the main island of Venice, and the price is super high. Lido is about ten minutes from San Marco Square by waterbus. The room is very quiet, and it also has a Bluetooth speaker. The phone can play its own music when connected to the whole room. This time I ordered breakfast, the dining environment was very small and fresh. The downside was that the breakfast category was not very rich. Hot drinks and hot foods (scrambled eggs or something) had to tell the waiter that she would deliver it later, instead of having an area to pick it up.
