The basic room type I booked was special for the 10th anniversary. When I arrived, I said I wanted to upgrade, but it turned out that I upgraded at my own expense. The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

St. Mark's Square is so beautiful, and the products in the nearby shops are also very good. 80 euros to sit on the gondola, it is worth it! Take a water taxi from the hotel to the airport, 130 Euros and board the boat directly from the side door of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. When I came to the hotel, I didn’t understand. I took the water bus, 15 euros per person. The bus stopped when it saw the station. The boat was full of people. It took an hour to get to the St. Mark’s Square station. I got off the boat and walked 300 meters with my suitcase. After about 10 meters, we crossed the Bridge of Sighs and arrived at the hotel. It's not very convenient. If you take a water taxi for 130 Euros from the airport, you can go directly to the side entrance of the hotel lobby in 20 minutes.

The hotel location is great, it is very convenient to call watertaxi directly to the entrance of the hotel, the hotel keys are very nice, and welcome wine and chocolates are provided. The hotel's breakfast has many types and is delicious. The toiletries are from Parma ~

The hotel is dreamy. Although it is not on the main island of Venice, you can easily reach St. Mark's Square by taking the hotel's private ferry. The hotel has a beautiful garden.
