Service: The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and make one's trip feel warm. When I arrived on the first day, the guy at the front desk carefully showed me the location of the hotel room and helped me carry my luggage upstairs. Before I left, my grandfather taught me how to protect my bag from being stolen. Everyone was so lovely and I had a good impression of the hotel.
