GGuest UserWe stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

MmukkaI usually can't afford the Ritz-Carlton, and I'd originally planned to stay at the Conrad. However, I saw that the Conrad's twin beds were 1.35 meters wide, while this hotel's were 1.5 meters, plus they offered a shuttle to the scenic area, so I switched. The Conrad definitely has its advantages; it's right at the Huameishengdi bus station. This place, though, requires another taxi ride up the mountain. The taxi driver mentioned the hotel opened last year, and upon entering, I found it very new with beautiful Tibetan-themed decor. The toilet flushes automatically but doesn't have a bidet function. The complimentary Atelier Cologne toiletries are excellent. The location is indeed a bit out of the way; after taking the bus from the high-speed rail station to Huameishengdi for safety, we still needed a taxi. The hotel offers a shuttle to Jiuzhaigou scenic area in the morning, but on the way back, it's likely due to the heavy traffic at the Jiuzhaigou entrance that there's no pick-up service. A taxi back to the hotel costs around 50. Breakfast isn't exactly lavish, perhaps because it's in a mountainous region with limited variety. However, they do have freshly made 'Saozi' noodles and rice noodles, along with coffee, milk, juice, greens, staples, fruit, and toast, covering all the bases. Dinner needs to be reserved and paid for online via QR code in advance. We didn't eat out, but personally, I feel the prices here are not cheap, even compared to the scenic area, but it wins on portion size and taste. We ordered a yak hotpot, and two adults and one child couldn't finish it. Overall, the service and facilities are excellent, though the location is a bit remote. The convenience of a shuttle service makes up for it.
Finally, after we checked out, the hotel housekeeper messaged me on WeChat to say we'd left a small doll's outfit, and they kindly arranged to courier it to my home. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

It's incredibly quiet, far from the hustle and bustle, and the air is fresh. The rooms are spotless, and the decor is warm and inviting. Personally, I found it more comfortable than staying right at the park entrance, which is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. All the well-known, reliable chain hotels are located in this vicinity.
This Indigo hotel truly embraced the local culture; both the architecture and room decor had a distinct local flavor.
Our concierge, Cherry, reached out to me on WeChat a day in advance to ask about our needs. This trip was actually for my birthday, and I hadn't even planned on getting a cake. To my surprise, Cherry brought me an adorable cake after we checked in, and even gave us a lovely souvenir when we left. Overall, I felt very at ease and the service was incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay.
I would definitely choose to stay here again next time! :)

The lobby thoughtfully provides complimentary ginger tea, snow chrysanthemum tea, coffee, and other beverages, available at any time, which adds a warm touch and shows great attention to detail. The breakfast spread in the restaurant is extensive, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, catering to diverse tastes. The dining environment is also comfortable and pleasant. I especially recommend the yak meat hotpot here; the meat is firm and delicious, and the broth is rich and flavorful – it was incredibly satisfying. The staff are all warm and attentive, friendly and approachable, and meticulous and patient in their work. Any request is promptly addressed, making the entire stay very comfortable. My room was spotless, items were neatly arranged, and the ventilation was excellent with no strange odors. As a non-smoker, I particularly appreciated being given a non-smoking room, which was very thoughtful. The bedding was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and reassuring. From the special beverages and delicious meals to the thoughtful service and clean rooms, you can feel the hotel's dedication everywhere. The hotel also arranged a car to take me to the scenic area, and it was only about a ten-minute walk back, offering a chance to enjoy the riverside scenery. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and it was a very pleasant stay. I sincerely recommend it to everyone; I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

XXiafeiniangniangChoosing to stay at InterContinental while visiting Jiuzhaigou was such a wise decision. The hotel's setting is absolutely stunning, nestled within a mountain forest. Every corner of the property offers beautiful views. The rooms are very spacious and come with a small balcony, so you step right into the forest, and some rooms even offer views of snow-capped mountains. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and as an InterContinental member, I also received complimentary snacks. The restaurant offers ******* hotpot, stir-fries, and skewers; the mushroom soup was incredibly delicious. There's also a song and dance performance in the evening. The hot spring is definitely a highlight, with pools of varying temperatures – it was such a treat to soak in after exploring Jiuzhaigou. The hotel also has forest hiking trails where you can spot mushrooms and little squirrels. It's about a 30-minute drive to the scenic area, and there's a paid shuttle service available. The local ******* staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and they even provide oxygen concentrators.

GGuest UserFacilities: There were some disappointments. The swimming pool and spa/foot massage facilities were closed. Some faucets were spraying water. The trash can in the bathroom, although secure, was inconvenient to use. The bathtub was very comfortable with good water flow; however, bath liners needed to be purchased from the self-service counter at the front desk.
Cleanliness: Acceptable. Especially the public areas, like the yoga room, were quite clean with no dust, even though they weren't frequently used. However, the carpets in the rooms could use more frequent vacuuming.
Environment: The hotel occupies an entire hilltop, and higher floors offer genuine mountain views from the balcony. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was no sudden clear weather after rain, so I didn't see a rainbow. Other public areas were also very good.
Service: A service chat group was created upon check-in, and requests were promptly addressed. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the quality of each item was excellent, especially the bread and butter tea. The prices for regular meals were also reasonable, and the staff even showed us how to order via their WeChat mini-program to save money compared to other platforms.
Arrival and departure were the biggest hurdles; driving yourself would test your skills and nerves. The hotel's front desk offers car services that are cheaper than booking through other platforms.

GGuest UserFor my May Day holiday, I chose Jiuzhai, and for my stay in Jiuzhai, I picked the Delta. The hotel's quality is undeniable, and all facilities and services were great. They even organized quite a few activities to create a family-friendly atmosphere. I asked the front desk, and they said it's a step up from the Courtyard, mainly because of the larger room sizes, with even the basic rooms having bathtubs, and the decor is also more upscale. Overall, I highly recommend it.
One thing I personally think needs improvement is the management of the gym. I saw some children in there, which is quite dangerous and should be prohibited. Many adults these days lack common sense, with low EQ and IQ. If a child were to get hurt there, the parents would definitely blame the hotel.
