AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient, right next to Metro Line 2, and Kuanzhai Alley is within walking distance. There are so many restaurants nearby, I couldn't even try them all! The service was very thoughtful and polite. The complimentary afternoon tea and snacks were a lifesaver for a first-time visitor – no need to go looking for food elsewhere. The ambiance blends traditional Chinese with modern touches, a style young people would definitely appreciate. I heard there are live music performances too, but I was too busy exploring and eating to catch one. The room was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out. Xiao Li and Xiao Zhao were particularly attentive and dedicated in their service.

GGuest UserChoosing Hilton Garden Inn for my Chengdu trip was a great decision! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours, and it was quite cold outside, but as soon as I got to the front desk, the staff immediately offered me hot water. Initially, I'd only arranged breakfast for one day, but after a quick chat, they generously extended it for the following days too, which was a wonderful surprise.
The breakfast selection was quite diverse, featuring local specialties like 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons), noodles with various toppings, and 'boboji' (skewers in chili oil), all of which were delicious and hit the spot. Upon entering the room, I found welcome fruits and a card. On my second morning, the front desk lady even gave me some excellent recommendations for local food and drink spots nearby, which was very helpful.
The hotel's location is also fantastic – it's quiet despite being central, making it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, my experience was excellent!

GGuest UserThis courtyard guesthouse offers a quiet escape in the heart of the city, conveniently close to IFS and Taikoo Li. The first floor even has the hotpot restaurant that Zhao Lusi visited, which is a fun bonus. This time, I chose a room on the fourth floor. You can literally go up onto the roof, which is a really unique feature. The butler service was excellent, very attentive and quick to respond to any requests.

Breakfast selection is quite comprehensive.
I frequently stay at Qiuguo. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kuanzhai Alley, which allows you to experience the different vibes of Kuanzhai Alley during the day and night. There are many great food options nearby. If you're heading to Tianfu Airport, you can take a taxi to the South Station and then catch Line 18, which is also very quick. A great experience overall.

During my stay at Atour S Hotel Chengdu (文殊院亚朵S酒店), I experienced a level of kindness and humanity that goes far beyond normal hotel service.
Last night, after suddenly feeling severe stomach pain, one of the staff members — Mr. Jiuju (久喆) — immediately accompanied me to the hospital.
He stayed with me from 4:00 AM until 10:00 AM, handled everything from registration to translation, and never left my side.
What he did… even many close friends would not do.
When we returned to the hotel, he informed his colleagues about my condition.
As I was walking toward the elevator, I suddenly heard fast footsteps behind me.
Two staff members came rushing toward me asking with genuine concern:
“Are you okay? Do you feel better?”
They handed me warm water, offered to bring food, and insisted on helping with anything I needed.
Later in the afternoon, the Hotel Manager — Mr. Chen (陈小宝) — personally visited my room to check on my health.
He told me something that truly touched my heart:
“My colleague who took you to the hospital is off-duty now, but he is very worried about you and asked me to check if you are okay.”
I told him I was feeling much better, and I sincerely thanked him for their kindness.
The manager also helped arrange food for me, made sure my room was comfortable, and even gave me his personal WeChat for any request — whether cleaning, laundry, or anything else I might need.
This is not ordinary service.
This is true humanity, kindness, and professionalism at the highest level.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at URCOVE Chengdu. The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of space for sitting, opening suitcases, and hanging clothes. The layout was well designed and included a full-length mirror, which was really convenient. I also appreciated that the window was operable, allowing for fresh air and ventilation.
The staff were very helpful and added us on WeChat so we could easily message them for anything we needed during our stay. Food delivery was also super convenient, with the hotel’s robot delivering orders straight to our door.
The only downside was that the bed was a bit short, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend it.

GGuest User”Create the wilderness in the south, stay humble and return to the countryside”, the name is full of poetry and picturesqueness, but I went there because of the zero negative reviews. I thought what kind of B&B makes everyone like it so much that I can't bear to leave negative reviews. Stayed for one night and it was a really different experience. Simple, ancient style, ancient charm and a bit of Zen. If you wander around the courtyard for nothing, you will find a lot of ingenuity, such as throwing pots, shooting arrows, teasing the parrot that can only bark but cannot speak, and writing calligraphy; you can also watch Meditate, meditate, relax, and forget the troubles of the world with eyes full of green. In front of the hall, there is a cactus owned by Mr. Gu, who is over 80 years old, and it makes me deeply moved. I ate breakfast while smelling the fragrance of books. It was a really different feeling. The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and rich, and many arrangements surprised you. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, all in all a pleasant trip.

Breakfast was also excellent. After getting home, I realized I had left some clothes in the wardrobe. The front desk quickly located them and even arranged for them to be couriered to me! Truly amazing service!
