GGuest UserThe overall environment is clean and elegant, and the hygiene is impeccable, with no clutter or odors in the corners. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, the smart speaker is very convenient, and the lighting creates a comfortable ambiance. My overall stay was very pleasant. It's very close to Kuanzhai Alley, about a 15-minute walk, and also very near the subway station, making transportation quite convenient.

GGuest UserThe first thing I would like to mention is the attentive and friendly staff: reception, at breakfast, room cleaning - everyone was kind, friendly and helpful in everything.
We got quick responses to our enquiries on Wechat - in the evening we asked about the use of appliances and a kind lady came and showed us how to use the washing machine and air conditioning.
The girl at reception (unfortunately I didn't remember the name, but it's a very nice girl with glasses) always answered any questions we had. Also, she even remembered our parcels from Taobao ordered to the hotel and when she saw us, she told us they had arrived. And then helped us unpack them. You could really feel the care in all the actions.
Next is a lovely big room with beautiful decor. The large round bed is cosy and soft and the bed linen is changed on request.
Good housekeeping. Every day we had towels changed and bottles of water replenished. In addition, we could always get extra water in the lobby. And noticing that we leave the room later, they did not disturb us early in the morning.
The room was quiet! Although there was one day when the tarmac was being laid at night outside with all the accompanying noise, but it really does not apply to the hotel.
The air conditioning and fridge worked perfectly. We were pleased with the presence of a mini washing machine (laundry detergent is available and replenished) and steamer in the room - such is not often met in hotels. The hairdryer had good sufficient power. Sockets are universal.
A bonus was a large mirror in the bathroom and a full-length mirror in the hall.
Also on one of the days we were unexpectedly brought a plate of fruit in the room, it was very nice!
The lift to the floors with hotel rooms is operated by guest cards, which guarantees more security.
To name things that could be improved, it is a bit dim lighting in the room. Also the tap in the bathroom sink was tight and seemed a little unreliable.
We had breakfast included - good, reasonably varied choice of food. The staff are friendly and keep a good eye on everything. They also remembered my preferences: I like to drink tea in the morning - and at one point they themselves came over and asked me if they could make me tea... so thoughtful!
There is also afternoon tea with desserts in the lobby.
Plus to the above, we like the location of the hotel - convenient, it's in an important central area with lots of shops, cafes, parks around, and metro stations close by.
The only thing is, if you're with multiple suitcases, consider that the path itself from the metro is nice but uneven and runs along knobbly tiles and crowded narrow sections.
Probably the best option with suitcases would be to take a taxi.
Our stay all week was excellent. This is a hotel we would love to return to. Thank you!

JJames from TexasThis hotel is a bit difficult to find. It shares the same building with many other hotels. The room is spacious and clean, with great view. Breakfast and night time snacks are very good. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby. Metro entrance is very close too.

BBaiyixiongI have planned to go to Shouzhuo several times in the past few years, but I missed it because of things. This time the Dragon Boat Festival finally happened. Shouzhuo is located deep in the Bamboo Sea. The roads are easy to walk and the transportation is very convenient, but you have to be careful when you miss the bus sometimes. Once you enter the Bamboo Sea, your mood will become very good, and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning in the room, just turn on the fan and it will be cool. The inn has its own parking lot and charging stations. As soon as you enter the inn, you are attracted by the architecture and scenery. It is definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Every step is a view. The room was neat and clean and it was so comfortable. The service is excellent. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet any request. Any words mentioned unintentionally will be taken seriously by them. In the afternoon, a food box was given for afternoon tea, and in the evening there was rice noodles and fermented glutinous rice as a midnight snack. The breakfast was a customized meal, which was rich and delicious. I made a reservation for dinner and chose a meal price of 200 per person. I must make a reservation one day in advance. It's delicious and the portions are so generous that several tables nearby said they couldn't finish it. There are various activities such as pot throwing and archery in the inn. There is also a rice dumpling making activity on the afternoon of Dragon Boat Festival. You can choose to cook dinner for dinner or take it home. In the afternoon, the staff took us out to go fishing for crabs. The staff brought small buckets and nets to accompany us all the time. Let’s go out to watch fireflies together at 9pm. There will be more fireflies in July and August. At night, you can catch a lot of crabs in the river ditch in front of the inn. With this kind of comfortable life, I plan to stay for a few more days during the summer vacation. The room is very big. The children sleep in the attic and we sleep below. The tatami is super big and suitable for reading and drinking tea. The room is equipped with air conditioners, fans, electric blankets and heaters. I thought the curtains would let light through, but I didn't expect them to be very suitable and I could have a good night's sleep. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided in the room, but of course they are not needed. Summer is here, so the inn can prepare more ice cubes or cold beverages and beers, suitable for everyone’s late-night snacks. All in all 100 points, see you in the summer!

The room was more spacious than expected, and the bedding was so soft – I fell asleep instantly, completely undisturbed by any airport noise. In the morning, the breakfast spread in the restaurant far exceeded what you'd typically find at this price point, with freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, and a variety of Western pastries.
What truly stood out was the service from Ryan Jiang at the front desk and the hotel's shuttle service. Ryan was professional and enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything. The hotel shuttle was perfectly on time, and the driver proactively helped with luggage. It only takes 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport, so there's absolutely no rush. Whether it's for a business trip or a travel layover, this hotel will definitely be my first choice next time. I've already recommended it to my colleagues who fly frequently!

GGuest UserThe service was exceptional. The girls at the front desk were very helpful with answering our questions and helping us make sure we had a great visit with the Pandas. They also explained exactly where to go for our train departure. We were confused by Chengdudong having 4 plus drop off points. They also gave us extra water and adorable Panda headbands on our departure.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything was provided so we had a comfortable stay. They even had memory foam pillows.
They had lots of freshly ground coffee in the morning as well as an excellent buffet Breakfast.
The location was excellent. We walked to the Wenshu Monastery and to Kuanzhai Xiangzi alleys.
We are pleased we choose to stay at this hotel in Chengdu.

HHenryK0hThe hotel is conveniently located at level 6 of the PICC building next to the Tianfu square 天府广场 and Tianfu square metro. It is served by line 1 and line 2 of the metro.
The staffs are polite and welcoming, the room is clean and functional. Breakfast is acceptable with reasonable selection.
You may want to bring your own 3 in 1 coffee if you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning. There are only 3 lifts serving the hotels, so it can get a bit busy at times.
Overall, it was a reasonable good stay and I would definitely consider staying there when I return to Chengdu.
