"This hotel is perfectly located in Zao Yan Plaza. It's just a short walk from where the long-distance bus drops you off, and only about a 10-minute stroll to the scenic area's main entrance. The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details."

"This was by far one of our more welcoming stays during our time throughout the different regions of China. We loved all of the unique activities you could partake in while staying here including the DIY ******* handcrafts and the ******* fashion photo shoot! At the very end they gift you with some thoughtful postcards where you match up the stamps to the names of the Jiuzhaigou destination on the card. Rooms matched the description and the view is very nice as shown. While I stayed there was some construction, so as you can expect the view changes from the older pictures but still beautiful nonetheless. The hot spring was perfect for after all the days worth of hiking at Jiuzhaigou! I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Jiuzhaigou Valley👍"

Standard amenities include a humidifier (very practical at high altitudes), Appelles toiletries, a minibar, and hygienically sealed bedding. Cleanliness is generally highly praised. The facilities are particularly tourist-friendly, offering 24-hour self-service laundry and drying (Jiuzhaigou is often rainy and humid, so washing and drying after a day of walking is essential). Guests can pre-order packed breakfast for early entry into the scenic area, and there's complimentary comforting congee available at night. The breakfast consistently receives strong reviews, offering a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, as well as local specialties. The variety is considered top-tier among hotels at the gorge entrance, and service starts early, perfect for those catching the first bus to the scenic area. Service is excellent; the front desk is responsive, baggage storage is available, and requests are handled promptly. Overall, it reflects the standard Atour service system."

"The whole style of Qianhe Licheng is rich in ******* characteristics, and it's close to the scenic area, making travel very convenient. The pillows in the room are quite comfortable, and the dining at the hotel's Yak Song Restaurant is also good, with warm service and delicious hot pot. What's most worth mentioning is the breakfast, which has a rich variety of choices and is tasty, definitely recommended. The only slight drawback is that the sound insulation in the room corridor isn't great, and the voices of early risers can be a bit noisy."

"## Location and Transportation: I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the scenic area entrance. I could walk to the park in the morning, and upon arrival, I confirmed it was indeed very close. This is a definite plus. Furthermore, there's a cluster of restaurants and shops not far from the hotel, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's also quite close to the bus pick-up point. All these are advantages. And there's a McDonald's right downstairs, which is great for fast-food lovers. ## Parking: There's a parking lot right at the entrance, making it convenient for those arriving by car. ## Room View: I booked a twin room in advance, and it was possible to combine the beds. I had discussed this beforehand, and apparently, the most economical room type couldn't be combined, only the 'sunshine room' could. The room didn't have much of a view; outside the window was an abandoned building. ## Room Facilities: The room wasn't large, but it had everything necessary. The bathroom counter was small, and there was no place to hang towels. There was a sofa bed-like structure next to the bed, which was comfortable for sitting and reading. The overhead light was bright enough. The desk was a bit narrow, and it got cluttered easily if you put too many things on it. Also, there were too few charging outlets in the room, and the light switch combination was a bit unclear. The light directly above the bed made it hard to sleep when on, and I couldn't turn it off individually. ## Bed: The bed was quite comfortable. It would be even better if there was a small墊 between the combined beds. ## Breakfast: The breakfast spread was quite generous. Seating was limited, so it's best to go early. However, on the first day, my child's noodles were missing seasoning. When I went back to add it, a girl and a man responsible for clearing dishes took away my untouched bowl of wontons! I was shocked and asked them, 'You're clearing it before I've even finished?' My bag was still on the chair, and I hadn't even had my milk yet. Didn't they see any of that? The girl and the man just stared at me blankly, showing no apology, not even a 'sorry,' and just walked away. I was furious. Not only were they inconsiderate and wasteful, but they also refused to apologize when a guest confronted them. I then spoke to a young man, but I don't know what happened afterward. This left a very bad impression. ## Laundry Room: The hotel's laundry room was excellent. Not only were the washing machine and dryer separate, but the detergent and fabric softener were pre-dispensed, so I didn't have to add them myself, which was very convenient. Also, the dryer had three settings, and the medium setting dried clothes perfectly in twenty minutes. This was a highlight. ## Service: The person who answered my initial call wasn't particularly helpful. However, during my second call to confirm the room type, a Mr. Xu offered a complimentary breakfast for my child, which was very thoughtful. My child didn't eat much, but it was a very kind gesture. Additionally, the front desk can help purchase tickets for the 'Legend of Romance' show, which is also very convenient. In summary, the hotel maintains the quality expected of a chain hotel, and the overall service is good. However, those two individuals in the restaurant could use more training. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou."

"This time I came to Jiuzhaigou and blindly chose to walk for thousands of miles. I didn't expect the surprise to be full. The room was not the same net red wind. The chandelier shaped by the gourd on the bedside was very charming, and the most favorite was the window! Outside the window is the lush forest, which is really like a painting. Sitting in a leather chair by the window (the housekeeper said it was horse skin), making a pot of tea in a daze, looking at the greenery outside the window, I feel that the whole person has been cured. The ecological environment around the homestay is also very good. It happened that the little housekeeper took us to pick wild apples when he was free. They seemed to be called Huahong, and they were a blockbuster in autumn. A pot placed on the stone wall is inserted with green plants. This inadvertent beauty is really comfortable. "Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!"
