The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Grand Tang Mall. The room was clean and bright, and the staff overall were excellent. The front desk, doormen, housekeepers, and restaurant service all left a great impression on me. I've stayed in many hotels, and it's rare to find staff who are consistently so enthusiastic about service. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with exquisite and delicious food, including fruits, drinks, coffee, salads, and local Xi'an noodle specialties. If I visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

Miss Moon was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling downtown area, making it easy to visit the lively attractions, yet it's still quiet. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the hygiene was reliable. Recommended.

Returned for another stay and it's still a five-star experience, mainly thanks to Miss Moon, the doorman, and the staff who helped with our luggage. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to our urgent needs. The hotel's location is still excellent! However, the overall hotel management is quite lacking. Room cleaning is still very slow, especially during peak occupancy. One of our two rooms wasn't ready until almost 6 PM! They claimed it was because both rooms were close together and being cleaned by the same staff member... We had to wait in the heat with our whole family... I won't go into other details!

The environment is great, and the room is very comfortable. It's right next to the Grand Tang Everbright City, so if you love lively atmospheres, you're in luck! Of course, if you prefer quiet, you can request a room further away from the Grand Tang Everbright City, as the hotel property is quite large and the two sides offer completely different vibes.

The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, the room layout is practical, and the bathroom amenities are of good quality. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and both the lighting and soundproofing are excellent. I particularly want to commend Moo for their incredibly proactive and thoughtful service. Check-in was very efficient, and they proactively provided information about local attractions, breakfast times, and how to use the hotel's amenities. When I had an issue, they responded promptly with a gentle and patient attitude. The public areas are clean and elegant, creating a fantastic ambiance. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall value for money is great. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit, highly recommended.
