"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"The pictures online looked decent, but in reality, the quad room was incredibly cramped. There wasn't even a charging port near the beds; the room only had one dirty power strip dragging on the floor. I constantly saw small bugs crawling on the floor, and there were some on the beds too. After just one night, I woke up with red, swollen, and incredibly itchy bites all over my body. Apparently, there's no air conditioning, and the fan was practically useless. Also, this was my first time staying at a hostel with no age restrictions, so be prepared for anything. I was assigned to a room with a grandma, probably 70-80 years old, and a woman around 50-60. Throughout the night, I heard non-stop snoring and coughing from the grandma and auntie. I even ended up helping the grandma by turning on the light for her to take her medicine at night 💊. The prices are quite high during the summer. If you're prepared for all of the above, then go ahead and book it."

Magnificent hotel architecture with friendly and caring staff. Delicious breakfast with a very large choice of quality products (during my first visit there was an Exquisite Tonka bean cake, too bad)! Thanks again to the whole team. During my next stay I plan to return to this wonderful establishment (don't forget this famous cake😋) and thank you to the Trip site for its services."
