"Overall, I'm quite disappointed. I was looking for a peaceful environment, but the whole hotel felt like a trendy influencer spot and was incredibly noisy. The hygiene was terrible; out of three nights, the sheets were dirty twice, which is a basic standard that should be met. It made sleeping very uncomfortable. I gave feedback to the hotel, and they did apologize sincerely, but I really hope they can get it right from the beginning rather than apologizing afterward, because whether they apologize or not, the experience is already ruined."

Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨"
