AAlahabadexiahoubaThe room is quite spacious and comes equipped with kitchen essentials like a microwave, induction hob, dishes, and cutlery. Optional room cleaning services are available for an extra fee, starting from 11 Euros. Should you need more toiletries or trash bags, they can be collected from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!

LLen L.The location was ok. The staff were friendly enough. However, our room was really tight for a 3 single bed room. The table was not big enough for 3 people's stuff. The airconditioning was not working so we had to open the window to cool the room or else it was so hot inside. Unfortunately, when the window was opened there were various noises you could hear like dog barking, the train passing, drunk men shouting and loud conversations by people shouting. The lift was tiny and there was only one, so we just had to wait for our turn when it was busy. The breakfast was ok. Overall, the place is very average, dont expect much.

AAnonymous UserClose to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection.

However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult.
She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in.
She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit.
On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated.
I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

GGuest UserA hotel with a very high cost performance ratio, good breakfast, and capsule coffee machine in the room, which is very suitable for workers like me who rely on coffee every day. There is a McDonald's nearby. McDonald's in France is really not cheap, a set meal is about 12 euros, so the hotel breakfast is even more worthwhile. Remember to buy breakfast when booking.

AAnonymous UserIbis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property.
The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
