"It's about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport at night when there's no traffic. However, it's extremely congested around 6pm on weekdays at the same time. The room was okay and fine. It's good value for money. There's a restaurant on the first floor and a rooftop, but I didn't use it. It's about 15-20 minutes on foot to the beach? The location is good and I recommend it."

"We checked into the hotel after 20 o'clock, when the hotel reception was no longer open. Five days before arrival, we wrote a letter to the hotel, translated into French through a Yandex translator, asking for clarification on how the check-in process works in this case. A couple of days later we received an answer that on the day of arrival they would send us a letter with detailed instructions in this regard. On the day of arrival, about six hours before the planned arrival, they reminded us of themselves and wrote another letter, to which they received a response a couple of hours later, where the algorithm of actions was outlined. We settled in without incident. In the reviews there were many negative aspects with the operation of magnetic locks on the doors, but on the first floor, where we got a room, there are new doors with regular locks that can be locked with a key. Instead of a balcony, rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the hotel parking lot. The equipment in the room included: a kettle, a drip coffee machine, a toaster, a stove with two burners, a mini dishwasher (sometimes very noisy, so we do not recommend turning it on at night), a microwave, a TV and a refrigerator. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. When we checked in, the air conditioner was working for heating; the room was +24 degrees when the outside temperature was +12. The bathroom is spacious, but with some nuances: water from the shower pours directly onto the floor and goes through the drain into the drain, as a result there is always a lot of splashes. To remove excess water from the floor in the bathroom there is a mop with a water cleaner. The beds are a little narrow, but, in principle, there was enough space for us. The mattresses are hard, as almost everywhere else in France, and the linen is clean. There are enough sockets in the room, there are two closets, a couple of shelves, a large table where four people can dine. Overall, this is an excellent budget option for a vacation on the French Riviera."

"The room is quite spacious and comes equipped with kitchen essentials like a microwave, induction hob, dishes, and cutlery. Optional room cleaning services are available for an extra fee, starting from 11 Euros. Should you need more toiletries or trash bags, they can be collected from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!"

"Very clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with Trip.com - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but Trip.com was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with Trip.com and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future."

"It's a good location, just a few minutes walk from the tram station from the airport, and just a few minutes from the beach. Check-in is at 3pm, but we arrived before 12pm and were allowed to check in right away. Because of this, the amenities weren't ready, but we called and they were ready right away. Even when we offered to give a tip to the staff, they didn't smile and didn't accept it, and were very friendly. There are many restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel, so we could buy desserts after meals and alcohol we didn't have enough to drink. There was also a terrace with a nice view of the square in front of the sea. The breakfast was filling and very delicious."

"Very nice hotel with very good location, the train station is near if you are going to travel around perfect place to stay. The service is good, the workers are friendly and some even can speak Russian. If I come beach definitely will stay here again."
