The location is very strategic as it is close to the metro station and shops. The rooms are very nice and minimal...unfortunately the staff is not very helpful since having booked through a site external to the hotel and to be fair having communicated the time of my arrival there was no reservation. Luckily there was still a room with single beds which I had to accept otherwise I would have slept at the station. The boy was kind in the makeshift accommodation... while I found the rest of the staff unprofessional since it was their mistake in not registering the reservation, I was not given any discount for the next night or a voucher as happens in rest of the world...I was told that they would write an email to the director but to date I have not received a response.

The lady at the front desk had a smile as healing as the scenery in Nice, and the gentleman on the first floor who I saw every time I came and went was also incredibly enthusiastic. They made me instantly fall in love with this small city. The room was very spacious and tidy, and the slippers were so comfortable. I honestly couldn't find a single flaw in the service or cleanliness. If I get the chance, I'll definitely go back to Nice and stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again. It's been many days since I returned home, and every time I think of it, it brings warmth~

This is a hostel with an excellent location, very close to Nice train station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The common area is quite spacious, and there are two staff members at the front desk. I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The room was a bit small, but each bed had a curtain, which made it feel much more private and secure. At the very least, the light didn't bother anyone else.

Lovely welcome, was offered an upgrade as well. It is a pity I didn't have the time to thoroughly enjoy as late arrival and early departure!

Nice and clean hotel near the railway station. Friendly staff.
Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds.
Wifi was fast.
Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

Great hotel! The location is super convenient, really close to the train station, and the service is excellent – very friendly and welcoming. It's especially handy if you plan on traveling a lot by train. Highly recommend! Plus, it's very clean and quiet.

Even though the room didn't match the pictures (it was smaller than expected), it was still decent. It's right by the train station, easily walkable. I stayed for three days and it was relatively quiet. I highly recommend the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs; it was a real treat for a Chinese palate.

Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better.
Hotel was simple but modern and clean. Coffee machine provided, bathrooms were particularly nice, lovely balcony. Cleaned daily. Only note was hand soap wasn’t provided in the bathroom.

Walking distance to the beach while i get to enjoy all the fabulous view along the way. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay in the hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

SSara BaunOverall, the hotel is decent, but for this price range, there are many options in Nice with cleaner and better-maintained rooms.
We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort.
Pros:
Excellent quality pillows and mattresses.
Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this!

I hope the hotel management reads this.
Room 101:
The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly.
The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower.
There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced.
The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting.
The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor.
The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!

TTzuyao_HsuIt's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel, clean, quiet, with everything you need in the room. Decent breakfast with plenty of greens and fruit, not just baked goods. Conveniently located, within walking distance of the train station for exploring the Côte d'Azur, and the airport is a 25-minute tram ride away.

The hotel gives us enough amenities but the hair dryer is kinda useless, it’s really weak and shaky. And the noise cancellation here is also kinda bad.
But overall, my stay is still good and enjoyable!

GGuest UserSmall hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. Then lobby room should be bigger and provide some cutlery and cups for guests who want to bring something to eat.
The overall stay was good we love it.

MmissxiaorrCompared to the other Happy Culture hotel next door, this one is significantly better. It's clean and tidy, and the towels aren't yellowed like at the other place.
Our private group was originally arranged for two people per room, but I booked an extra room for myself. It had a big balcony, making it more spacious and comfortable.
The next day, we went out to eat and explore, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

En fait nous avons eu plusieurs soucis dans notre chambre:
La climatisation réversible était défectueuse
lLa fenêtre donnant sur la rue présentait un jour sur le côté et du coup nous entendions tout le bruit extérieur
La femme de ménage a commencé à faire du bruit dans le couloir des 7h du matin un dimanche ( et pour finir le ménage n a pas été fait puisque lorsque nous sommes revenus vers 14h30 à l hôtel la chambre n était pas faite alors que nous avions mis la pancarte sur la porte / j ai du demander un jeu de serviettes propres )
La télévision était en train de se décrocher du mur
Un des murs de la chambre était totalement délabré
La tablette de la salle de bain était complètement gonflée par l humidité et devenait inutilisable
Nous n avions pas d eau chaude le dimanche matin
Après avoir signalé tous ces faits le dimanche, la Direction de l hôtel nous a offert le petit déjeuner le lundi matin
Mais on nous a rien remboursé car nous étions passé par une plate-forme externe de réservation
Aussi je demande à Trip.com de baisser en vouloir nous rembourser une des deux nuitées payées car franchement nous n avons Pas bien dormi et nous avons eu froid

周周Breakfast is OK, and the environment is okay. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but there is a fruit and vegetable bought by a local near the hotel. It is cheap and delicious. There is a grilled chicken downstairs for 5.9 Euros. There is also a local shop next to it. The Erqi restaurant has a large portion, and one serving for two girls is enough. Go right from the hotel to the main road, the tram line T1 is near, and T2 needs to walk a short distance, about 8-10 minutes, it can be directly reached by Nice Airport, you can get on at 4:30 in the morning, and the airport is about 5:15 Divide around...

Из минусов - медленный интернет.
