"Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget."

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

GGuest UserIf you just stay there for closer to the airport for one night, perfect, otherwise no. You can’t go anywhere but eat at their expensive and salty restaurant. You don’t see much except the airport and some ocean on the roof, but not nice culture.

11302316****I've stayed at this hotel both times I've visited Nice. It's located near a church on a bustling main street in the city center. It's a bit of a walk to the beach and Old Town. There's a sort of tourist information desk in the lobby; last time, before I left, I asked the gentleman on duty about the tram station to the airport, and he was incredibly helpful, even walking me out to show me the way. I particularly love the breakfast here; they have large teapots so you can brew a pot of tea and leisurely enjoy your holiday. There's a big terrace on the second floor, and a bar and pool on the rooftop, so even if you don't want to leave the hotel, you can find a place to relax. I really enjoy the vacation vibe of this hotel.

The facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel, but everything was clean and well-stocked, which made up for it. The location is fantastic – I could walk to almost all the popular spots, and it's super close to both the airport and train station. If I ever come back to Nice, I'd definitely book this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe most obvious advantage of the hotel is its location. You can see the sea right outside, which is quite comfortable. There are also many restaurants to choose from around. There are no minefields in the room. The price-performance ratio is ok. I went there during the off-season. The front desk also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a sea view room at a discounted price.

ZZhaoyikuThe location is about 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road. You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action ability. To put it bluntly, it is a bit confusing. The hotel facilities are not bad, but it is a bit old. I don’t know if it’s the water pipes or some equipment that occasionally starts at night, it’s a bit noisy. It’s just like that if you pass by and stay for one night.

MMargaritaThe hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

There was some hesitancy to ”work with me” because I booked thru a third-party site; ultimately they did get me in the room a little earlier than the schedule check-in time, but would not allow me to cancel the last day because my flight was the day earlier (so I paid for a full day stay that I wasn't even there!) The location was perfect amount of walking distance to transportation, to eating / shopping / site seeing, Old Town and THE BEACH!!

Nnadir- very clean and spacious rooms ( suite 4 pers) - very well located face to the promenade of English and Commerce - stop tram 2 minutes walk - a l'accueil personnel agréable Only mini bemol a direct parking under the hotel would have been good But it is not very serious in view of tt services positive And obviously the view of the sea that demands The small dej face to the sea or hear the noise of the waves is really calming. I keep it under my hand already with great luck that it is my hotel on nice 👍👍
